As a man, I like my eyebrows to stay thick and natural, not thin and not shaped like a woman's eyebrows. I even showed her a picture of a man with thick eyebrows so there would be absolutely no confusion. Despite that, she completely ignored my instructions and ended up messing up one of my eyebrows by making it thinner than I asked for. When I pointed it out, instead of listening or acknowledging the mistake, she started arguing with me and insisting that I was the one who was wrong. That level of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. If you're providing a service, the bare minimum is to listen to your customer and respect what they ask for. Instead, she kept contradicting me and making excuses instead of taking responsibility. I went there because of the positive reviews, but my experience was the complete opposite. She clearly does not listen to customers and does not know how to handle eyebrows for men. I would not recommend this place at all. I didn't let her finish my other eyebrow and left without paying, never coming back and glad of what I did.

I'm a bit of a perfectionist and I felt that a lot of places doing waxing had not got my eyebrows as perfectly arched and balanced as i liked, so I decided to go back to threading. She did a really great job on balancing them out equally and on the shaping. I am extremely happy with the threading results!! Preet also does hair and I talked about some issues I've been experiencing and we had an interesting discussion of possibilities. She gave me her opinions on a couple things and the result was that I told her to get out her scissors and cut it to the length she thought would best suit me.
