Water was all she needed and that I should've accepted not expect a discount or deduction. Yelling and cutting me off the whole time she was disrespectful because I was calm and quiet. I asked her over 3 times to not cut me off or yell. It wasn't until I raised my voice and cut her off that she STFU. I've been a loyal customer for 8-10years driving for over an 40 minutes for their nail tech and I spent $1,000s of dollars to be publicly humiliated for asking for sanitation!

Walked in and was greeted by a guy playing on his phone. I was told to wait as he went to find someone to service me. After a few minutes a mail technician comes out from the back and starts preparing my chair and water. The mail technician was friendly and asked my name and if it was my first time here. She then started asking about my job and if I was single. I did noticed she didn't add anything to my water. She went through the entire pedicure process pretty quickly. My manicure was even faster. She barely did a trim on my nails. They looked uneven and dull when she was done. As I was looking at my nails when she was done, she grabbed her cart and went to the back. She never came back out. I paid my bill and left. I will not be returning here.

There was one lady here getting a manicure. No one else. I waited half an hour for a pedicure. When the gentleman finally came out, he didn't know what he was doing? I've had hundreds of pedicures. He didn't offer me different packages. Didn't add anything to my foot bath, used the SMALLEST amount of sugar scrub (which he didn't serve out onto a plate, he double dipped !!GROSS!!, yes he had gloves on but he still stuck his post scrubbing my leg fingers in the big jar...) he stretched my poor ankles in every which direction during my "massage" which was with way too little lotion and tugged and pulled on my skin.. he kept walking off and taking several minutes to come back. Also, he "prepped" my legs with the sugar scrub & lotion and then put one singular hot towel over both my legs which totally did not cover them.. and then he dried me off and went in the back!!!! I had to wait for the lady doing the other woman's manicure to come over and finish my pedicure! I was here for over 2 hours. WHY!? He was very sweet and asked if I was ok at least twice, but had no business working on me like professional nail tech which he clearly was NOT. Once the lady came over she obviously knew what she was doing and was good but very rushed bc she was working on 3 clients (another lady came in during my "massage") by herself. She didn't do a good job, but I'm guessing just bc she was in such a hurry. She didn't file my nails or cut my cuticles. She nipped off some dead skin but didn't work on every toe. She wasn't very careful taking out my ingrown big nails (which is why I get pedicures!!!!) and made me very sore & made me bleed.. The ingrowns suck and I'm used to them hurting but not like this. She didn't even take it all out so now I'll have to go again in a week or so this whole experience was a waste of time. All and all I definitely won't be back but like. I'm just so confused with the reviews?? Nice people. Poor business.

I am going to start this by saying I almost NEVER write reviews but I went to sunny nail salon on…read morethe 3rd of July and asked for GelX nails because every time i've come here and gotten regular powder acrylic they last MAYBE two weeks and I wanted them to last longer than that. So I've gotten GelX at other salons before and it lasts a good amount of time, the technician I worked with told me to go with builder gel instead because that would make refills easier. I made sure to ask the technician if the builder gel would still work with tips to which she said yes. The job was okay, the gelx was lump and not drilled evenly, the shape was inconsistent on each nail, and the length was different for each nail. But still, I paid the amount and went on my way content with what I was given. By Tuesday the 7th the Gel began to lift from my nails and the gel even popped off completely from my index finger. I went in and they fixed it but again the quality was just as bad and while the man (I assume the manager) was "fixing" it, he explained that I should've gotten GelX because builder gel doesn't work with the tips to which I explained that YOUR employee told me this would be better and since I am not in expert in this I figured she would know best. But, again I left not wanting to spend even more time there. Then today ALL of my nails each had either the gel or both the gel and tip come off. When I called they offered to have me come in and fix it completely to which I explained that I am not going to come back in just to come back AGAIN in 5 or so days when this happens again and to just kindly refund my money. They then explained that they are unable to refund my money due to their salon's policy and that they would try acrylic or putting me with a different technician. I told them I do not want to do that and just wanted a refund, they then said that they cannot since they aren't the manager. I was told the manager would give me a call back and talk to me personally about this but then was told they never came in. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

