I called this place before I arrived. I asked the person on the phone if they know how to do acrylic overlay on toes. The lady said yes $35. COMPLETE DISASTER DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE PICKY. The people in there are talentless. I didn't let her finish. I came home and finished the job my damn self. They had the ovaries to charge me $62 for this I'm so mad. This place sucks. I came to get a pedicure and full set and there wasn't very good service or options. None of the workers understood English so it was very hard to communicate with them. All I had asked for was a simple nude full set with chrome or glitter and they were not understanding what I was saying at all. I had to repeat over and over again saying it a different way and they looked at me like I was being difficult. Would not come again. I have been going here for years. But I usually only deal with Kim when it comes to waxing. Over the years, I have had different people in various locations to wax, but she's the best in my opinion. Her under arm was is quick and painless. Literally two big strips...that's it. Today I went and tried to wait on her. One of the guys insisted that he knew what he was doing and asked me to trust him. Red flag number 1. Usually if Kim feels the hair is a little longer to adhere, she cuts down first. That's what I was expecting him to do...WRONG! He used the small eyebrow strips to wax my arms with what seemed like a toothpick cause it took entirely too long. Literally 15 mins on one arm. Which can cause burning by going over the same spots because he chose to use that small application. In the second on, he went and got help being that he noticed this was taken far much longer than it should have. So I have two people working now. One plucking the crap out of the arm he just burned and him waxing these extra small sections. I asked him what was wrong that he had to get assistance, his reply was "there's nothing wrong". I can't tell. This went one for another 15 minutes. Once it was time to check out, she tell me $33 for my wax tab. I been $8 for brows and $15 for my arms for some years now. She tells me, "oh it's $15 & up" so it was $25 this time. I let her know that the price list did not have "& up" on the board, I have never been charged that price, I didn't ask him to take his precious time and not know what he was doing and has to get assistance. Well, that was my sign to just found someone else. Sadly, I lived in the area over 7 years. I now live nearly an hour away. I drove there because of Kim and they actually take care time and do good pedicures. But this wax experience has been by far the worse every. Not again. We were a party of 4. Worst nail shop ever!!! You know it's that bad when u leave out that place crying! I went in to get my nails removed and get shellac. She didn't even completely take the old arclic off me. So I started picking at it my self. So then she cut down but didn't even bother to file my nails down to make them even! I asked her can I please wash my hands before she puts the shellac on me because I had little white particles all over my hands and she got bothered. Then she started to do my nails and the way she applied my polish was horrible i told her that I don't like them and she completely ignored me. So I got in my truck to calm down and went back in side and told her if I can speak to the manager. The manager was with a client she had gloves on and didn't even bother to remove them after doing a clients pedi. It bothered me so much even grabbed my debit card with her gloves!!! They still ended up charging me $10 for a cut and removing my arclic. I'm disappointed! I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there! It's not clean, not professional, horrible service! Great place to get your nails done if you're on a budget. They won't give you the best service unless you request it. So if you notice them doing anything wrong just correct them. Very nice women that work here. I recommend Ha, for full sets. I believe that's how her name is spelled "Ha". My only complaint is that they need to clean the entire place properly.
