I had to write a review and compliment Josh on my wonderful massage. He was attentive and listened to my concerns and focused more on my problem areas. He made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I woke up the next day feeling a lot better after I had pulled a muscle in my back the day before. Thanks so much Josh you are definitely great at what you do. -Elizabeth read more

So great! Informative, professional, and such a great massage. The lobby and massage rooms were lovely. Only complaint would be the aromatherapy. Charged 15 for a cotton ball with orange oil on it. Wouldn't recommend that. read more

Initially I had a massage membership but never found time to carve out one hour a month to get relaxed. 6 months later, I cancelled because I was unimpressed. I was feeling stressed and spoke to my massage therapist and he addressed my concerns. Instead of placing heat packs on my back to loosen me up, he literally worked on my back and massaged out the knots and tight areas. And you know what, if felt absolutely amazing. This is what a massage is suppose to feel like. His name is ERIC. And I am excited to book my next massage with him. I felt so relaxed, I came home and reorganized the whole house. read more

How is it possible for someone to go for a relaxing massage and come out crying due to the worst service possible?? This is completely unacceptable Behavior from such " professionals " . Who ever the owner for this branch is needs to know exactly the type of treatment their clients are receiving. If you the massager are having a bad day DONT COME TO WORK!! Never thought my mother would go thru this. This in inexcusable and unacceptable. Purchased 2 massages for my mother and sister only for them to come out feeling worst than what they came in for. I expect this for be address immediately by the branch manager. read more

I got a 90 minute deep tissue with Josh. He provided the perfect massage and is a genius at his craft. I am consistently tense/tight in the shoulders, upper back, and neck areas. Josh is very attentive in applying the adequate pressure needed to break up all of my knots. (Trust me... There are A LOT) He addresses points of stress and works through knots to alleviate any tightness or kinks. He also allows you to enjoy the experience, even when applying deep pressure. Josh genuinely cares for his clients and gives the best service possible. He makes sure that his clients are fully relaxed and treated when finished even if it means working a few minutes extra. It's that kind of customer service and attention to customer care that makes me come back. If you like deep tissue, Josh is definitely your guy! read more

I purchased a massage for my girlfriend on groupon. I called the location to make an appointment and spoke with the very friendly & helpful Monica. She was able to fit the appointment for the following day, which was her birthday. Her masseuse was Carlos, who specialized in deep tissue (her preference). She said he was very professional, asking questions only in the beginning of their session to ensure she would be able to enjoy the rest of the massage peacefully. She was provided with water at a comfortable seating area after the massage. They gave her a goodie bag with bath salts, lip gloss and a Talyor Swift perfume stick. I am very thankful that they made her birthday that much more relaxing and special for her. We will definitely be making future appointments! read more

Nikki is very good. Staff is friendly. Never have an issue when I arrive for my monthly massage.

I canceled my membership and the manager failed to explain to me the process. She also filled out the rest of the form with dates and did not give it to me to review which resulted in my initials not being on the form. I found out this issue by checking my bank account and requesting my cancellation form through email. I was upset and I apologized to the lady who sits at the desk because it was not her fault. It's the person who receives the form responsibility to ensure effective communication and ensure the form is completely filled out. Sara signed my form. Pay attention customers and ask for a copy of your form. read more

Great massage yesterday from Debbie!!! She is the one, person at desk was rude did not want to really honor my Groupon that says redeemed only on week days! She said if I read the fine print it's only for first time clients, well this was my second visit and the first massage sucked and it was back in 2014.... I would really consider this my first time. However, I see why it's on Groupon, they need customers and they are really expensive!! Tip recommendations in the front ranges from 27$ and up and a regular massage $100 and up. Debbie gets 5 stars the business gets 1 read more

I had a TWO HOUR massage today with Emily and she didn't even massage my entire body. She skipped my quads, shins and feet. Maybe she thought I had fallen asleep and wouldn't notice she didn't massage my entire body. I booked a 2 hour session to ensure there was enough time to work out all my knots while allowing ample time to complete everything without rushing. I even added the hot stones to assist with releasing tension. She spent an enormous amount of time on my back which probably needed it but I expect a professional to use time management. After massaging my shoulders with me on my back for an exorbitant amount of time, she said...you have 15 mins left, is there anything else you want me to work on? YES!!! The rest of the front of my body! It was really disappointing. read more

I came here because of the listing on Groupon. I was so happy that the staff in the front were very nice and helpful. I was hoping for a nice quiet relaxing hour since I haven't had a massage in a while. Instead my therapist, Michael, kept giving me unsolicited advice. Anytime I tried to kill the conversation by not responding, he'd say "so anyways...". And the conversation continued throughout the entire massage. Maybe I should've been like "hey I don't feel much like talking" but I felt like that would have been rude. Plus it was like he knew best about everything, I could never know more than him. Every suggestion he gave me was in the form of a question as if I was being quizzed and all my answers were wrong. It stressed me out. I like the front staff and while Michael was strong enough to really get some deep tissue, I probably will not book here again. I've only had a massage 2 times prior and neither talked the entire time. read more

