Let me start by saying if you are in need of a massage and there's no where else to go, Jared is great. With that being said this location is a joke. I was told over the phone that I would be able to gift one of my credits to a friend, the day of the massage (after the massage) I was told that I needed to pay for massage as I was not able to gift a credit. I explained what I was previously told and was assured that a manager would listen to the recorded conversation and if I was told I could gift a credit they "would make it right." Well a couple days later I was called by the manager and informed that although her staff told me I could gift the credit the staff was wrong and therefore they would not honor what I was told. I have waited over 6 months to cancel my membership (as I was under contract) but of course it's not that easy to cancel because you are required to come in to the location to cancel (mind you I live an hour away)... crazy in 2024 this location does have updated technology of email or even fax. read more

Do not visit this location . I wish you could leave a negative star rating. my masseuse was Henry And he did not care about my experience at all. I asked for a deep tissues and he was barely touching me. Each time I asked him to be harder he ignored all of my requests then when i spoke to Linda at the front desk she did not listen to me because Henry became very confrontational right out front. This place is very rude and unprofessional, as a customer they didn't not listen or care about what i wanted or my experience. If I could I would give this place 0 stars. I'm not one to ever leave reviews on Yelp, especially negative ones, but this one is just too bad not to share. I have had a membership for over a year and a half there. Went there for a few months with absolutely no problems, then slowly all the people I liked were quitting. Received a massage from one girl who didn't listen to what I wanted for my massage, I could tell she was texting throughout the entire hour massage (SO UNPROFESSIONAL ON SO MANY LEVELS) AND ended the massage with the most awkward 10 min head massage when I specifically circled my face/head as a no area. Gave that one experience the benefit of the doubt and stayed another month, but then I relocated and requested to cancel my membership. This was 6 months ago. They kept charging me every month, until March 6 I went in there in person and demanded the paperwork be drawn up there for my cancellation. Paperwork signed and figured this fight was finally over. Now with the covid pandemic I just checked my bank account and was charged this morning AGAIN for my monthly subscription. The store did not answer this phone but I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute this months transaction AND to have them make a note to never have this store charge my account ever again. read more

Maria was my massage therapist. She applied just the right pressure for the massage to be so soothing. I thank her for a most relaxing experience. The tables are soft, you are draped with soft sheets very nicely exposing only the body part for massage. The lighting, scents and soft background music all made my massage wonderful. I caught wind of this place because I was given a gift certificate on my birthday to have a couples massage with my boy. It was heavenly!!! I've already had three massages there with three different massage therapists and all of them know what they're doing. I am also now a member. It's quite nice to get a massage monthly since I'm an avid athlete. They do deep tissue so good. This past week I went in for a facial and Crystal knows her shit. my face felt so fresh and smooth when I walked out! This place is just the bomb. I look forward to going every time! I went for a 90-minute massage at the Baybrook location. Jared was phenomenal. I loved his massage, and I feel so relaxed. I couldn't give full stars, though, because of the management... I had an appointment time set for quite a while. I received a phone call on the day of my appointment asking if I could push it back an hour. I apologized and stated that I couldn't move my appointment due to other commitments. The female on the phone stated it was fine and not a big deal. Upon arrival to the location, the front desk stated my appointment was at a different time than my scheduled time. I showed her the confirmation email and the email sent the day before showing the time I scheduled. She was so sweet and apologized for other people. Jared was so accommodating and started my appointment as close as he could to the scheduled time. However, a location changing your appointment without consent is not acceptable... Jared was amazing, but if I cannot guarantee my appt time - it really affects wanting to go to this location. read more

