I don't review many things but I genuinely enjoyed the services I received here today. They were patient and attentive. When they get busy they Multi task (work on finishing your hands and feet at the same time but no complaint here, whatever gets me out sooner!) One thing you must know about me, I'm not the type to opt for ambiance vs. savings so if you're looking for a spa type of treatment this wouldn't be it. The strip center it's located in is worn down. But the people are GREAT! Amy did my french pedicure (she recommended I get some other scrub & I went ahead and paid a little extra) and I feel great about it. I got a solar manicure and it's looks good enough for me to come back a 2nd time for a refill. All in all my work was $53 and I am very pleased. Arrived about an hour before closing needing a mani pedi. It's not very big , but sizable enough to get the job done. We were promptly greeted and placed immediately in a chair. Our services were started quickly, which is good. However, I felt rushed. Not relaxing. Not totally Nelly's fault as I was also making decisions for my aunt as well at the same time. So...overall, not too bad. I really appreciated the attentiveness to my aunt who's 90 years old. They were patient with her services, and even assisted her to the car. I have to admit, my nails are CUTE, BUT!!! I only will get my nails and not my toes. The pedicure was $26 but she only did my pedicure in like 10 mins and was sitting on her phone playing it all loud!!! I used to come here with my sister. I came in today by myself and didnt appreciate the employees lack of professionalism. I was refused nail service and was only provided pedicure service cause the dude and the lady didn't feel like working. They went in the back room and took a nap instead. Went here to get a pedicure and I regret it When I got there they told me to look for a polish. They rushed me and told me to sit down (it wasn't that busy). They lady was asking me to search for the color online so she can find it but she couldn't find it so she gave me some samples and told me to pick from there...didn't even had what I want or close to what I want. The place isn't as sanitary as other places. She eventually had cut one of my toes which I didn't even feel it but realized when she was putting a piece of cotton to stop the bleeding. At least she had put some ointment on it. I didn't like how she didn't put a base coat for my toes. Probably won't come back here unless it's my last choice. Maybe that day wasn't my luck but feel free to try it ‍ Also I feel like the lady was rude about the tip. I went here again, trying to get a cheap pedi. Amy, the person I go to, this day she looked like she was in a bad mood (but whatever) until she cut me, so bad that my toe wouldn't stop bleeding. She then tried to polish with all the blood coming out! (Which is plain gross and enough for me to not go back) When I told her to stop and I was leaving, she kept saying I had to pay. I just got my nails done and I'm absolutely obsessed with them. They are absolutely perfect, they listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered. Every time I've come here has been pretty good. But one day I came in with my mom and it was terrible. The guy 'kevin' did her nails and they were shorter than she wanted and they weren't even straight. The worst thing is that later when she was getting rid of them, she literally found fungus from the tools they used. Disgusting and never coming here again. P.S. don't bother coming for the eyebrow wax because they won't ever leave them the way that you want. read more

This has to be the worst nail salon I've ever been to. Me and my friend were treated very poorly and and rushed us. They did not even let us look at samples and sat us down right away and started the process of doing our nails and we didn't even get a chance to make up our minds. Pedicure I received excellent service. It wasn't until afterwards when I was getting my full set that it all turned sour. The man who did my nails rushed through the entire process leaving my nails looking mediocre. He applied the coats entirely too fast as well before they were even dry, applied top coat too fast and because my nails were still wet the polish smeared all over the place and left air bubbles and ripples all in my nails. I told him that I didn't like my nails and he told me to sit in another spot and he would fix it later (he was trying to get someone else in his seat to get started) so I sat and waited and his idea of "fixing" my nail was just applying a third coat on top of the already fucked up nails! Just made them bulky looking! Didn't even add a new top coat on top of the third coat he applied. Pissed me off. Hated it so much I left and went to another nail shop and had them wipe that shit off and re paint my nails at least. read more
