This was my first visit to the salon. It was well kept and not overly smelly of nail polish. I opted for a pedicure and manicure combo which was very affordable. They offer you free drinks including wine. The pedicure was amazing, hot stones, paraffin wax, and a great massage. Extremely rude man in the front. I walked in and asked for a menu with the prices because I live in the area and would like to patronize a local business and he said they do not have a menu. So I started to look around for one and saw one taped to the counter. I began to take my phone out to take a picture of it and the man at the counter covered the menu with a random stack of papers and said "I can not permit you to do that." And I naturally said "well why not." And he just kept saying he couldn't permit me to do that. Don't come to this place. As I entered, I was asked to choose a nail color. However, I couldn't help but notice that the bottles of polish appeared a bit outdated. Wanting to make the best choice, I picked up one of the bottles and gave it a gentle shake. The cap unexpectedly came off, causing polish to land on the floor. I apologized for the mishap. I go where Thi is! Nice new spot. They have been open for almost a month. My Thi moved to this nail shop and I followed. It's huge. One side is lined with the spa chairs and the other side are the nail tables. Everything is new and clean. They use liners for the foot spa - win! It's clean! I did one of the special spa treatments with paraffin wax and hot stones. Awesome. The wax is amazing! It makes your feet so smooth. And the massage and stones are so relaxing. The nail chairs are really comfortable and nice not the ones that roll all over the place. I've been with Thi long enough that my hands and feet always look great. The atmosphere and environment is nice. They also offer you a drink. I think one of the spa treatment comes with wine! yay! They take debit/credit cards. They also do waxing and eyelashes and shellac. Oh and they also have some Essie nail polishes. That was pretty awesome! I love their polish! Overall it's my new spot and definitely worth a try! I have been a customer of nail tech Kayla for off and on for two years. I never had an issue with my nails until Labor Day 2016. My nail bed naturally curves and she rushed applying the tips on my nails to where there is exposed space between my real nail and the falsie. When I corrected her she kept going until I had to make her stop and remove all of my nails. I asked her if I could please soak them off and she refused. She removed them with an eFile which can be very damaging to the health of one's nail bed. I will never go back and I haven't been back. read more

They use plastic in their spa tubs, and offer drinks for everyone. Easy enough to communicate with them. Next time, I should make an appointment to cut my wait time. I gave this place 3 chances. The first chance I gave them my French manicure shellac nails chipped the NEXT day... i came before work so there weren't any other customers, i was handed off like nobody wanted my business. The second chance I gave this place I explained to them what happened hoping that this time they wouldn't cake on too much Polish and same thing happened AGAIN, it chipped the very next day, although the service was better, the quality was not. I do not do crazy things that cause my nails to chip and I do not have oily nails for them to chip so I thought I'd try a pedicure the third time. When I walked in it was a wait because everyone was busy---cool, I get that, so I sat down where they told me to.. I was kinda just left there, they didn't offer me a drink, how are you-- nothing. So at this point I am kinda in a hurry to get out of here, just want to get my toes painted and leave, but since no one asked I went ahead and asked the lady if I could have a glass of their wine, but she brought me a menu, pointed to it and told me it's only for people who get the Upgraded pedicure, i was baffled. I have been waiting patiently, and I can not even have a drink... so I declined because no I did not want to extend my time here, I just wanted to have my pedi done and over with. To top off my marvelous experience, she didn't even allow my toes to dry nor did she spray anything for quick drying before taking my shoes and handing me off to another guy to charge me for my pedicure. The service was horrible. I went in to get a full set as well as a pedicure, my nails are really short on my toes now, I told her to just file them evenly. My nail polish is messy, I had her re-paint my toes multiple times and my polish is still messed up, my nails on my fingers are crooked, and uneven. I would never go back, for 55$ its definitely not worth it, they tried to go up on the price for my toes, they told me 25$ but in their catalog where their prices were it said 20$. The facility is nice. HOWEVER, I went in to get a manicure, and it was the first time I've ever walked out of a nail place. The tools they used were not sanitized. The lady squirted it with hydrogen peroxide to clean it; she did that in front of me. When she went to file my nails, she barely looked at the. She filed them crooked and inconsistent when shaping them. She didn't ask me what shape I wanted, when I like them square, so some are square and some are rounded. When she went to put lotion to soften my cuticles, she didn't even put them on my cuticles, but on the nail. After soaking my nails, when they normally push back your cuticles, she barely touched my cuticles, sometimes not touching them at all. When they're supposed to cut the cuticles and excess skin, she clipped on the skin, but didn't take anything off. I told them I changed my mind, and I offered to pay so I could leave. They all gathered around me. I didn't want to call the lady out in front of everyone. I'll just stop trying to find places near work, and stick to the place I normally go. read more

