I have been coming here since June. I really like it here the owner was present on most of my visits and I love that! This is a black owned business and I live that too. I can last month and got my nails done. The tech and I were standing outside past 9am because no one was there to open the door. After I attempted to open the door I knocked on it and Nicole said umm the door was open. I said hey girl is it a problem? She said no I was just telling you it was open. After that the visit was better she cleaned it up and my nails looked great! Now today I'm here for a 9am appointment no one was here that could do my nails the young lady at the front was really apologetic and she was nice. She reached out to the techs and the owner. I was told no one would be there until 10 lol I have other things to do that to wait at the nail shop for an hour after making an appointment for 9am Please try to do better with being on time this was nice while it lasted. read more

So glad this Black owned business is less than 5 minutes away, (honestly a smart idea because it's very closer to 2 subdivisions and an apartment complex). This review is based of my 1st and 2nd visit. The 1st visit was for eyebrow waxing which was good, just standard, nothing too special about it (that's why I didn't do a review). The 2nd visit was a gel pedicure. I read from a previous review is that it's dark, yes, because of the ceiling which I'm sure it's out of their control; it's not too bad; still got the spa feeling. Due to COVID, I had my temperature check and had to wash my hands. So overall, I'm pleased with the service I received and with my gel pedicure. I will no longer be visiting this establishment. After Overlooking several issues (techs not starting on time even with an appointment, additional charges for EVERYTHING, and poor quality materials) today was the LAST straw. I went for a walk-in appointment with my Bestfriend for a refill on a set that I had done only 2 weeks prior. At the time I needed my nails done as soon as possible for a photo shoot. I got an ombré set that was much too thick for my liking but it wasn't so awful that I felt the need to complain plus I was in a rush. A couple days after the nails were installed, several nails were already rising up and snagging on everything. A nail broke only 3 days after receiving the set and I was able to go back in to get it fixed. Fast forward to today, about 2 weeks later and I plan to get a refill only for the tech to tell me that all of my nails need to be removed on a brand new set. I'm like I got these done not even 2 weeks ago here. The tech lets me know that the guy who did it (her coworker) did a terrible job applying the nails and shaping it and that she could see the problem immediately. She informs the woman at the front desk of my situation who told me that I should've come back in 10 days and pretty much had no concern that my nails were put on incorrectly. The nail tech told me that was ridiculous. I politely and very calmly said it's okay, please remove the nails for me. I had referred almost everyone I know here but I am taking my referral back. I didn't even expect a free set, but come on.. you could've at least charged the refill price since the problem was your fault! I was so excited to try this nail spa. Not only is it by my house but it is black-owned. Although, they take walk-ins, I did get on the website to book an appointment. When walking in, the front lady DEDE greeted with a smile and she had clients wash their hands first. My pedicure was set for 9am, however the techs were running late so my pedicure didn't get started until 9:34am. I try to be understanding of people and time however when people make appointments most time people expect to be service at that time. I saw other guest that day get a little upset because they had made appointments and wasn't getting service at their appointment time. If an appointment is going to be late for whatever reason then that should be communicated. Communication goes a long way. They offer drinks which is good, but during a pandemic it would be wise to refrain or to use a plastic cup. The vibe was very dull to me. From a black-owned nail spa I expected to have some music playing . The TVs were ok but it was on a boring station that no one was paying attention to. I know this is a new salon so I will be back. I know being a new business it takes time to get everything together especially during a pandemic. 60 dollars! Since everyone else raved about Hannah I went to her. She must've been off today or rushing since I was the only customer in the building. My complimentary drink that she offered never showed up since the lady at the front desk was on her phone and "forgot" She didn't shape my cuticles at all and really barely tended to the dead skin on my feet. It was obvious that I hadn't had a pedicure in a while since the polish and my nails had grown out so much so you would think she'd be mindful of that. Nope. I think the worst part was she pulled out a timer for the "10 minute massage" EVEN THOUGH I WAS THE ONLY PERSON IN THERE. She started the timer, put the paraffin wax over my feet, answered a phone call, and proceeded to rub oil on the front of my legs. And I really mean just the shins, not the calves or sides. And I mean RUB there was no massage. With the last 3 minutes is when she took the wax off and picked off the