I may recommend this place, but the only problem is that the prices is too expensive. Plus the employee charge a tip without you knowing it. Even though you pick the cheapest set for your nails. They still would charge you over $100. Or at least the place is nice and spotless and clean and no noise to complain, but I would recommend you all before paying to look at the price and do the math with your set to make sure that the price of pay is what it equals to, and not the tip. because I supposedly I did Shalla full set which is $50 plus $10 per nail design and a pedicure. $25. First time getting a manicure, and I honestly looked for the closest salon to where I was near Willowbrook Mall! I told the lady (I think the manager since she was managing all the customers coming and going and checking in on everyone) that it was my first time getting a manicure and after I confirmed I'd like the color to stay, she recommended acrylic nails and we were off. I went with a neutral color and started off with a warm finger soak in soap and water. Then my nails and cuticles were cut before getting filed and "sanded down" lol. I was scolded a little bit for being a recovering nail biter, but I knew it would happen and didn't want to explain the psychology of nail biting so I let it go haha. Honestly, my reason to get the manicure was to treat myself for not biting my nails since Christmas! Soon I got an under coat, the polish color, and a top coat. I also had to keep my hands under a UV light between coats to let the gel dry. Overall, I'm satisfied for it being my first manicure! I hope it helps me to get over my nail biting and I think it will be fun to explore "the world of nail art" in the future. read more

Service has gone down hill fast here. My nails are uneven, not shaped the same, the polish coverage isn't complete, the underneath is full of dip powder, and they have gotten slower and slower. The last time I went, they ruined my nails to the point that it's taken me two months just to get them long enough to polish. I haven't left happy in some time. I slipped up on this nail salon when I was trying to find another. The rating are on Yelp told me to go and try it and I have not been disappointing since. I have been getting pedicures since the beginning. The time and care they take on your feet and legs is great. I'm very particular about my nails, so I never allowed them to do them. I just kept a natural look. But one day I saw a woman with nails that I approved and asked her who did it. She pointed to one of the ladies. And since then I've been getting it done. I can honestly say I've had three people do my nails and they all do great jobs. I recommend the pilgrims pedicure. read more

This salon is absolutely horrible, i asked for a simple white french tip nail & the nail tech kept trying to persuade me otherwise, I felt like I was being bullied into something I did not ask for, when I asked her to just stop doing my nails (because she proceeded to do them the way SHE thought would be nice) they said that they were still charging me for the full set. I also got a pedicure, which they should be very careful on who speaks the same language as them, let's just say I was hurt & disappointed.. all in all I will not refer this business ever to anyone I know. I usually go to Golden Nail Salon right around the corner by Churches Chicken, but not knowing they weren't open on Sunday's, i unfortunately didn't have a back up nail salon place to go to, the closest one to me was La belle Nails bar, after looking at their pictures of nails and the salon it's self I thought " oh yes they'd do a great job" lol I was wrong though, I did show up a little late maybe around 3 maybe 330 the latest, they did close at 5 but no matter what the business is whether it's a nail salon or any other business you're never gonna close at the exact time realistically lol. I proceeded to tell the receptionist lady in the front I wanted a full set as well as a pedicure, I was sat down and waited for a little and they had one of the employees do my nails at the pedicure chair while I wasn't even getting my pedicure done until later on lol, no water running or anything, i got the basic pedicure and felt as if it could've been better I usually love the massages during the pedicure process but the massage lasted like a minute lol, my nails weren't even shaped or had any gel on them because the lady walked away and began doing someone else's nails, the nails are not what I would've expected. I am one who usually puts on fake acrylic on my toe nails, I told them the color I wanted was white, the color on my toes are a pink/off white color I didn't really like it but I did chose nude for my main color so it kinda matched up well I tried to convince myself it was good looking lol, in the photo I'm about to insert I did add the diamonds, I am actually a nail artist my self and I questioned my self on why I didn't just do my own lol I could've done way better and not paid 105 for everything and not even be happy with what I received, very disappointed. read more

I went during the busiest time, so the wait was super long for me but that's my fault. As soon as someone was finished, they worked on me. Also asked if I wanted a beverage! Writing this review after a visit on Labor Day. Rude manicurist that rushed through a shellac color change on finger nails and an older lady that did my toe color change. Nicked my cuticles multiple times and overfiled. My nails chipped in 3 days. My toenails are destroyed. She over filed to the point of tenderness. Pulled my cuticles so hard they bled and I told her it hurt. Worst application of the shellac. Uneven and very bumpy. When I removed the shellac from my toes, all my nails were broken in half and severely damaged. Not to mention I had to tell her 4 times to cut my finger nails down and she kept screaming MORE SHORT?! This place used to be my go to but not anymore. read more

My Nail Tech of two years disappeared so I had to find someone else. This place was located directly across the street from my old nail salon so I decided to give them a try. Coincidentally I knew Lee (The owner/ manager ) from another nail shop I used to go to back in the day. Besides the fact that she kept bringing up my past from 10 years ago she did a decent job. Mind you I said decent not good. On my second visit I go in and she's being very short and is in a rush. A day later my shellac starts to crack so I make an appointment to go in and have it redone. When I get there I'm greeted by Quincy with a head nod and a what's up? Really?? How professional. To make a long story short I set there for one hour waiting on a polish change while they took walk-ins before me!! Finally I had to bring it to their attention how long I had been there, other people even notice how they totally disregarded me. After 1 hour Thu finally starts on my nails smdh. I will never come here again!!! Never again!! I don't play games when it comes to my nails and I surely don't play games when it comes to being treated right in a place where I'm spending my hard-earned money. Period read more

I tried a new lady for a pedicure Hahan which she took her time to do a perfect job on my feet. I will most definitely continue to give them my business. Omg! I this place. I followed Lee (who is amazing by the way) from her old salon. She always puts her clients first. She always greets you with a "hey, how are you" and she is amazing with her own style. She got me to try different colors and styles. My manicures and pedicures always come out amazing. Before you leave she makes sure that you are happy with your nails or your pedicure and if your not she will make it right. One time i messed up my pedicure walking around at the mall i came back and she had them fix it for me, at no charge. She and her crew are AMAZING!
