    Came in for an overlay and pedicure. The place screams luxury when you walk in. The customer service is superb. Vincent did my pedicure, King did my French overlay and Nu (female) did my boyfriend's pedicure. I got shellac on my toes and got the classic pedicure. Vincent did great. King did a great job with filing and paying attention to deal on my overlay.

    The lady that did my toes did a good job , the man that did nails on the other hand not so well for how much I paid the gel polish came off the next day, it's 2 days later and all of my gel polish is coming off my nails I spent $90 on my hands and feet for it to come off the next day

    I'm leaving a review because I came to this salon dye to the high rating and it should not be that high. Upon arriving, NO ONE spoke to me for 20 minutes. Good places are busy, and when I walked in, I checked in and put all the services I wanted in on the tablet (which printed out what I wanted-a full set and a pedicure (I selected silver that comes with the paraffin)). I was finally greeted when I was taken back to get my nails done (which I hate getting nail and toes done separately because it takes even longer but I get sometimes if they are busy, that's how it has to happen). The girl sitting there before me, hadn't officially finished because her stuff was still there (she was at the step where you wash your hands) and my manicurist just moved all of her things over.....they could have waited 2 more minutes, but again at that point I chalked it up to they were busy. My nails were never put next to each other to show the HUGE difference (my thumbs). Now when my nails were done, I figured I would be moved over to the pedicure stations, but instead I was told to go to the front to pay. She rang me up as I stood in disbelief. I was like I never got a pedicure. She said oh, you wanted a pedicure? Btw I was getting charged for it and it was on my slip she was holding too. Then she takes me to a pedicure booth and draws the water and I sit there with my feet in the water for TWENTY MINUTES. Just as I was about to leave, a woman comes over to start, so I decided, I'm already here, I'll stay. My toes turned out great, she honestly did a great job on them. HOWEVER, I got the basic pedicure (that I never asked for, I specifically put into the system the silver pedicure (the paraffin wax), which I was almost charged for as well and I had to correct it. I get my nails and toes done pretty frequently and needed a place close to where I was, so I picked this one due to the ratings. Also because I get them done frequently, I am aware of the cleaning and sanitation practice a salon is supposed to use. They used the cheese grater and the purple stone thing that were not in closed packages and when they got done using them on me, they were rinsed in my water and put back in the spot that she pulled them out of. I watched the girl a few seats over and same thing-so this is how the establishment wants them to do it. So essentially, when you come here, the tools used for others dead skin, are also used on you. Disgusting, and is not how you are supposed to do it, at all. 2.5 hours later and I'm finally writing this review.

    This lady named Kelly, she did my classic pedicure. She was nice and sweet at the same time, and she was gentle with massage my feet and legs. And of course, it was quiet, that's how I like it. I just relax getting a chair, back massage. And, of course, it was my day off. I would give the nail salon A,4 because they did not have any coffee cold coffee at that. Other than that everything was great I will return.

    What I asked for, versus what I got. When I talked to the manager he had said I can come in to get them fixed for free. When I actually came in to get a set I was happy with, they tried to charge me half of what I paid. I paid originally $150 for nails and toes, and they were still trying to charge me more. Horrible experience there will not be going back

Her excuse was not valid. The products she used hurtttt, mind you, I know how it normally feels but her products hurttttt. She kept trying to take pictures of my eyes but they kept tearing up. The lashes themselves are ok, they do look natural and the lady comes off sweet but then was talking shit about the picture of lashes I wanted while she was on the phone. She kept saying "kiss lashes" and laughing. I could hear the other person on the phone laughing as well. Now I have a Waterpark to go to today and cannot get them fixed due to me being in the water. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT IM NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I have NEVER experienced anything like the horrible service I received at Lashed Out Lash Studio. I arrived 15 mins early and Mariah was 15 mins late for my appointment time. I drove an hour and a half to come to see her. And ended up waiting in my car for 30mins. She did not take any visible precautions regarding COVID-19. When I arrived she did not really greet me or apologize that she was late and just walked into the "lash room". As she got things set up, I noticed how unorganized and dirty her work station was. When providing beauty services hygiene is a priority. There was no consultation- she did not ask about prior lash services I have received. I informed her this was my first time receiving a lash tint and lift. I began to get nervous. She then began the lash lift and tint. The process BURNED my lash line. It hurt and my eyes were watering the whole treatment. She then left me alone and walked into the other room while I am sitting with the chemicals on my eyes. This made me very uncomfortable as this is procedure is kinda dangerous. I am laying down with my eyes tapped. I can't see what is going on and I am concerned that I am going to have some eyelash or eye damage. After sitting through the lift process, she went on to the tint and the tint burnt so bad I told her it needed to be taken off. Now the treatment was done. I went to redeem the Groupon Voucher on my phone. After clicking the "View Voucher" part, she raised her voice at me. She said that I messed it up and now I couldn't get a refund. She said the Groupon was broken right now. And she wouldn't get paid, so she needed me to request a refund from Groupon and then pay her out-of-pocket. This made me very uncomfortable and told her I did not understand why that is necessary. Her voice got louder and then she started to repeat herself. She demanded that I request a refund on the Groupon App and pay her out-of-pocket in person. I responded that as a customer I do not feel comfortable paying out of pocket when the Groupon App looked like it was working just fine. The redeem button was active. I found it incredibly unprofessional of her to raise her voice at a customer. I also do not feel comfortable giving over my bank/card information to a lash technician yelling at me. I was not being rude. This is how Groupon works. As a beauty service provider, you are responsible for the payment system you choose to use. Being on Groupon offers business exposure and thus more customers. Groupon probably takes a part of the profit. She then yelled at me to leave and never come back to see her. That I was making her frustrated and wasting her time. It was only her and I in the lash studio and I did not feel safe. I quickly left. This whole appointment has been one of the craziest things I have experienced. As it turns out Groupon was working fine because I got an email and the service was marked as redeemed.
