Today I took my mother to this nail shop because it looked "nice". I personally never tried it and thought "they might be good". As soon as we walk in ,Nancy , a worker, refuses service to my mother. My mother is visually impaired and has a Seeing Eye Dog . After a couple of minutes of explaining how service cannot be refused to any person who has a service animal her manager stepped in to take her to another nail tech . Even though we are in 2016 it is amazing that people are so ignorant . Although my mom is here getting her nails done I can guarantee you that I will never return . To make any person feel the way my mother and I felt is beyond shameful. People please realize that our great country has an ADA ACT. I hate to write this negative review because the nail tech was super friendly but I cannot forget to mention that she was also super shady! This is not my usual go to place but I was in the area and short on time. I was getting a pedi & mani. I wanted acrylic powder because it's much stronger than dip and is easier to create designs. Not to mention it is usually cheaper. I asked her where the powders were and she showed me. I spent maybe 10 minutes looking for colors and when I sat down she did dip powder instead of acrylic powder. I told her I wanted acrylic but she said this is better and they both cost the same. So I asked her how much to do dip powder she said normally $55 but she will do it for me this one time for $50. Right off the bat I knew that was sketchy because no one ever is this excited to conveniently discount $5 for no reason and the average dip price is 40-45. Not just that- the other nail techs looked up and had that look. I didn't complain or question I let her happily finish so that she could do a decent job. I had my sister call the shop and specifically ask about prices and services. Once she finished and it was time to check out I brought it up. She said the man over the phone has no idea what he's talking about and his price ($40) given over the phone was wrong. She said it's $55 because my nails are long. I didn't require tips bc I have naturally long nails. So I said so it's $15 more just because I have long nails, wouldn't it be cheaper that I didn't use tips? She said long nails are $5 to $7 more (stuttering of course) she sounded so unsure. If you do the math that's 45 or 47. But a $55 fee would be $8-10 more what justifies that increase? Then she came up with other excuses to justify her inflated price. She said I used more than one color and the removal of my acrylic powder which she didn't even fully remove or used acetone to remove. All she did was drill it down and threw the dip on top even with the current color and new color being different. The top coat dripped over to the sides and now it snags my hair every time. Overall, I would never return nor recommend this salon to any one. I think it's so important to be upfront with your prices and have customers know exactly what they are paying for. Worst pedicure and solar nail refill I have EVER had! The pedicure "massage" was more like she was tickling my legs because of how lightly she was rubbing. She never once even massaged my feet. The scrub that was supposed to be used was simply slapped on to the front of my ankle and immediately rinsed off. And the paint on my toes is everywhere. During my nail refill she rushed through it and hurt me many times. She burned me with the electric file and was so sloppy and careless! When she used the electric file to clean underneath my nails she pushed so far down into my skin and when I jumped multiple times she didn't even bother to stop or apologize, she just got more rough and pulled my hands. I had her paint shellac on top of my plain solar nails and she put the second and third layer on before it dried and it made the paint bubble. She also painted messy all over my fingers. I am so disappointed in their carelessness and don't understand how they are still in business. This is not the first time they have done terrible massages or careless painting, but it is the first time they were so rough. I will NEVER go back. A waist of money. read more

My sister and cousin and I all went in to get pedicures. They charge $25 for a 30 minute pedicure. The staff aren't very friendly, they look bored and annoyed when they're giving you your pedicure, as if you're bothering them. All 3 of us started our pedicures at the same time but my cousin was finished around 5 minutes before everyone else. The pedicurist who painted my toes managed to somehow make them look bad, even though painting toes is easier than painting your fingernails. The coloring was bumpy and it looked as if I had done it. The whole reason in going to a nail salon is to get that nail salon quality look and it definitely is not here. My sister and my cousin all came out with funky looking toes. Will not come back, would not recommend. The only pro is that the massage feels really nice, but it lasted for about 2 minutes. read more

