The customer service was great and the place is beautifully decorated. We filled out the form and were taken to the room to get ready for our massages. I opted not to let them step on my back, however my husband did and did cupping as well. Out of all the massages we gotten in the U.S. and out of the country, this was the best we have ever had! We both left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It was exactly what we needed after our long drive. Will definitely come here as often as we can. We presented our designs to our techs and they executed the work flawlessly. I, however, had a slip up with my tech and didn't speak up til the end because of nerves, which was my fault. My sister noticed I was not happy when we left, and she paid for my nails, so I called in to see what could be done since we had only just left. The manager offered to fix them for free, but once I got inside he explained how since they had to start over it was a small charge, which was to be expected. Rightfully my tech was upset about me not speaking up, but it was truthfully a miscommunication. I repeated back what I had said I wanted and even noted what she said in the consultation, pointing out exactly where the issue was. She huffed and puffed but like I said, rightfully so as I did waste all of our time. At the end of the service I noticed she calmed down as her coworkers were lifting her spirits, since it was her bday as well. She fixed my nails to something closer to what I wanted and still delivered the results! However, the prices were absolutely ridiculous. $90 for a medium length full set at a nail salon? My sisters nails were $140..Not once were we quoted prices for the designs before starting-- and easily could have paid less for the same work nearby. We asked the receptionist how they price it by design because $230 for 2 full sets is asinine ! All she could say was it was up to the managers discretion :) Wonderful nails, terrible prices, the ladies at the desk passed the vibe check though!

This would have been fine however we checked in five minutes before our appointment time and waited 20 minutes past it before we were seated. Which I don't mind waiting, but I should not be inconvenienced because the service requested was minimal. The manager is going to ruin this place. If he's not being rude, he's rushing the techs to finish a service that they are working on. Not sure why he's in charge. If it wasn't for the nail techs, I'd find somewhere else and I'm just at that point.

They confirmed the week before and again the day before. When I arrived I was taken to the dressing room and given a robe and slippers. I went to the quiet room while I waited on my technician. The quiet room was nice, I got champagne while I waited. My tech came right on time and had I thought about it, I would have arrived a little earlier to relax more. The pedicure was nice but quick, an hour, which is standard but the price was $101 before any tips. Just for the pedicure. No other services. Nice spa but too expensive for my tastes. A full day or multiple services would cost over $200. They also had a full selection of skin care items, hats and jewelry.
