Terrible Service and Unprofessional Response I came to this nail salon with a specific design request and spoke directly to the owner. She assured me they could do it and assigned me to Lee. During the process, I told Lee twice that it did not look like the photo I showed him. He told me, "Once I add the shellac, it will look pretty." Unfortunately, the final result looked nothing like the picture. I told Lee directly, "I asked you if you could do the design in the photo and you said yes. This is not even close." He simply smiled and shrugged his shoulders like he didn't care. When I went to explain the issue to the owner, instead of offering help, she turned around, walked to the back, and started talking to Lee in another language, completely ignoring me. I asked for a refund, and they both continued to ignore me. Very disappointing experience. I was misled, the quality was poor, and the customer service was even worse. I didn't have time to go to my usual spot and went to this place near my mom's. Every time I have come here I haven't been impressed but this time was actually bad and they didn't even apologize after I politely asked the lady who seems in charge to fix the nails. He didn't care to do my cuticles and when I asked he refused and said that it was too late. He did them after he did my powder, which I've never seen and it was bad. The powder itself was uneven on the edges. DO NOT go to the older male!! As she was fixing my nails, a lady came in who seemed like a regular. She explicitly told her she didn't want him. sat in the water bowl for 20 -25 minutes , it go so cold , I made them change the water, no foot massage was given , they put one quick hot towel on both your feet & throw some lotion on & call it a pedicure. JUST GO TO PEARLAND & save yourself the time & money boo. She was amazing with my daughter talking and being so entertained by her and patient with my daughters demands for many colors and sparkles We will definitely be returning. I don't know why a lot of people gave a bad review because I had an amazing experience here. I flew in from California and needed my nails done bad and this was the nearest by me so I walked in and was taken cared of right away. The ladies who worked there was super sweet and had conversations with me which is rare since many nail salons don't even bother talking to their customers. The prices are reasonable but I will definitely be coming here again when I visit Houston. I recommend going to Nancy if you want acrylics! read more

The salon closes at 7 pm I pulled up at 6:28pm Mary and Linda we're sitting in the pedicure chairs on their phone. By the time I got off my truck which was a min later they had turned off the lights. Since they didn't wants my business I left. As I drove off they were walking out of the salon with their stuff to go home. I just think it's unprofessional how they turned off the light to make it seem like the salon was closed when businesses hours indicate open till 7 pm read more

Will not be going back, the lady that did my nails was nice but she didn't do a good job on my nails. I went there 5 days ago and my nails are already lifting , they were full of air bubbles from the minute she finished (look at the pictures) . Also she didn't fix my crooked nails after I told her they were crooked . Overall a really bad experience I don't recommend for acrylic nails. read more

This is the worst nail place in Houston! Do not waste your time and money. The first time I went there I ended up with over inflated prices. Instead off telling you about their services and prices they just do whatever anyway. For example, I told the attendant I was getting a basic pedicure and she does and or charges me for a deluxe anyway when I didn't ask for it. Tonight, I tried it. This go around I WAS RIGHT! The BITCH NANCY over inflated the prices. The full set was 20. Then came the game playing with what color tips. Then what color powder. then this bitch marked up the powder to 17.00 alone. I told that thirsty bitch I would not return. I do not mind paying, but your talent has to equal that payment. I told her just finish the tips and I will paint my nails at home.
