She ran me all through that pillow, turning me every way but loose! I fully enjoyed every minute of it. I just stepped out of Cloud 9 and truly feel like I'm floating on a cloud. SO relaxed and as always without breaking the bank and with a complimentary hot cup of tea & a cup of mixed nuts to snack on B4 I drive home/elsewhere. I just love it here I try to come every few months. I'd ideally come once a month and I always make sure to come sometime around my birthday. Helen is excellent. Super respectful, attentive and gives one heck of a massage every time. I typically do the 80 min , 40 min feet 40 min body massage but just went with the 60 min swedish today. Everytime I come I wonder if they're still going to have their specials and everytime they always do. Still $5 off with cash as well as the usual daily specials. Never had a deep tissue massage before and had no idea what to expect. All I knew was that my traps, neck, and lats were ridiculously tight from years of weightlifting and lying prone in bed. I decided to test the waters with a 30 minute session, and now I know to come back next time for an hour. This place is very relaxing from the moment you enter. There are velvet pillows and complimentary nuts/hot tea in the waiting area. Before your session, they have a helpful form for you to circle which body parts to focus or avoid. You also get to put in preferences on how much pressure the massage therapist should use from a scale of 1-10. Annie did an incredible job. I asked for a pressure of 8/10 on my upper back thinking that maybe she wouldn't press hard enough, but boy I was wrong. I didn't even have to ask for her to ease off; she was attentive throughout the session and could tell that I was not ready for an 8/10. She did a really cool move that made me feel like I was on the losing end of a WWE finals match, but it loosened my lats up in a way I hadn't felt in a long time. I took my Mom and myself for a session at Cloud 9 Foot Spa Pearland recently. The receptionist was friendly, professional, accommodating by helping us understand options. We opted for the 40/40 reflexology and Swedish massage -- which is a total of 80 minutes. 40 minutes of reflexology and 40 minutes of a Swedish or Deep Tissue massage. The interior massage areas and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Our therapist were Annie and William, they both were professional and thorough. The therapist were welcoming. Even though we had our services at the end of their business day, the therapist were attentive making sure that we were comfortable and the pressure was exactly what we wanted. Their technique was outstanding. One thing that would make it more comfortable is asking client if they want to sit up slightly during foot soak. My husband and I received a 1.5 hour massage yesterday. Our massage therapist was Annie and Jenny. We both had been having neck and back pain. Both ladies were able to work those knots out. We woke up today feeling much better. Annie can be "strong" at times but she didn't have any problem easing up on the pressure when asked. She also stretched me really well in my legs, arms and neck area. Per my husband Jenny relieved a lot of his upper back pain. She stretched him really good as well. Overall, great experience. This location is a bit nicer than the Holcombe location. It's a 30 minute drive from my house vs 9 minutes from the Holcombe location but it's definitely worth it. This location has a tea/water station setup with goodies. Also, the prices are reasonable. Definitely will be back. read more

I had a great deep tissue massage. The massage therapist really worked out the kinks in my shoulders and even massaged my temples and pressure points on my face. It was much needed after coming back from a snowboarding trip. He checked up on me during the massage to make sure he wasn't applying too much pressure. He was very professional and made sure I was covered at all times and only massage my main muscle areas and avoiding my abdomen and buttock. I have been several times and have always been pleased but this time the masseuse was very rough and did not provide the entire 30 minute massage. My appointment was at 4:30, I arrived at 4:26. I was taken back promptly at 4:30, massage started about 4:35. Masseuse was away for short periods of 1-2 minutes three times and ended the massage at 5:00 on the dot. I know different masseuses have different techniques, but raising my legs/feet several inches off the table and then quite literally dropping them to the table is hardly therapeutic or relaxing. If I go again, I will certainly select a different masseuse and have the uncomfortable conversation if they cut the service short. Disappointing though. read more

While in Houston for a quick trip, I ventured off to the 'burbs to get a massage. Found Cloud 9 on trusty Yelp and the reviews hit the nail on the head! I called to book my appointment and it was a smooth process. Getting there, however is a bit tricky. If you're using navigation, it'll tell you that you've arrived but I missed it twice because it was actually in the back of the building on the other side of the strip mall. There is a nice sized parking lot right outside once you find it. I was greeted right away when I checked in. No one else was there. It was just a minute or two before I got to the treatment room. I can't remember the name of my therapist but she was an older Asian lady. Just the right amount of pressure and she made sure I was comfortable checking in on my comfort level throughout the massage. It felt amazing!! Once it was over, I paid and left her a nice tip. I would come again for sure if I'm visiting the area. They are very professional and the place is super clean. I also liked the spa music that was playing lightly to get you in that zen mode.
