The pressure was firm up to the point that would cause serious pain, which is how I like it. It really speaks to their intuition and skills. Bonus: they wipe you down with a hot wet towel afterwards to remove the oils. What others may call cons, but I don't care about: No, their English is not good, but I'm not there to talk. The waiting room is small, but I've never had to wait. The beds are very hard and there is not a sheet, but a towel instead. Prices are $15 higher than massage heights/envy. Worth it though.

Now that I've been working out and running I developed some serious knots and tightness around my shoulder traps and chest that eventually made it very hard to sleep at night and the stiffness became too much to endure during the day. Went in for a 90 minute massage and although it was slightly painful at some points, I noticed an immediate change in stiffness yesterday and this morning feeling a lot better. I followed it up with a warm epsom salt bath last night as well and plan to stretch and do more cardio for increased blood flow so that I can minimize this from ever happening again.