While I understand their rule, it doesn't benefit me to schedule an appointment weeks in advance due to the unforeseen situations that might arise with children. Really enjoyed my first visit here. I had skin mapping with Cristal to set up a treatment plan for my future facials. I went home with their Roll On Essential Oils to help with my sinuses and TMJ. I have bought quite a few roll on essential oils from a few places, but these have the best formula by far. They are strong and give some immediate relief. I also bought a Dermalogica Calming Kit. A month later and my skin texture, blemishes and the over all oiliness has improved more than I thought possible. Getting married soon and getting surgery right after. I've been very stressed and my mental health has not been the best, so my fiancé graciously scheduled me a first time 90 minute massage online last night for the advertised $109. I get a call before my massage today that since it is not my first massage with them (they explained that I got one back in 2019 per their records, to which I apologized and explained I must have forgotten since it's been so long), the price of my massage will be $240.... wow. Ok no problem, i cannot afford that right now so I will just cancel. Nope. Since it's day of, I will owe 50% if I cancel. Ok no problem again, I will just do 60-minutes instead of the 90 to lessen the price. Nope. I will still owe the same price even if I bump down to 60 minutes. So I go since there's really no other option. I have my massage with Lila who is very kind, she offers me aromatherapy and I ask if it's free, she assures me that it is free, great! I get out and go to pay, to which I am informed that on top of the $240, I owe another $12 for the aromatherapy. I didn't even argue since I was on the verge of tears. I just paid and booked it out of there so I could make it to my car. $252 for a 90 minute massage, I am appalled. What was suppose to relieve my stress honestly just made things worse. I do NOT recommend getting a membership at the Baybrook location. If I knew it was going to be so hard to cancel it, I never would've signed up. I was a client for over two years, so a little respect would've been nice. This location has unknowledgeable and untimely staff. I called on a Wednesday to cancel and was told I had to come in person to do this. I asked if there was a way around that because I now live an hour away. They insisted I come in, and I pointed out that people move all the time, so there has to be another way. They, again, insisted there wasn't another way because it wasn't "secure." That's ridiculous. Nobody is trying to fraudulently close a meaningless massage account. In no world does that need to be a secure process. In fact, the location by my new house does not require this. They agreed to ask their retreat director and told me I would get a call back. Nobody called back, so I called to check in on Friday. I was told the person I needed to speak to would be there soon and they'd call me back. She didn't call me until Saturday. It took four days to get the answer which was that I had to email proof that I lived more than 20 miles away. This is also ridiculous, and not required by other locations, but I was polite and sent a copy of my DL anyway. I heard nothing back, not even just to say that they got it, so I called again on Wednesday (a full week from the first call and four days after sending my email). I was told I would get an email that day with a cancellation request form to fill out, yet ANOTHER thing not required by other locations, AND because they require 30 days notice I would still be charged next week. This is when I stopped being polite. The 30 days notice is actually something that all locations do because that's how long it takes their system to process it, so technically that part isn't their fault, but it's 2019 so it is the company as a whole's fault. There's absolutely no reason it can't be done sooner. If you want to blame your system, change your system. If you want to require 30 days notice, then don't waste a week of my time not calling or emailing me back. When they finally did cancel my membership, I was told I had 30 days to use my leftover credits, but I was previously told I had three months, not 30 days. Just another lie from their petty and uneducated staff. On top of everything else, I was talked to like a crazy person asking for something unreasonable. It isn't unreasonable to ask for the correct answer to a question without being lied to. Save yourself the future trouble and get your membership at another location! read more

Absolutely horrible company!! I had a massage that expired and was told that if I purchased an additional membership that it would unlock the one massage that expired. So I purchased an additional membership, same as the previous, and used three of the four promised massages. When I tried to use the expired massage I was told it was locked and I would have to go to baybrook to use it. Baybrook location tells me that I could not use this massage that I had paid $50 for unless I gave them an additional $79! So now they would like for me to pay $129 for a $99 massage. I asked to speak to the manager and the clerk told me that she had been communicating with the manager throughout the phone call so the manager is perfectly fine with all of this. So I was not able to use the massage even though I had been told previously that I could if I purchased another membership. So just be warned, the company and the management lack integrity and honesty. The massage from Mrs. O in league city was phenomenal however, sadly I will never support this company again. read more
