For foot massages they have a great staff of guys who really know how to go deep tissue on the soles. This is a very underappreciated aspect since many foot foot fashions don't always have the power behind the name. Most of them are in the narrow corridor between the lobby and private rooms. The sofa chairs are comfy and they do a good job of maintaining tranquility so that music isn't too overwhelming or conversations aren't too audible. The offer back walking and deep tissue massages for the back in private rooms. I believe there are also couples options, but I tend to come here for foot more so than back. The ladder has been also quite good, as the men and women who work here are strong. Most the time English is a challenge, but Chinese should be no issue. Went in for a 90 minute massage and although it was slightly painful at some points, I noticed an immediate change in stiffness yesterday and this morning feeling a lot better. I followed it up with a warm epsom salt bath last night as well and plan to stretch and do more cardio for increased blood flow so that I can minimize this from ever happening again. HOWEVER, I noticed she kept looking behind me on the floor and on the side of the chair where I was sitting, like she was looking for something, red flag #2.