Located in a plaza next to boost Mobile. Usually, I don't have a tough time communicating with manicurists given that I'm vietnamese and Chinese so I can break down the accents. But I really suggest here! I like getting regular gel manicures. But they offer shellac here, which I believe costs more than regular gel. And when I asked for regular gel options.. they gave me shellac options. Whatever. So a shellac gel manicure is $25. If you want french tip it's $30. I had to soak off my previous gel job so that was $3. Usually gel manis are done within an hour. She took about 1.5. Got a regular pedicure so that was $20. It was decent. But, the lady that did my toes had a customer walk in towards the end of my session, so I noticed she rushed through putting the top coat on to go and see her new client. I watched her put the top coat on and she didn't even go from one end to the other. It was like, a slab on top coat and moved on. $48 total... I'm from Los Angeles And I pay this amount there. But I recieve more for that amount. I would've expected this to be a little less. read more

I've been looking for a nail salon near home that is good quality and I've finally found it ! I went in two days ago and got my nails done and a pedicure and both women took their time and I really felt pampered . They offer you drinks as soon as you get there and it's just a relaxing environment . I'd give this place 5 stars except for the fact that while I was there , there was 6 other "women" there that were half naked . Butt hanging out of their shorts and just extremely ghetto. I was referred to this Nail Salon from a coworker. So my daughter and I decided to try it out. We arrived around 10:45am and they were very busy. No available associates. We had a 20 minute wait. The owner or Mgr, a male barked orders to every customer coming in, about where to sit. I simply obliged him. Once it was my turn, Julie was my nail tech. She was very friendly. We talked the entire time and she was very pleasant. I was very happy how my nails turned out. However, after an additional 15 minute wait for my daughter to get a nail tech to work with her was draining. The owner or Mgr started her nails, then a woman took over. She wasn't having my experience. They didn't talk to her and she looked miserable. I sat next to her after my nails were done. (Which I love how they turned out.) To see why she was looking so unhappy. They had to redo a nail 3 times. After the third attempt to put the nail On straight, my daughter didn't care anymore. She allowed them to leave it crooked. Her nails looked as if a beginner did them and she was sorely disappointed. My personal experience with Julie was a 5 star. But having the man bark orders and he was truly raising his voice at us was not appreciated and the face that I had to wait 30-40 for my daughter to get finished was really frustrating. The cleanliness of the store was nice, it was bright and refreshing. However, if I go back, I will only work with Julie. Was really rough. He then aid some jibberish & they began to laugh. Also, when he filed my nail down he constantly digged into my nail even when I jecked backed he held my foot. So, after he was finished I thought it couldn't get any worse. The girl came over, POINTED to what he has scraped from my feet & laughed & said something in a different language. I asked if there was a problem & they simply grew quiet. Then when she began taking off my color for my refill she was talking to the other lady laughing... So hard that she stopped my nails. Overall, this isn't the the place u want to go. I listed only SOME of the problems I HAD here, not to mention others that were sitting next to me. Wow. Everyone was irritated. Brought my 9 year old daughter here for her birthday to have her nails painted for the very first time. This turned into a bad experience leaving me no choice but to never go back to this nail salon again. I am extremely unhappy and disappointed that many other customers were serviced before my child even though she had been waiting much longer than the other customers who came in after us. I spoke to the guy who I assume is the Manager who ignored my complaints and thought that I WOULD NOT notice that 8 other customers who came in much later than us were serviced before my child. He then expected the person who was finishing up my pedicure to then paint my child's nails AFTERWARDS. Which means we would both have to wait even longer. I will never go back here again.