Got my nails done here the day I got engaged so I could show my ring off. I got a full set with American tip which cost $35. The employees were very nice and the lady did a great job and I received tons of compliments on my nails. I would definitely go here again. read more

Not the best experience . When I got there I had to wait to be seated . Not a big deal , because 4 ladies left a few minutes after I arrived . But once I was finally seated , I sat in the pedicure chair for a good 15-20 with no help. My feet weren't even soaking . They started on my hands and feet at the same time , I asked for ombré nails . I will attach my expectations vs reality. The tech who started on my acrylic nails left to go assist someone else and another tech took her place. I could tell there was an issue , because of her body language and how the other techs were looking at her and my nails . I would have just appreciated them saying they didn't know how to do it . The ombré on each nail and hand were different , my names were bulky and not the same lengths . Not to mention , they didn't ask if I would like anything to drink until my clear coat of my pedicure. When we got there at 11 for our apt's, I had to wait 30 mins before anyone could start on my pedicure. The worst experience This place didn't get great reviews to start, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt since the reviews I read were dated. I should have given the bad reviews more credit and listened. When I arrived, I noticed there are a lot of polishes to choose from, most of which were very visibly old. All the cues for bad service were there, and I ignored them. If you are not picky at all, if you like to waste your money, and/or if you enjoy wasting your time, this is the place for you. Today, I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes at Jasmine Sky Nail Salon and walked out with the worst pedicure ever. The technician spent a lot of time on me; she was excruciatingly slow and not effective. My feet are not even close to soft. My toes are not well polished at all. And I was cut a few times in the process. I'd like to think that my experience was isolated to the technician I had, but the guest next to me was there before I was and also took forever. Once I asked my technician to please speed it up, the guest next to me did the same. There are so many nail salons out there - I would not recommend this one. read more

I'm being nice with my 3 stars. First and only time here. I asked for a deluxe pedi which is supposed to last 45 mins. I didn't get nail polish so I figured it would be shorter. (I estimated no more than 15 mins). My pedi was right under 30 mins. Everything, since I walked in, felt so rushed. Once it was done the lady asked how much tip I was leaving so she could charge it. I've never had that before. While I was there they were arguing with a lady who seemed to be a repeat customer. Apparently they were over charging her for services she's had before. The cashier told her "oh, we don't offer that deal anymore." Even though it's still on their price list. Needless to say. I'm not coming coming back. read more

Very nice & actually relaxing! I went on a Saturday morning & there was no wait. Very friendly staff, they were not lazy. A younger girl did a cheetah design on all my toes that I love! They did okay on my toes but toes aren't hard to paint. I also got solar French tip nails and they are horrible. My nails have never looked worse. Will not be going back an I do not suggest to anyone. My nails are bumpy and the pink part is cloudy with the white powder. So disappointed. read more

Very disappointed in the service I received today. Was incredibly rushed, and asked the nail tech to polish ALL of my nail multiple times. Instead she just rolls her eyes. I have always loved having a shellac manicure. She didn't put lotion on my hands at all. Then my daughter had her nails and toes polished, and she didn't even take her old polish off all the way so now it has 2 colors. I also asked for a design for her and I could tell the lady was upset because she didn't want to do it. We shouldn't have bothered because it came out smeared and crooked. So disappointed. read more

Got my nails done her on Sunday- just 4 days ago. Got a refill and powder color change. The coat of powder she put on top is already chipping off on large chunks. The nails are new, meaning this was first refill since I had them done. I can only assume the product they are using is cheap? I've never had this happen anywhere else before. Very disappointed. The employees seem to pick if they want to do a mani/pedi on you if you ask for them by name. I walked in asking for the two regular women who do my mani and pedi, and was told by one of the other employees one of them had a 30 minute wait time and the other one had a client who was "coming back" and could not do my pedi. This has happened to me before on another occasion, however I still returned a month later and all was fine again. The same situation was repeated again today.
