They had last min availability, so we booked for a 90 min couple massage with Frame and Rachel I believe. The location was easy to find and we got parking right in front. The customer service was great and the place is beautifully decorated. We filled out the form and were taken to the room to get ready for our massages. I opted not to let them step on my back, however my husband did and did cupping as well. Out of all the massages we gotten in the U.S. and out of the country, this was the best we have ever had! We both left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It was exactly what we needed after our long drive. Will definitely come here as often as we can. I booked my appointment online, as I have many times before, but when I showed for my confirmed time, I was told that they didn't see me on the schedule. Things happen and while frustrating, sometimes there are mix ups. My complaint was how the receptionist handled it. She laughed and treated it as a joke and had nothing more to say. There are a lot of places on 105 to get a massage and not be treated so poorly. It goes back to hiring and training and this location failed at both.

I wanted to get turquoise put into my hair, and I've never colored my hair before (virgin hair). Mia was amazing! She explained everything step by step and told me the cost before we ever got started. I LOVE MY HAIR!! She's amazing! She is very knowledgeable and explained colored hair care very well so that I can keep a vibrant look longer. I got the exact color and style I wanted. My hair felt soft not dried out or damaged after coloring, which is great, considering I have exceptionally fine hair.
