I was in town for a wedding a made an appointment for lash extensions, based off of reviews. I have had lash extensions off and on for 8-9 years and gone to many high end salons. If I hadn't had been pressed on time I wouldn't have stepped foot in this salon, it was like a shady nail salon. There is a curtained off area with massage tables- it's dark and not what I'm used to. I should have gone with my gut and just leave. I also made the mistake of not asking price when I booked the appointment, I assumed I knew the average price. I was wrong- $300 for a full set. That is way higher than most high end salons in Houston and Dallas. It took over 3 hours but my lashes looked good- a tad shorter than hoped but I had said natural and not too long, they looked nice and thick. My eyes were irritated from the adhesive a few days. A week later, 1 eye has lost about half of the extensions- inner and outer corners are gone. I typically can go almost 3 weeks without a significant loss of lashes. Horribly disappointed. Updated 24 hours after post- so 8 days and the other eye has a bald spot and they have thinned even more. read more

This is a good place to have the perfect eyelashes. You will pay a little more than average for lash extensions but..... the quality of the products used make a big difference. I was not at all rushed during my appointment and felt I was getting great service. read more

customer service was excellent. I called on a Friday and they were able to get me in for a full lash set the next day. crystal was the woman who did my lashes and she was great. she explained what she was doing but otherwise was very quiet and I fell asleep multiple times. the rooms are dark and relaxing music plays so it's hard not to fall asleep. they have a special right now for $99 which is amazing. I was nervous that that would mean the quality wasn't there- but I was wrong. crystal went above and beyond and I'm really happy I took a chance. I highly recommend this place read more

About two weeks ago, I made an appointment online for the Montgomery Hwy 105 location. I received an automated text confirming my appointment. I arrived about 8 minutes earlier than my appointment to pull up my groupon in my car. While I was doing that, I saw a lady lock the front door and walk to the back. Confused since the open sign was on, I tried the door but it was of course locked. My appointment time was arriving so I called and no one answered my call even though I knew there was someone in the shop. So I made another appointment for later. I called about 20-30 minutes after my original appointment and no answer. I tried about twice more before someone answered the phone and said I could come in early the next day. The service was fine, however the lashes were falling out in clumps not even 48 hours later. I made an appointment for two week later for a refill. The day before my refill appointment I get a text to confirm my appointment. I do admit that I was not able to respond since I was working and while at work, I do not have access to my personal phone. When I was able to confirm, I was told that I could come in at 3pm instead of my 9:30am appointment. I asked why my appointment was not available. She said if you don't confirm we cancel it. Although I understand I did not confirm it in a timely manner, I do not understand the point of making an appointment in the first place if that time slot is not being held. When I make appointments at other establishments such as my nail salon, they no not make arrangements prior to my scheduled appointment to basically cancel it. I was also told 30 minutes prior to my appointment that is was no longer available to me. My opinion on the lashes themselves disregarding the service aspect, is that they were decent. I was upsold to the "extreme," lashes and I went along with the persuasive selling tactic since I was going to a college reunion and wanted to look my best. However, when I compared the fullness and pricepoint with other ladies that had received eyelash extensions, I was disappointed with my outcome. For what I received, I over paid greatly and could have received more lashes and a greater volumous look for the price I paid. I also have been experiencing some eye irritation since I had the service with symptoms such as frequent eye watering, eye "gunk" accumulating and some eye redness/irritation. I do have sensitive eyes and allergies but I take allergy medication that eradicates any discomfort. Maybe my sensitive eyes are allergic to the adhesive they use. Maybe it was a good idea my appointment was canceled for me. read more

A few years ago I had a horrible experience with lashes. I was very hesitant about trying it again but I couldn't help but notice Trena's beautiful work on Facebook. I started following Envy Lash Studio and literally stalked the page just so I could get a glimpse at her beautiful work. I made an appointment and I immediately fell in love with the place. Trena explained the whole process to me and was very gentle. She explained to me how to care for my lashes also. The look on her face after she was done was the look of a someone who took pride in their work. I receive compliments all the time!! These lashes have even given me an extra pep in my step!! Everyone is very nice here. Had my lashes done by Trena. She did an excellent job & they lasted for at least 3 weeks . They did cancel & reschedule with me twice, but gave me a free facial for the inconvenience . The cancelled job was for eyebrows not lashes. The brow lady only comes on certain days & I guess pretty much makes her own calendar . But, all is good read more
