The customer service was great and the place is beautifully decorated. We filled out the form and were taken to the room to get ready for our massages. I opted not to let them step on my back, however my husband did and did cupping as well. Out of all the massages we gotten in the U.S. and out of the country, this was the best we have ever had! Things happen and while frustrating, sometimes there are mix ups. My complaint was how the receptionist handled it. She laughed and treated it as a joke and had nothing more to say.
