This is my typical nail salon since it's close to my house... but baybeee... they have been SUCKING lately. I went in for a regular acrylic powder set. The lady doing my nails 1. Made my cuticles bleed, 2. Shaped my nails horribly. When I expressed my concern, she said the end result will be better. & Bc she's done my nails before without complaints, I trusted her. The shape still came out like shit. & even after 2 weeks, when I took off my acrylics, she had STAINED my nail bed! It's been 2 months & I still have a yellow tint to my nail bed. 0/10 recommend. For my pedicure, the bald dude with the tatts usually does them. He's pretty good, nothing too fancy. Basic pedicure for an expensive price. Lastly, the guy who does hair... PUT ON A FREAKING MASK!!!! This dude, as well as other employees, walk around without a mask. They're coughing & sneezing and being so unsanitary. After that, that's the last time I'll waste my time in this nail shop. I do not recommend. read more

Sloppy, never coming back! I went to get a full set, it was around 5:30 and I was pretty luck to find it still open. I had a deep red nail polish on my actual nails before going in. She didn't completely remover the nail polish before putting the acrylics on. I have cuts all over my fingers, and she wasn't gentle with the nail filer at all. She didn't bother measuring the nails to see if it was the same size. I brought to her attention that she had scuft the end of my index finger and asked her if she could repaint it and she looked at it and walked away. During this whole time no conversation was so ever, personally i like conversing with them to build a relationship and that didn't happen. Overall is was rushed and I will not be going back. read more

Overall my services were great! I got a basic pedicure, full set acrylic with shellac polish and an eyebrow wax. Considering they are a smaller shop with a hair salon they delivered. Really impressed with Steven's work on my fullset! He took his time while shaping my nails especially while applying the shellac polish. One suggestion for the owner is to get a bigger place and consider bringing on more staff to help with the rush of afternoon customers. This place is a diamond in the rough! I came there with my child at 1730. There were just two people working and about 2 customers (they each had a person with them wasn't sure if they were waiting for services). I was told to come back at 1900. Mind you....this is the time that they close. I initially wanted only one service (a color change on my toes). I asked if I could get a shellac manicure as well and I was told to just come back the next day. No compromise. No apology. No nothing. I was treated as if I came in at 6:45pm right before they close. The owner or manager could be a bit more accommodating and polite to customers. Also they are in DESPERATE need of help. I have NEVER been to a salon with only 2 ladies working. I would not go back simply bc they are RUDE. read more

$30 for an barely average pedicure with no color. Not the cleanest but it was an alright place.

I've never had anybody pay so much attention to my toes to make sure they look good. They weren't the most conversational people, but that's not the end of the world for me. They seem like genuinely nice people. My only complaint is that I wish the woman who did my acrylics had been more careful. The primer got on my finger and burned like crazy. When I asked her to wipe it off (just off of my finger) she just left it. She nicked me with the filer multiple times. Nice woman, and my nails looks nice, I just wish she had been more gentle. One of the absolute worst sets I've ever gotten in my life. Went in with a picture of what i wanted, it was simple but i just wanted to be sure the shape was how i wanted. The girl doing my nails was the youngest of the three women that were there (so speaking on my experience with her). She kept asking to see the picture so i was like "wow she's probably going to get them perfect." Anyway, started to notice they looked more circular (they literally look like stubby little circles) than almond so if course i voiced my concern. She kept telling me it was because she hadn't buffed them out yet, i disagreed so she started to raise her voice. I was like okay then.. I'll just shut up and give her a chance since she's the "professional" and not me. Buffing was done. I noticed her look at them and start to see what i was seeing so she tried to fix it by digging into the sides of my finger nails with a nail file to make them appear thinner when i ALREADY have a long thin nail bed. THEN tried to blame my nail shape for her lousy work. Im just upset that no one cared and they let her act that way. So yeah, def wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This place is close to home so it is very convenient. This is my third time here and I'm always satisfied with the service and the work. I came the day before Thanksgiving so it was busy. Anticipating the crowd, I called ahead and made an appointment for a regular pedicure. When I arrived, there was a walk-in already waiting for her pedicure. However, because I had called ahead, they kindly explained to the walk-in in front of me that I was going ahead of her because I had an appointment. I thought that was very nice and the woman was understanding. A time before, I called ahead right before they closed and they waited for me. I appreciate that they use hygienic liners in their pedicure tubs for bacteria. The people are friendly and they speak well enough English. Prices are moderate, but I'm okay with that since the location is convenient. They do waxing and have a hairstylist that does cuts and coloring. Very satisfied. read more
