I usually have my normal nail place that I go to in the Woodlands, but I decided to try this place because of convenience. I Usually just get nail polish or shellac pedicure at my normal place. The gentleman at Cloud9 that was going to do my pedicure suggested for me to get acrylic overlay on my big toe because there was a small split on the edge of my nail and that he said it would probably crack all the way down if I didn't get acrylic to protect. I've never had that issue before and I've had plenty of small splits on my toe nails on my toe nails and im now 48. So I did get acrylic on just that one big toe the rest of them were shellac. About three weeks later, I went to my normal place to take off the shellac and acrylic from that big toe to get a new pedicure done to my unfortunate surprise when the acrylic was being taken off I noticed a large green stain the nail tech and my normal place. said it happens when a acrylic job is not done properly and humidity and water goes in between the nail and the acrylic. I am so devastated because I should've just stayed going to my normal place instead of trying Cloud9 and now sadly, I have this situation where almost my whole toe is green and a split that goes almost all the way down in the middle of my toe. . We're about to enter the summertime and I will not be able to wear sandals and worst I'm going to have to go see a foot doctor and they will probably tell me that my whole nail has to be removed. Most of the people in here working are just practicing on your name and they couldn't care less. This place is really convenient so this is my third time coming in here and being disappointed. Please don't ever let the guy, Kayla or the lady in this picture do anything for you at all. This lady attempted to give me a cold pedicure after telling her 3 times she changed it. Almost everything she did to my feet was while they were dry. She used the grate while dry, scrub brush was wet feet dry, cleaned them while dry then place my feet in an empty bowl and washed them. It was very weird. I complained but that went nowhere. If she can't understand what I'm saying how can I communicate with her to tell her what I'd like. They are charging me extra for my pedicure because I had shellac but I'm not getting shellac. So it's still the price as last time because they changed it, but wouldn't they change the polish with a pedicure regardless. She polished my feet and fanned them with the price chart. No lotion! No oil! She didn't even polish them correctly, the second coat was not fully polished over the first coat of polish, which left lines I had to ask her to clean the sides. read more

Shellac mani and pedi was $110...... customer service was poor and the shop was not as sanitary as regulations require. I saw multiple customers come and go yet no one disinfected the seats, foot spa, or utensils. No wonder a few customers attracted nail fungus after visiting this nail shop. Couldn't make a appointment online so went in and the place only had one other customer there. My mom and I went for pedicures the pushed for nails or manicure so agreed to it. Been getting nails since the 90s worst nail job I've ever had. We both had people on our feet and hands instead of switching sides they had us reaching across our body to do the other hand (not at a comfortable when you have a large chest and arthritis). They have you pick colors but don't use the color you picked. A example is my mom had pink chill nail and she said she wanted the same are close to color on her toes they put a neon orange then proceed to argue and say it was the same number as on her nails. My nails were supposed to be A light tan color and they put a darker color. The nails are not straight they have bubbles all in them and wasn't shaped evenly. I usually don't like writing bad reviews but spent over $200 and got bad service and wasn't at all pleased with the outcome. The whole time getting my nails done the lady kept watching the clock closely, when done she got up said they had my ticket and walked off to the back. Now if I didn't have to go pick up my kids from school I would've made them fix the mistakes that I seen when I went out into the sun and was able to see all the mistakes. Got a full set and a pedicure and was so pleased with how they both went I had to leave a review while I was drying. I confirmed with nail tech several times what I wanted and he only put French tips on one nail on each hand instead of all 10 nails like I confirmed with him several times. Male tech was very rude and had an attitude when I let him know it's supposed to be French tips on all fingers with the design on two nails, he was very snappy and tapped on my hand hard like I was a toddler with an attitude. Spoke with the manager, she apologized on behalf of the nail tech.Manager went with whatever the tech told her basically called me a liar $110 for a pedicure and this they didn't put on any cuticle oil. The behavior exhibited by Tom today was beyond unprofessional and needs to be addressed and corrected. She said "soaking takes too long". Even after ripping my nail off and making me bleed, she was going to keep ripping the other ones off. I told her to stop. It was my first time trying this place, it's fairly new and I wanted to have my toes done but didn't want to drive super far. This salon was just around the corner from me and was surprised where it was one where they serve a complimentary drink (non and alcoholic drinks) I didn't have to wait long even though they seemed busy. I also thought it was a good price for just my pedicure with shellac. I paid $60 in total but that was including my tip. They have different options for the pedicures, I believe they all include a hot stone massage but there's different scents to your oils or lotion they use for the massages and the length of the massage. I've visited this place on multiple occasions and typically I'm satisfied...today was much different. Maybe there was a language barrier but I was ultimately charged for a service I did not ask for. Additionally, the quality of the work was poor. My mistake was not paying attention to my receipt and paying for the service without checking. Once I realized I was overcharged and brought it to their attention, they pretty much called me a liar. This was very disappointing to say the least. In total I paid $127, of which $15 was for the additional service. All I asked for was an adjustment of the $15 and they only offered a max of $10. There was lots of confusion because there dip powder, shellac, and regular colors were in the same color books. I asked, confirmed, and agreed to pricing before service. Also the colors on my toes and feet didn't match when I specifically asked for the same color. The color is bleeding three different colors on my toes and my nails are 100% OFF. My wife found this place and decided to give it a try so I took her and my step daughter for an appointment. When we went in we were greeted very warmly by the front desk staff and the manager, Henry. Everybody was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The salon itself was very clean and well laid out. They have a huge selection of colors, polishes, shellac's, and whatever else they put on nails. Their prices seem to be pretty average for what they offer, and they have a complementary two drink bar with beer, wine and liquor. So they immediately won me over. Both my wife and stepdaughter got pedicures, and in the process my wife and Henry had manipulated me into getting one. Poor Ivy got stuck with my feet. It doesn't help that I'm ticklish. Then the man who was doing my toes could not apply nail polish correctly. He kept adding layers of nail polish and I knew it wasn't going to dry at all because of the amount of polish. He didn't believe and he touched it and the entire polish slipped off. I was there over two hours because no one could apply polish correctly. I went back for a gel x removal. MY MISTAKE. another bad service. They left my nails so thin that they would bend so easily. The worse part is that they didn't even remove the entire gel. Never going back here. Went in the next day and they were trying to charge me to redo it when it didn't even last 1 day, got it re done and same thing happen again so I went back in the next day and they said they couldn't do anything about that if I wanted to get it fixed I needed to pay. Keep in mind the first time I went I paid $55 for a shellac manicure and waited 2 hours and took them about another 2 hours to do the work.
