Additionally, the information I provided at the front desk--specifically that I did not want any stretching or a head massage--was never passed along. As a result, she repeatedly attempted stretching moves that were very uncomfortable for me. While I appreciate her effort and demeanor, the miscommunication and lack of a smooth flow made for a less-than-ideal experience.

Atmosphere- this is a no frills type of place. It is clean, but this is not a super relaxing spa environment type of place. Service- service is prompt and quality. I have never had any issues going here. This is where it's important for you to look up the massage. It is entirely possible someone will walk on your back or you will be doing some stretches at the end. If you are highly modest, this might not be the massage place for you. Prices- the prices have gone up. But I never have any issues with the quality so for me, the value is there. Note/Tip: they tend to use menthol massage balm. I love it, but if you are highly sensitive to smells, that is something to be aware of. I honestly would pay extra for this tho because its awesome!

I ended up getting the lady I had before who I wish I knew her name and because she was good, enjoyable, stretched me well. Best Massage ever? No, nowhere close, but enjoyable. My husband said it was the worst massage ever, the lady was horrible, and he would never go back. Since we're in the same room, I heard him keep asking the lady for what he wanted or to be more gentle, or to rub his feet a little longer and she kept ignoring him. Unfortunate it was a poor experience for him and I wouldn't go back now either.

They had last min availability, so we booked for a 90 min couple massage with Frame and Rachel I believe. The location was easy to find and we got parking right in front. The customer service was great and the place is beautifully decorated. We filled out the form and were taken to the room to get ready for our massages. I opted not to let them step on my back, however my husband did and did cupping as well. Out of all the massages we gotten in the U.S. and out of the country, this was the best we have ever had! We both left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. It was exactly what we needed after our long drive. Will definitely come here as often as we can. At the end of the massage they had tea and a little fruit plate waiting for us which was a cute touch! Definitely try them out if you're in the area.

I decided to choose the 30 min of each. The foot massage was pretty good, it was in an open area and people get walking back and forth and I could hear people talking in the back. That just made it a bit difficult to relax. The masseuse got up and left a few times during the foot massage and body massage. With my eyes covered or face down on the bed it just puts me in a vulnerable position and makes me anxious about when the masseuse will return. The bed for the massage didn't have a sheet where you get under like most places, but instead a towel that you drape over yourself. I didn't like that part very much. The room was just closed with a curtain so I could still hear everything going on outside as well them talking in the next room over. The massage itself was a 6/10. The masseuse never asked me how the pressure was or how I was doing the entire time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone or come back myself. I wish I used my ClassPass points on another massage place.
