Worst lash experience I've ever had…read more I went to Amazing Lash Studio in The Woodlands on Saturday, clearly explained what I wanted, and showed reference photos. After sitting there for an hour and a half, I looked in the mirror and my lashes were the complete opposite of what I asked for. They looked terrible. I complained, which I never do, and another technician tried to fix them. After about 30 minutes, she essentially gave up and told me they still were not going to look good, she did not have enough time to fix them, and I would probably need to have them removed and pay for an entirely new set. Another technician eventually stepped in and spent another hour trying to correct them. She was kind and did her best, but they still were not what I had asked for. Then it got worse. When I got home, I noticed what looked like a burn or irritation near my eye after all of the removal work. By the next day, a huge portion of the lashes had already fallen out, leaving obvious gaps. I followed every aftercare instruction and had not gotten them wet or touched them. By Monday, they looked so bad that I had to go somewhere else and spend another $200 to have them redone. So after this experience, I spent close to $400 and roughly five hours just trying to get a set of lashes that looked decent. The most frustrating part was not even the bad service. Mistakes happen. It was the dismissive way the situation was handled after I immediately told them the result was wrong. I paid for a service I did not ask for, spent hours trying to have it corrected, had lashes falling out within a day, and then had to pay another salon to fix everything. I absolutely believe I should be refunded. I would not return to this location and I cannot recommend it.

Logan walks you through the whole process and shows you what the outline will look like before she microblades them. I didn't know what shape or how thick I wanted them, and she helped me find a shape that looks best on me. Logan really enjoys helping her clients. She told me how to dye my brows myself (which will save me a lot of money), and she even gave me so many tips about skincare. She sends you home with detailed instructions of how to take care of your brows and what to expect after getting them microbladed. I highly recommend going here! You will not be disappointed.