extras. She then rubbed my feet for about a minute until the timer went off. I was surprised there was no hot stones included for that price. And I mean look at the polish it's all over my skin, bumpy! My feet still feel rough on the bottoms....I'm disgusted for a first impression. I'd give them another shot since it's black owned but it seems they only have 2 techs and the other tech was in their car for the entirety of my visit. Idk if she was on break but she watched me pull up and didn't get out until I was leaving. That was just off putting for me. Today I went into the nail salon and asked if I could get a gel overlay and pedicure. Showed staff the picture when I sat down and asked how much it would be and if they could do it. I was told my nails would cost $65 total and I was OK with that. I was getting my nails and toes done at the same time when my pedicure was finished I offered to move to a chair the nail tech said no. Shortly after that another employee came by said my toes were dry saw that he was struggling with the designs and said maybe we should sit at a regular station I still didn't move at that time it was probably about 10 minutes later we moved to the station. Since he was struggling and i did not like hoe it was turning out i suggested he try a different design because it seemed to be a little bit too complicated so I asked for Orange tips with yellow dots and yellow tips with Orange dots and then A mixture on one of the fingers with a black line through it, he said OK he did redo the Orange nails and they were neat and organized but then he tried to repair the yellow nails because it takes a couple of Coats to get it to look smooth. It wasn't even straight or arched the same as my other hand. I had to mention to him a couple of times that the lines were not even and then he told me that I needed to be clear about what I wanted when I came in as a customer and I Told him that I was a reason I showed the picture and that's what he was supposed to be working off of also underneath my nails they weren't extended long enough and they also weren't cleaned underneath, so it's like big chunks underneath my nail and on one of my nails he didn't my thumbnail he didn't extend even a little bit after cutting my nail down. So my husband is such the diva and loves mani/pedis. Don't get me wrong; I love when his hands are all smooth but anyone can do a mani/pedi. It's when you find that salon that can perfect the dip for wifey is when you have a winner. Looks like BeautyFull Nail Spa is that winner, winner chicken dinner. Katie hooked me up and she is my new nail tech. No point in either of us going anywhere else. With me not getting off until 5:30pm; it's hard to find a nail salon that can accommodate us both. The place has a very nice atmosphere but the wait time after booking an appointment is ridiculous. Nobody should be waiting more an 30 mins to be seated after making an appointment. First I will say the ease of booking an appointment with the app was great. Upon arrival I was greet by the receptionist who was very friendly. I believe the owner was standing there she didn't acknowledge me and continued to give orders and then walk out and leave. Color picked I was directed to Eric was I must say was a great nail tech! First thing I noticed was he did wash his hands between clients. I can't say I saw a through wipe down of the station except for him changing out the towel. Now I wanted an ombré full set with color once we got started he was like no color just ombré (even though the lady before me had color). He still did an awesome Job I asked what he previously client got which was ombré with color (which is what I wanted) he said next time we should do color. I was offered a choice of drink it never came. Also on online it says there is a $5 discount on Monday and Tuesday which was not mention or offered when I brought it up. Overall the price for services were comparable to the area. I think with them being so new there's a few tweaks that could be made to make the review a 5 star. One being on Yelp you have pictures but it doesn't say what the service was. I went to your website and saw descriptions and made my selection based on that. I came here to get an ombré set I had seen on IG. The customer service was good but I was highly dissatisfied by the outcome of my nails. It looked nothin like he picture I showed the guy and my bails were bumpy and uneven in some places. I also got a pedicure with a leg mask but I don't think the lady gave me the leg mask. DONT GO HERE!!! THEY ARE RACIST!! My boyfriend and I got to the nail salon BEFORE 8PM which keep in mind - all over social media and even on their front door they show that they close at 8:30PM Wednesday- Saturday! We opened the door, stood there for about 35 seconds, then the front desk person says "oh we're closed". My boyfriend looked around and it was only African Americans there and we are Mexican and Hispanic, but very light complected. There was still one person getting her feet done and other workers still there doing nothing as well! My boyfriend went back inside while I went back to the truck and tell me why the front desk person said that they took their last one at 7:30PM for the day!!??!! That's a whole ass hour before you close!! Definitely unprofessional in that sense and will never bother coming back to this nail "salon" - not to even try!!
