If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will say they are very friendly. However, that's about where it ends. The place isn't the most visually appealing when walking in. Just seems like it could definitely use a deep clean. The woman who did my pedicure put my feet in extremely cold water that then turned scalding hot. She then went to town cutting my toenails. Barely even shaped them. On one of my big toes, she cut the corner at a 45 degree angle like you would with an ingrown, except I don't have an ingrown nail!!! It's now sore whenever I put normal shoes on. She then hurried through my pedicure and got paint all over the place. It looks like a child did it. She tried to take a thin brush and clean up excess polish but she barely did it. The woman who did my manicure was on FaceTime while again barely shaping my nails. Granted, I came in with short nails bc they were very brittle so there wasn't much to work with. And again, I was rushed through my manicure. The polish doesn't even cover the whole nail. Some of the black polish flooded my nail bed and if it wasn't done by the black, it was certainly done by the top coat. Some spots are streaky and barely covered. The corners of my nails aren't painted. The tips of my nails look like it's worn off already. If you're okay with spending $60 (by Apple Pay, because they don't take cards) on a rushed and sloppy manicure/pedicure then by all means, this is the place to go. Otherwise, beware. Should've known when I walked in and it was empty.

She was warm and welcoming, especially when I arrived when the spa opened at 8am. She made my experience at the Be Relax Spa incredible. Mitzey was detail oriented with the polish and my nails looked so jazzed up once she was done. I highly recommend Be Relax Spa for anyone traveling through IAH. They're located next to gate D1 and is worth the walk from different terminals. There was a good mix of male and female customers that stopped by as well, everyone left smiling and relaxed. I will definitely come back whenever I'm traveling through Houston and have some time to spare. The space is lovely and clean. The atmosphere is soothing (hard to come by in a hectic airport). The staff are kind and talented. Shout out to Mitzey and Liz. The service is 10/10!

The way they teamwork together to help each other with customers and assist each other in resetting stations was an endearing and rare sight to see. Now when it came to the customer, my person verified what I asked so it would be completely to my liking before preceding! What nail spa in this area is doing that across the board. If you have been away from this spot for a few years, like I have, this is your sign to give this place another chance. I promise you will not be disappointed. I was not asked to write a review or post a picture. Nor was I offered any discount or deal for posting a review. Their genuine service to not only their customers, but to each other, warranted me to let the locals know that this is the spot to be. Just leave me some room on Thursday afternoons please. FYI: I saw a few liquor bottles at the bar. It's all complimentary...I think lol. I'm sure it is. Just ask.
