I came in for a basic pedicure (about $34) and was the only customer in the salon. Even with no one else there, the service felt rushed and lacked effort. The tech was very light-handed and didn't thoroughly remove the dead skin from my heels. To make matters worse, once my pedicure was finished, I was asked to move to the drying station instead of drying in the pedicure chair. I was working during my appointment, so I had to pack up and move my laptop, devices, and other belongings for no apparent reason, despite the salon being empty. It was unnecessarily inconvenient. As my polish was drying, I noticed my heels were still rough. When I pointed it out, I was told I had chosen the basic pedicure and that I "needed a cheese grater." I disagreed. My (80 year old) longtime nail tech had never used a cheese grater and consistently leaves my heels smooth using standard tools and proper technique for my basic pedicure. What disappointed me most was that they refused to correct the issue, even though there were no other customers waiting. It would have taken just a few extra minutes to make things right. A basic pedicure should leave your feet feeling smooth, and good customer service means addressing reasonable concerns when they're brought up. Unfortunately, this salon did neither, and I won't be returning. Guest relations go a long way

I started coming to this place because of a lady who not only did great work, but was very sweet and kind to me. Today I had the worst experience I've ever had as customer at any nail salon I've been to. The nail technician, My (is her name), was so rude to me after me expressing my dislike of the nail design I asked her for. I asked if there was something else more simpler would could try she told me "no" and that I "wasted her time" Then she asked "you pay for what if I take it off" I said "money isn't the issue for me I'll pay whatever but this isn't something I like." And showed her another photo of something simpler we could do instead. She agreed. And tried to make me choose the color SHE wanted me to do. I asked if they had other colors for me to choose from she said "no" and I kept asking "what do you mean no?" Then after telling me no 3x that I could not choose the color I wanted to choose from my chrome she then goes to get the chrome color choices I've been asking for and hands them to me. After she hands the to me she immediately tell me to "leave and go somewhere else" I asked "so you don't want to do my nails anymore?" She said "no. If you know someone else somewhere else go to them." I have never in my yearssss of getting my nails done experienced this type of disrespect. Especially as a paying customer who told her that money wasn't an issue and that we could do something simple on my nails that made her feel more comfortable. They have forever lost my business. Customer service is everything.

It seems like the salon may have been testing out a new employee on paying customers, and that is completely unacceptable. If you are going to train or test a new person, that should be done on staff members, not customers who are paying full price for a professional service. The pedicure was not done as described on the menu for the service I selected. When I got home, I noticed I still had a lot of dead skin on my feet, which should have been removed during the pedicure. On top of that, the nail polish application looked terrible. The whole service took two hours, which is way too long for a pedicure. It was obvious something was wrong, and the managers were walking around the entire time. I do not understand why no one stepped in to check on the situation or correct it before I had to bring it to their attention myself. I told the manager the service was unacceptable. The amount of time it took, the poor polish application, and the fact that I was still charged regular price made the whole experience even worse. Manager then had someone else correct polish. Customers should not be used to train new employees while still being expected to pay full price. It is unfair and unprofessional.

The receptionist came in at a later time and handed me the color options. Chloe was so kind and welcoming, and made me feel right at home. I originally wanted a shellac color, but decided on pink and white, and my nails came out exactly as I wanted! I would definitely come back. After finishing my nails, and noting the price, I additionally asked for a shellac color change on my toes. My toes were painted by Andy. I am pleased by everything I received. My nails and toenails lasted for a month, and I have had no issues with them. I cannot wait to go back!
