I was wearing my Zach Williams concert t-shirt, do you know that happy. Star #3. The cuts, styles and highlights being crafted in that place were lovely! A good omen Start #4 I told Vicky what I wanted; she explained to me why that couldn't work, and then she gave me some alternative options. Ultimately, since I was walking on virgin snow, so to speak, i really had only yeti other options; i could trust Vicki's expertise of o could rim right out of that salon and wait another spsn of time to work up my courage again. So i said, ok let's try this, and she hurried off to mix chemicals. Star #4. Excuse me for getting the last two out of order. The price for a cut and color was under &100!!! Star #5 and 6-10, if i could! My cut is amazing! My color is beyond amazing! Vicky is an artist in the Rembrandt/o'Keefe peer group! Share gave me exactly the result i've been hoping for, but afraid wasn't possible for my hair, I think in the downtime of processing, she cut four other people's hair! Yes, I'll go back. I saw the great reviews V Salon Spa had and called Friday morning, Vicky squeezed me in for 5:30 which was perfect! My haircut came with a wash and blow dry, which I can't believe isn't included at some salons nowadays. Vickie was very nice and didn't cut off too much length but lightened up my heavy hair. Perfect place for a quick and quality cut! I called ahead of time to see if they had an open appointment for a haircut and luckily they squeezed me in. It took me two calls to get an answer because I think the business number listed is Vickie's personal number, so it is a busy line. I'm so glad I called them back and was able to come in because the service was awesome! I asked for blended layers with face framing bangs and a v shape initially. My hairdresser, Vickie, advised me to do a U shape instead because my hair is thin and a U shape would make my hair look more full. Vickie was so nice and she washed, cut, and blew out my hair for only $35 (before tip). Not only was it affordable, she also had me in and out of the salon in 35 minutes. I even asked her to curl my bangs a bit more like the reference photo and she was happy to do so. Though the service was fast I never felt rushed and she gave me exactly what I wanted. The salon itself was a bit hard to find just because there is construction going on but with some help from their neighboring businesses I was able to find it. I went yesterday to get my hair cut, which was long overdue. I usually go to Super Cuts, but that is always a hit and miss. I did some research and found this salon and was impressed by the reviews. I was not disappointed. The haircut is awesome and just right for my wavy hair. Vicky is an artist and takes her time. I wish there were no stars as to how horrible this salon is. I went to get a haircut, a trim per say, and the lady basically kept talking, didnt pay attention to my hair and sabotaged my hair on purpose. She saw my long luscious hair and got jealous, decided to cut my hair unevenly. I thought it was suspicious that there were no proper layers and the length was basically cut in different areas. Some parts of my hair have less hair then others. This is actually ridiculous and she should be fired immediately. Even worse, when i went back to get a refund, not only did the manager point a finger to my face & yelled, he also spit on me. He claimed the stylist did nothing wrong. The stylist and manager kept yelling in my face. I hope this company rots. Now i have to wait months for my hair to grow back all because of one spite and jealous out woman. Go to hell. Lol. I'm so pleased with my results! I made the appointment on the same day, and they did a really great job taking care of me even when they got a little busy. I went from black hair to pink in one sitting; my hair is very long up to my tail bone and is very thick. I'm so glad that David took his time and worked on my hair gently even though it was a lot of work. Vicki also helped out. V is very nice. Came with my sisters for girls day, she said it would take a couple hours for two hair color and one hair treatment but ended up taking 5 hours. I got my hair colored and she damaged a good chunk of my hair. I had a lot of breakage and have a section of my hair broken off to about an inch in length (my hair length is to my mid back). I didn't know about the section of 1 in hair until later but I did notice the breakage there and she said it is normal. Sorry to say, it is not. You pay for what you get I guess. Truly upsetting. They advertise highlights as a service they can provide and that isn't the case. They were friendly but if someone asks you to do highlights you need to be okay with saying you don't know how to do them. I got home and saw how terrible it was done ... you will know what I mean by the pictures provided. When I go back to get it "fixed" they are confused what I need fixed and then tone my hair with a dark brown toner to "redo" the highlights. I am a natural blonde. After realizing they truly just don't know what they are doing and not wanting to damage my hair any further I had to argue with them to even get it refunded. Wasted my whole day and still have to go get my hair done all because they want to not just be honest and say they can't do highlights. Please change your services and take highlights off. I have never experienced this before. I've had bad highlights, but never this level of incompetency. read more
