I'm honestly shocked by the number of negative reviews here, especially after the great experience I had a few weeks ago. My boyfriend and I stopped by on a Saturday without an appointment. I was a little nervous about trying a new nail salon in an unfamiliar area, but we were on a time crunch so I couldn't be picky. We both got mani pedis and it was my boyfriend's first time ever getting one. The staff made the experience amazing. They were all super friendly, professional, and patient. They answered all of my boyfriend's questions since he had no idea what to expect or what anything was LOL. I wish I had gotten everyone's names because they were all so great. A special shoutout to the nail technician who did my nails!!! They turned out exactly how I wanted. She checked in with me throughout the entire process to make sure I was happy with the results and I've received more compliments on my nails than I ever have before. To top it all off, they were celebrating Chinese New Year while we were there. Making customers feel included in the festivities is such a thoughtful cool touch. And they have a full bar, which is pretty rare for a nail salon!! This place is on the pricey side but you absolutely get what you pay for. read more

I have been coming to this nail salon since they opened and have loved it. A few months ago, they got new owners but i stayed loyal because the service and atmosphere was overall still the same, until today. I went in to receive a soak off of acrylics i had gotten done there previously and a simple manicure. i asked for the service list to see if i wanted anything more luxurious but i knew i just needed the acrylics taken off and my natural nails cleaned up, no polish nothing, because i like to let them breathe. Now i know it's a business and you want to sell me but I am a returning customer and shouldn't have to explain my whole decision making process to deny extra services, i even went as far to let her know i'll be in next week for my pedicure, but i kept it pushing even though it was a little much and i was never pressured that much under previous ownership. I always order a red wine when i received it this time it's not the same product they've been providing at all, it's cheap sugary wine, i'm disappointed but i take personal note and move on (last time i received the most vile mimosa but didn't say anything then either.) the nail tech sits down and greats me, seemingly pleasant woman and starts trimming my acrylics, after that she gets a plastic tip, cuts a corner off and starts prying my acrylics off. now they were coming off fairly smooth and didn't hurt so i didn't have a problem with it but that is NOT a soak off, the service which i requested. she has one nail left on the first hand when the original lady, who later says she is the manager but i guess wasn't?, walks by again and i inform her this is working fine but i won't be paying for a soak off as i am not receiving a soak off. she goes back and forth with me and after THREE times of explaining to her the tech can take them off this way and do the manicure but i won't be paying for a service i am not receiving the nail tech frustratingly says "ok! ok! ok!" and grabs my hand to pull me across the table. mind you, my hands are in front of me at the edge of the table no where near her. that's when i politely informed her she's lost her mind, ask why is she pulling on me and say im no longer comfortable with them and they will not be touching me. i get up to leave and ask the woman if she was the manager she says yes then another woman overhears and comes over saying she's the manager. i tell her the series of events all while the nail tech is sitting there SMIRKING. the new manager is begging me to let her take care of me, not even a sorry while the pretend manager is in her ear saying something about "cheaper" i never once said anything about the cost, i know how much it costs, i willingly went in there to give them my money to do something i could've done myself and she calls me cheap? i was so shaken up by being grabbed and no one acknowledging it i couldn't in good conscience have those women touching me. i loved this salon but now the quality of their products AND evidently employees has majorly depleted. added the photo of the VILE mimosa i was given read more

Daisy gives THE BEST pedicure! I have sensitive toes with problem areas and she knows exactly what is needed each and every time. So gentle and never rushed. BEWARE! THEY BLOCK, DELETE & OFFER MONETARY COMPENSATION TO REMOVE BAD REVIEWS! Well...gave them another try one year later with different nail techs and they really are shady! I went in for a pedicure and the nail tech insisted on telling me my nail polish was shellac- so she decided to use the nail drill (though I've had the drill used on both regular and gel polish, so I didn't mind much) except the drill was used in such a careless and harsh manner my pedicure left me with paper thin nails, all my nails are consistently breaking as they are so weak and fragile/unhealthy they snag and break and am unable to use open toe shoes DURING SUMMER because of this awful experience. read more

I am really sad to say my once go to nail shop has changed for the worse. Lots of good techs gone so the wait was over an hour even with an appointment & the pricing is outrageous! $35 for 4 nails to be half way marbled NOT $20 but $40 additional for length. I'd understand if they're drastic long , but these are not. I have left with longer & without a penalty fee multiple times before What sucks is the same management I once loved and rooted for , is the same one that didnt bat an eye when I tried expressing concern for ONLY the marbling price I was told "$35 is for skill of the tech". I have been here a couple of times and they always are able to get me in quickly as a walk in. I needed a fill and changed the color. Used to enjoy going here. Today I went and brought my own shellac polish for a pedicure. Got charged for the pedicure and the extra cost for using my own polish. Bad customer service and feel I shouldn't have been charged the extra, they were already charging me $45 for the pedicure. read more

I'm actually really upset about the service I received here today. As soon as I sat down the nail tech shoved the salon's most expensive pedicure pricing sheets in my face so much as to cover the "cheaper" pedicure prices then proceeded to tell me about their expensive ones. She was almost insistent I spend $60+ on a pedicure. Once I told her I only wanted the classic pedicure (cheapest) she treated me so badly like I had just really offended her. Then - She didn't remove all of my toe nail polish so now I have a dark, wine color on the edge of my nails by my new color. She barely cut my cuticles She cut my toenails with the cuticle clipper resulting in REALLY uneven nails. She "removed" my calluses for maybe 30 seconds, so lightly there's no way she removed anything She barely rubbed my legs and feet with lotion, but used her nails to scratch my ankles? I was so confused. No base coat before painting my nails And she barely put a top coat on I couldn't believe it! I have a video to show how pathetic it was. My entire pedicure was SO short and extremely disappointing. I tried this place because it was new and closer to my house than my other nail salon but I'll NEVER be back. My take away - Save your money. This place is more expensive than others in the area and the service was terrible. Like I said, I'll never be back. read more

I paid for the ooh lala pedicure, and I always look forward the neck and shoulder massage, especially after a tough work week. It's one of the reasons why I chose that one. It's cost 60 or 65$. Well the nail tech massaged me for like two minutes. The leg massage wasn't great either. I've been to places where they at least set a timer. Save your money. Do not come here. I should have just made he drive to my regular nail salon in Houston. The person who did my manicure however did a good job. No complaints. I should have just paid for the 35$ pedicure. read more

I have been to this nail salon numerous times. I have never had any issues and they go above and beyond to make sure you have a fabulous experience. I have gone here since they opened for my manicures and pedicures. I recently started getting dip powder with the nail tech Lee, and I do not recommend her. Lee negatively gossips about previous clients and she do not like to correct simple mistakes when doing your nails. I tip well and I expect to have a relaxing experience with good results.
