I got a prenatal massage from her. I have had a prenatal massage before but the therapist that worked on me in my previous pregnancy more or less 'petted me' instead of giving me an actual massage. Alex on the other hand actually gave me a massage. She used the perfect amount of pressure and worked out so many knots that I had in my body. I feel better, I'm moving better, and I feel like my head has just cleared itself and is relaxed. Her prices can't even be beat! I also don't like the reduced hours on the weekends. The shorter hours make it much more likely that it is going to be crowded on sat and sun. The things that make me want to go here are the sauna and pool. In the past they had a hot tub that was great for relaxing sore muscles, but this new location for not provide that.

They had terrible music playing the whole time. Then she used the nail drill way too much and it hurt my nail bed. It took an hour and a half to do a simple French nail. By the time she was finished my back was killing me from the uncomfortable chair. I told her white with glitter and she didn't put any glitter anywhere, but for the price that she charged I'm kind of glad because I can't imagine what it would have cost to have an extra layer of glitter on top. I don't know why everybody else that went through paid half what I did, or why one person went through and got nails and a pedicure done for the same price that I paid for just nails but there were no prices listed anywhere in the salon. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. And they don't even look that good on top of that. Not at all what I had in mind.

Every time I look in the mirror I see drawn on apostrophes that are too dark and misshapen. I have to cover them up with concealer and fill in the shape daily. I should have worried when she didn't have a magnifying light/lense to start with. Thank goodness I know that they'll fade eventually, but I'll be more aware next time, and so should you!
