I visited Looks Salon this week and I loved it. The salon is in a beautiful building with an open area feel. It is very welcoming, clean and cozy. My stylist Emma was amazing. I found her on a short video. I think I made a good decision to go with her for a curly cut. She's an expert! It started with a short consultation describing my struggles and desires. Emma's coloring and cutting technique was so precise. She gave me great advice and walked me through every step. The results: healthy, bouncy curls. read more

She's been fulfilling all my fashion color needs - bright blue, bright purple, oil slick, smokey blue, rose gold, and on my most recent visit, rose gold. I love how Lindsey can take my hair inspo picks and turn them into a reality! She really takes her time and explains the process she's doing, which I appreciate. I can't thank Lindsey enough for my hair. I made the fatal mistake of going to another hairdresser to touch up my roots. They used horrible chemicals and I was so upset with the over priced results. Lindsey is a hair GENIUS, when I need a pick-me-up for my hair I text her for an appointment. She has done wonders for my hair (it was super damaged and a hot color mess when I came to see her) and taught me a thing or two. I had this obsession with dying my hair dark brown when I felt things were beyond repair but it would never look natural and I always went back blonde. When I asked her to do the same she explained to me that I am not a brunette but a dark blonde so it would not make sense and we came to an understanding and my hair thanks her for it plus life is more fun as an official blonde :). I appreciate that she takes the time to explain things and makes sure you are both on the same page.
