I asked for the longest volume to be 18, if not 16. She said she couldn't because I've gotten my lashes done only once before and that was years ago. However, the first time ever of having my lashes done, I had went to Amazing Lash Studio and they gave me longgg voluminous lashes and that was my first time ever getting my lashes done, my lashes CAN withhold the length. Her excuse was not valid. The products she used hurtttt, mind you, I know how it normally feels but her products hurttttt. She kept trying to take pictures of my eyes but they kept tearing up. The lashes themselves are ok, they do look natural and the lady comes off sweet but then was talking shit about the picture of lashes I wanted while she was on the phone. She kept saying "kiss lashes" and laughing. I could hear the other person on the phone laughing as well. Now I have a Waterpark to go to today and cannot get them fixed due to me being in the water. I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT IM NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I Usually just get nail polish or shellac pedicure at my normal place. The gentleman at Cloud9 that was going to do my pedicure suggested for me to get acrylic overlay on my big toe because there was a small split on the edge of my nail and that he said it would probably crack all the way down if I didn't get acrylic to protect. I've never had that issue before and I've had plenty of small splits on my toe nails on my toe nails and im now 48. So I did get acrylic on just that one big toe the rest of them were shellac. About three weeks later, I went to my normal place to take off the shellac and acrylic from that big toe to get a new pedicure done to my unfortunate surprise when the acrylic was being taken off I noticed a large green stain the nail tech and my normal place. said it happens when a acrylic job is not done properly and humidity and water goes in between the nail and the acrylic. I am so devastated because I should've just stayed going to my normal place instead of trying Cloud9 and now sadly, I have this situation where almost my whole toe is green and a split that goes almost all the way down in the middle of my toe. . We're about to enter the summertime and I will not be able to wear sandals and worst I'm going to have to go see a foot doctor and they will probably tell me that my whole nail has to be removed. All because someone suggested something to make more money and they didn't know what they were doing. Here's a picture in case you need evidence.

The first one was the super long…read morenails that I got customized and they started breaking in half in 4 days don't remember the women's name and that set was the second set of long nails in 2 weeks. The second and third set which are the classic french tip and the cow print came out perfect. I went to Mary and showed her the customization or the picture and she would try to replicate it to the best of her ability and she did damn near better then what I showed her. I had those nails on for 3 weeks to a month with no lifting. Every other time I come I try to get a fresh set even when I come in there with no lifting and the nails are still put together because they grow out too long and I can't handle long nails at my job. I also get my toes done and the polish/shallac last until the next time I go which is at least once a month. I actually tried to use acetone to soak of the nails and toe polish for almost an hour and they didn't come off had to get them removed at the salon. Overall I have good experiences with them but every now and again there's a hiccup and they are willing to fix it ! sorry I don't have better pictures but when I get more done from them I will take pictures and update this post

I drive 40 min to see her and it's worth it every single time. Her place is beautiful and decorated and has a wonderful atmosphere. There's plenty of easy parking and even a Starbucks near if you need a coffee. Please give this place a try. You will not be disappointed and you'll have a new favorite and trustworthy nail tech!! She has been my Nail Tech since 2021. When I found her I knew I was so blessed and no one has ever compared. Anytime I had to see someone else because it was last minute I was always so disappointed.
