I will never come to this business again. The owner was so disrespectful. Her and a customer was talking about the way me and another customer look. The owner also went forward agreed with the belligerent customer when the customer said " she will tear this place up". All because we spoke up and said "we were next". It all happened simply because they didn't look at the list and call customers accordingly. The owner lacks humility and respect. First time getting our brows threaded and tinted. I wanted to have perfect brows for my pictures on my birthday and saw great reviews/photos, so decided to give it a try. Threading brows were decent, BUT it was my husband's first time having his virgin brows cleaned up and one brow's tail length ended up being shorter than the other... everything was done fast (to get you in and out). Tinting brows not as we expected. The color looked unnatural upclose and okay from far away. Similar to drawing eyebrows on a stick person with a heavy duty black marker (according to my husband--OMG). The shapes of the brow were not even with each other nor was the time taken to carefully shape the brows. A free hand was used, most likely due to experience level, but there were uneven edges here and there that needed to be fixed... (hopefully I can fix the shape using water at home like she said, but still quite inconvenient because I already paid for the service to not have to work on my brows at home). Honestly, I would rather clean it all off and go back to lightly lining and filling the shape of my brows myself. After all, your eye brows help frame your face. Very disappointed. If you have full brows or a darker skin tone, you'll probably have a better experience. Just wasn't for us. read more

Brows look great and before coming here I would break out after a few days, this was the first place to offer aloe vera gel to me after threading and I haven't broken out since. My personal experience. I will never go back. The lady with the glasses messed up my eyebrows. My inner brows were not uneven or spaced out now they are. Totally different shapes and the tinting .. I'm not even upset about how dark they came out. When I got in the car and actually looked at them .. which is my fault for not taking the time to look inside the place... they are patchy and it has nothing to do with my hairs. I've gotten it done at a different salon and it was done so well. Lesson learned. Should've driven 30 min out to go to a different salon. The women with the glasses she is nice, but damn she needs to practice on her technique. Terrible job. Now I will have to wake up extra early just to fix them up ‍ read more

Before the stay at home order, I came here to get my eyebrows done. I was going to get my hair done that day shortly after this and wanted to make sure that my eyebrows looked good too. The shop has more than one chair for the service so I was able to get my eyebrows done right away. I received awesome customer service. All of the staff here was very friendly and kind to me. I went to get my eyebrows right after work hoping to get my eyebrows cleaned up. She started cutting hair with the little scissors, my eyebrows are not even that bushy, she threaded them out and then when she hands me the mirror that's she's done I have a freaking bald spot on my left eyebrow. When I expressed my issue, she proceeds to tell me that I had that already and that I don't grow hair there. Note to self, if you decide to ignore my review and still give them a try, make sure you take a before picture of your eyebrows or she'll blame your eyebrows for her negligence and mistakes. Found this place on yelp 5 stars without question Good: easy to find lots of parking. Didn't have to wait too long and they had 3 techs working. Was offered a new service that I loved- dying my eyebrows! I'm not sure if they used henna dye but it worked so well- I was terrified I would turn out looking like Groucho Marx- instead it looked perfect, like I filled them in with my usual brown powder. I'm not sure the name of the lady who was tending to my fuzzy face caterpillars, but she was great. I don't think it was Maha. She was an older lady. She was very quick and meticulous. I've had some bad experiences in the past of sloppily done brows, patchy jobs, or really painful sessions. This lady was none of the above. She shaped my brows perfectly--crisp and even edges. I have not been happier with the shape of my brows after getting threaded at any other salon. She was also careful not to hurt me, but that didn't slow her down. I was in and out in minutes. This is a long over due review. Maha has been so good to my eyebrows. When I first came here I had very thin uneven eyebrows. I explained to Maha that I needed to grow them out. I used to go here all the time but once she started getting more customers she started being rude. Do not get your lashes done here. Take it from someone who has been doing her lashes for a few years now. I came here based on a last minute decision and I wish I could take it back. They did a very poor job placing the lashes and the glue they use is incredibly hard to take off. Every morning it's hard to even open my eyes all the way before using water and my cousin who got them done as well is in pain from improper placement. They do other services and I can't say anything about that but as far as lashes stay away. read more
