However, this past Saturday we arrived at 11:30 am and were told that the wait would be 15 mins. Not at all close to the time we waited. We were sat at 12:45 over an hour later. I wish they would've been more honest about the timing. Nonetheless we got sat with Angel and Mia, Mia was very dismissive and dropped some of my orange juice on my brand new Birkenstocks and did not care to clean them off or even apologize. Already, off to an even worse experience. They did not even cut enough of the cuticles or nails whatsoever. When we asked them to cut shorter they grew upset and just rushed through our mani/pedis. I ended up with nail polish on other places on my foot other than just my nails. Very sloppy job. After almost 4 hours of being here we finally get to the front only for the older woman to say she misplaced our ticket or mislabeled. We had to wait for her for another 20 minutes to get our total. I quite honestly did not even want to pay for this awful experience. It was terrible and I will definitely not be coming back. Even if you make an appointment they will still make u wait more than 30 mins. The location is beautiful but the service is not up to par. Try a different location or salon, save yourself the troubles.

They were very friendly and made sure that the water temperature was not too hot or too cold we were asked a couple of times if you'd like something to drink Also, they were very accommodating to our daughter who is four years old and wasn't getting a pedicure manicure and she was able to sit next to us in one of the small chairs. The nail technicians were very thoughtful and had good eye contact, and would check in with us to see how we are doing Would highly recommend this location for pedicures and manicures. And will definitely be back. The parking lot shares with other retail shops along the strip mall so be prepared to park, maybe a little further away than directly in front of the location.

Most sets start lifting or coming off within about five days. However, the owner assured me that wouldn't be the case, and she was absolutely right! My nails stayed beautiful and intact for an incredible 3 1/2 weeks. Not only was I impressed with the quality of the work, but everyone there was so kind, welcoming, and attentive. They truly made me feel special from the moment I walked in. Needless to say, I've found my new nail salon and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Even after my sister asked for them to be soaked, the tech said that was the only way to do it. The tech broke her nails and almost tore off the nail bed of one. For the second hand, a second tech helped her and soaked them off. Even when given the complaint about the first tech, the manager did not do anything, was condescending, asked other customer's opinions to try to embarrass her for actually making the complaint, and expected the full payment. HORRIBLE service!