This past Saturday was my second time coming into this salon…read more First time was during 4th of July weekend, theretore I was very understanding of the wait time and rushed service. However, this past Saturday we arrived at 11:30 am and were told that the wait would be 15 mins. Not at all close to the time we waited. We were sat at 12:45 over an hour later. I wish they would've been more honest about the timing. Nonetheless we got sat with Angel and Mia, Mia was very dismissive and dropped some of my orange juice on my brand new Birkenstocks and did not care to clean them off or even apologize. Already, off to an even worse experience. They did not even cut enough of the cuticles or nails whatsoever. When we asked them to cut shorter they grew upset and just rushed through our mani/pedis. I ended up with nail polish on other places on my foot other than just my nails. Very sloppy job. After almost 4 hours of being here we finally get to the front only for the older woman to say she misplaced our ticket or mislabeled. We had to wait for her for another 20 minutes to get our total. I quite honestly did not even want to pay for this awful experience. It was terrible and I will definitely not be coming back. Even if you make an appointment they will still make u wait more than 30 mins. The location is beautiful but the service is not up to par. Try a different location or salon, save yourself the troubles.

PROS: The employees are so sweet, and this salon was very accommodating when I came to see if they had any walk-in availability. CONS: They definitely didn't properly remove my Gel-X set. I made sure to ask at the front desk first if they could do it at all, and the receptionist confirmed that they could. But long after I left the salon, I noticed I still had a lot of Gel-X residue on, and several have peeled off and damaged my nails in the process. I called beforehand to make an appointment. Once I arrived, the salon was empty with only the employees. The employees were kind towards me, however, the man who performed my pedicure did not understand me or did he speak English. I had to wait until the lady who did my manicure was available which was a hit and miss. The man would point at the mani and pedi booklet to indicate that I needed to choose quickly. I couldn't choose quickly because they had a lot of options and I wasn't given any time as I was rushed. The lady rushed me to choose the mani that I was interested in. I ended up choosing up the cheapest option. I told both individuals that I wasn't interested in hot stones for medical reasons. Both the man and the lady begged me to get hot stones and even said that hot stones was very good and relaxing. I get that, but for medical reasons I am not going to the hospital over hot stones and pay a hefty medical bill because of them. I told them my reasons and yet was still begged to get them for an additional cost. I chose my nail polish that I wanted and the lady who served me immediately told me no that I couldn't choose that. She asked me to choose another color. I chose another color then the color that I chose wasn't something that they had used before and I asked if I was sure that I liked the color. I told her that I was sure since she was adamant that I couldn't choose the color that I initially wanted. She asked me again if I was sure. I told her yes, then she opened the color, applied it to my toenail and fingernails. After, she applied it, she asked for a third time if I was sure as she cannot reverse the process of applying. I told her yes. That crap was very annoying her asking me several times if I was sure and not allowing me, the paying customer to choose the initial color, but yet having to settle for a secondary color. Another thing that pissed me off was that I brought a picture in for her to match. This lady gave me a hard time it was like pulling teeth to get her to match the picture that I wanted. She told me that she would charge me $100 additional on top of the color for the special look which was utterly ridiculous. She would charge me for all 10 fingers. For a basic color, acrylic nails, this basic job cost me $139. I felt like it was a rip off. Next time, I am not going to a nail salon, but will be buying the glue on nails from HEB. The nails that I got at this salon didn't even last 2 months like how they last at Bella Nails that I used to go to in Pearland, TX before I moved to the area. They did an okay job, but the glue on nails would have looked better. Additionally, I did not care for hearing children play and scream while I was trying to have a relaxing time at this salon. They had their children out on the floor yelling and talking loudly. I cannot enjoy my time getting my nails done being around children that just ruins the mood for me. I won't be back and recommending them to anyone.