Beware. Elements massage has many locations, but apparently operate independently of each other. My wife and I received a groupon to Element Massage for our wedding present and we were excited to get massages prior to going on our honeymoon over my wife's birthday. We tried to book an appointment at the Galleria location but were informed it went out of business. The Pearland location was suggested so we planned a night around that. We got our massages only to find out that they would not honor our prepaid groupons and they made us pay in full again. If your are going to have multiple businesses with the same name, you should have a plan in place if a location goes under. If you want a good massage experience that lives up to its name, please do your research and look for an experience elsewhere. read more

This location has been open 3 weeks now and I'm very happy to have found it! They have an $49 for an hour special right now. I made the appointment Sunday morning and was able to get an hour session later that afternoon. They were friendly and greeted me immediately upon entry. Carlos was the LMT and I was very happy with him. He used just the right amount of pressure and listened to my needs. I've already booked my next 90 minute session! read more

From the outside, it really doesn't look much and, honestly, I've never seen this place before. However, once you step inside, the change is almost immediate. The colours of the interior has a calming effect and the customer service was quite excellent. She greeted us with a smile and guided us first-timers on what to do next. The actual massage was better than I imagined and I almost fell asleep during the session too! The masseuse had to wake me up so the next customer could enjoy his/her time in the room (or possibly falling asleep like I did!). To top off their already awesome service, the receptionist gave both my husband and I bottled waters. It was a good thing too because apparently getting a good massage equates to being thirsty as heck. Needless to say, based on what I experienced in this particular business, I would definitely give this a solid four stars and visit this place again for my next appointment! read more

The best person there is Kevin! He is so welcoming and professional. His massage was just what I needed, now I come every month. I enjoy coming to him he gets my body back right after a long hours of work. My health seems to be better since coming to him. He is good with ache/sore areas, so you don't feel pain. Thanks so much to Kevin for being so awesome you rock! read more

I have been coming to the Pearland Elements for over a year and have enjoyed my massages by Leena. Great place. Worth the money.

I had a deep tissue massage from Carlos yesterday. It was by far the best deep tissue I have ever had. I had reservations about using a male therapist, but Carlos put my mind at ease as soon as I met him. Give him a try! read more

I've had 2 massages from this location both on my birthdays and I've enjoyed both! The only reason i don't go back more regularly is because of how expensive it is! I understand that it's cheaper being a member but I also can't justify a monthly recurring charge for massages. If they were able to bring the price down, I would gladly come every few months than just once per year. read more

I've had a difficult time finding a massage therapist strong enough to work on my pain points. Chris is the perfect fit! He is very passionate about his craft and those are the types of professionals I look to work with in all facets of life. read more

Chris was amazing!!! I actually don't want to write this because I don't want everyone to start using him but man I only had an hour massage and he has made such a huge difference in my shoulders. I have already booked for 90min with him to get more knots knocked out. He is amazing!!! read more

Great massage therapists. Everyone I have tried has been very skilled. Front desk staff are always very nice and professional.

Loved my experience here, first time at Elements Massage. Staff was very friendly, Sara was at the front desk and very informative without being pushy about selling their membership. Mike was my LMT and he was very courteous and conscious of my comfort and needs. Definitely recommend read more

I get massages regularly, but my experience at Elements Massage was by far my best experience! The lady at the front desk was so nice and friendly. I received a deep tissue massage from Chris. He was awesome! I have a lot of pain in my shoulders and neck and he was able to work all of the knots out and he also gave me great suggestions to help with neck pain at home. I have a membership at another massage company, but I'll definitely be switching my membership to Elements. read more

My personal fave spot. Unfortunately, my main masseuse, Mike, left. Quick in and out sessions.

Carlos was amazing! The staff is friendly and professional. The hot stones are a must. You'll walk out feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Honestly I reached out to Elements because it was the only parlor that could get me in same day, but after the experience I had I'm sure that I'll be going back. The masseuse that I had, Mercedes, was VERY knowledgeable and diagnosed as she went along with the Deep Tissue massage. Paying close attention to muscle groups, and making reasonable recommendations at the end of the massage. Very clean, professional, and welcoming environment. I'll DEFINITELY be going back. read more

I first started going to Elements Massage in Missouri City. After moving to the Pearland area I found myself still making the twenty five minute drive to get my massages. I was happily surprised when I found out a new location was opened in Pearland! I've visited a few times now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The massage therapists are top notch! AND! Elements is a really good deal if your on the membership plan. Highly recommend! read more

No complaints! I had a 5-star visit here, leaving feeling very much relaxed! My mom gave me an hour massage gift card after, like, two weeks of me constantly complaining about how bad my neck was in pain and, boy, am I thankful! To my lovely masseuse Ms. Maryssa that is! Wonderful woman who knows what she's doing, she gave me a great massage, was incredibly friendly and professional. Loved the room, super lax-chill vibes. I would totally recommend coming here! My family comes here and they've all had different masseuses than me and say the same, they're great! Much needed relief on my neck and the rest of my body feels like new! Good stuff :). read more
