Both women were very personable, listened to specific requests, and overall just did a fabulous job. The spas bathrobes were super comfy and they left you a chocolate in your locker which was a fun surprise. I had 30 minutes in between treatments so I was able to sit in their relaxing room and read. It was amazing. The only thing that was a little annoying (if I had to say anything) was the amount of times people came in and out of the room. Not their fault, but definitely interrupted the full "relaxation".

You are asked to come in 15-30 minutes before your service so you can prepare without being rushed. Upon arrival, I was greeted and a staff member brought me to the locker room so I could change into my robe and slippers. With your service you also receive a locker with your name on it and a piece chocolate inside which I thought was a nice personalized touch. I was then taken to the "quiet room" to enjoy complimentary drinks and refreshments. I loved the quiet room because it was literally so quiet that you can hear a pen drop. It is a nice escape for anyone who wants to enjoy peace and quiet. The service I received during this visit was the body balance massage. The massage was very relaxing and I appreciated the essential oil treatment which made the experience even more serene. After my massage I spent a little more time in the quiet room enjoying refreshments. I definitely recommend Woodhouse for solo, couples, or groups. Service was great, staff was polite and professional. I plan on going back again very soon.

WOW. I was recommended this place from a friend and it went above and beyond my expectations. I…read morewalked into this place and it was fairly quiet with relaxing instrumental holiday music playing. All their furniture was nice and the employees wore professional matching scrubs. It was also very clean! They use bowl covers for pedis and their instruments are sanitized. The bathroom was also clean and had small hand towels for you to pick a fresh one to dry your hands and drop in a basket below. I decided to splurge and got the Milk and Oats Ritual for my pedi which comes with a house-made oatmeal sugar scrub, oatmeal bath with jasmine flowers, an aromatherapy warm shoulder wrap, hot stone massage, paraffin wax with a steamer machine (first time seeing this!), warm towel leg wrap with a cream mask, and last (but not least!) a 5 min shoulder massage. It is well worth the price and perfect for pampering yourself. My pedicure specialist, Sammy, was so kind and made sure to explain every step before she did it and frequently checked on my comfortability, especially with the temperature of the treatments. While she worked on my legs and feet, Nick worked his magic on my fingernails! He removed the old dip powder from my nails in a nail conscious manner and did a lovely job helping me pick a color to match the shellac I got on my toes. I have only ever had one other nail tech do my dip powder in such a detail oriented way! He nicely shaped my nails to look natural, not thick like some other places have done. Overall, I had a wonderful time and will be going back to try other services! 10/10 recommend!

I need to share my concerning experience with this Hand & Stone location. I've been a loyal member…read morewho has occasionally needed to reschedule appointments due to health reasons. After what should have been a routine medical procedure, I scheduled a massage thinking I'd recover quickly. When I unexpectedly started feeling unwell, I responsibly called to inquire about other available times. I ended up rescheduling once to allow myself time to rest. During this call, the male (Justin?) front desk member was inappropriately judgmental, saying, "Why would you schedule a massage knowing you had a procedure?" He then proceeded to ask what specific medical procedure I had undergone - an invasive and unnecessary question. He also falsely claimed I had rescheduled "twice," when I had only rescheduled once. Minutes after this uncomfortable conversation, my condition deteriorated rapidly, and I ended up in the Emergency Room. This was a genuine medical emergency with complications that no one could have anticipated. I understand and accepted the cancellation fee. What was unacceptable was the judgmental questioning and mischaracterization of my actions, especially given that I ended up in the ER immediately afterward. After I recovered - when trying to book online, I found my account restricted. When I called to ask why, I was told by the manager - Libby, that the owner Larae had blocked my online access "to clean up their books, for clients like me" forcing me to "call for all appointments to ensure I'd make it in". A wellness business should understand that health situations can change unexpectedly and treat clients with dignity. Questioning someone's medical decisions followed by restricting their account after they experienced an emergency requiring ER care shows a concerning lack of professionalism and compassion. I explained the situation to my home location, they understood, apologized on behalf of the Webster location and cancelled my membership.

I moved from webster and it shouldn't make any difference where you go as long as you use the packages. Customers pay too much money for them to have so many restrictions on their packages. After interviewing three surgeons, I decided on Dr. LoMonaco. Before I even told him my vision, he described the way he sees my body and it was the same as I see it. We discussed realistic expectations, and were in agreement. Though my weight is far from being ideal, it is my stable weight and has been for quite some time. I was ready to be smoothed out and have the excess skin & some fat removed and my breasts reconfigured. I am pleased with the bodywork, and my breasts will probably need a revision in six months: this was expected, considering what we started with. I have always been able to contact Destiny and Chela (including having their cell phone numbers), and Dr. LoMonaco answers his own emails. I feel my care has been very good. In my early results I can see that my expectations have been met, and in some ways surpassed, with regard to my body.

When I had my tummy tuck I lost a lot of blood and development a hematoma. When I went for my follow up visit after being at the hospital for two days he drained the excess of fluid and it goes worse and developed a high risk infection. After multiply visits to Dr. LaMonaco's office my wound wouldn't heal, he found GAUZE inside my incision! It's a shame that's such a high end hospital such Methodist Clear Lake would work with a such a doctor. He is not caring or professional and only cares about the money. Now I need to find another surgeon to correct my butchered procedure. I have a video where he admit everything , he paid people to take off all the bad reviews !! And went I was in his office after he see patients he talk about it !! He is mental disable, he think all the patients wants to have sex with him.
