We had great conversation and I felt totally relaxed as a result. I noticed her professionalism immediately and her care to set clear expectations is also amazing. She gave me a full description of the service with cues for pressure and other preferences I may want to change (like the temperature of the bed heater). I also appreciated her explanation of pricing structure because I recognise the difference between price and value - they are not the same thing.
