This was my first time trying this nail shop since my Normal go to spot was not in my area to make it too. Very clean and friendly staff upon entry. Modern looking. There was no wait for a simple gel manicure. If you like coffee then their iced coffee was just like a Vietnamese coffee and I LOVED it!!! Highly recommend coffee. I will say I was slightly disappointed with the nail tech He seems to skip simple things like adding the cuticle remover before pushing back cuticles. He waited until end of painting my nails to do lotion and hot towels. I found this weird/different. Customer service was 10/10. This is genuinely the BEST nail set I have ever gotten. My set was done by Ryan, and I must say he did AMAZING! I was a little worried about the design I wanted because it looked very complicated, but Ryan erased any doubt I had! He was very detailed down to the exact color we picked out, and he made sure to include me every step of the way. He is incredible!! Let's not forget about the manager Tony, he was the sweetest! I didn't even glance at my nails once after they were shaped, they were perfect. I'm not a huge fan of nail bar but after a terrible experience at Spa Nordstrom, I opted to have my nails fixed by a local nail bar. Saw this spot online and it had good reviews. I entered and was promptly greeted and after telling him I need a color change, was assigned a tech. Please Note, they have a computer check-in system. Yen, filed my nails, which i didn't think was necessary since I literally had them done a few hours before so the shape wasn't an issue, just need a better polishing job. By filing, it created extra debris under the nail. Since it wasn't a full nail service she could buff out or smooth. The color job on the other hand, was good. Full coverage of the polish, no bubbling so I was happy with that. She offered gel/shellac, I told her I was interested. She tried to convenience me it last longer and was good for nails but I'm not concerned about cute, I like healthy strong nails with occasional polish. In short, if I needed a fix I would come but for what I seek from a nail spa, I'll stick to hotel spa for full nail service. read more

Finally! I think I found my new nail shop- and it's right in my neighborhood! I had been seeing a Grand Opening sign for a few months but didn't really venture close enough to pass by and check it out. This week, I decided to go out my way and give it a try. It was a Thursday afternoon when I stopped by L'envie. June, who ended up being my nail tech, greeted me with a bright smile and asked how I could be helped today. Tommy, the owner was also nearby and greeted me as well. It was not very busy on this particular day- given the time of day and week. About an hour later, other customers came in. One them exclaimed that her nails lasted a long time- like a month- and one nail just came off. That told me that L'envie produces quality work. Once more, June is efficient! I was just doing a fill with shellac- no designs, so I typically expect that to be an hour job. June was finished before the hour was over! Tommy even commented that June can finish a full set in 35 minutes! Most importantly, the workmanship is not effected by her efficiency. I'm not an expert in nails, but one thing I did notice is how natural June made my fill look. I could have walked out of there without shellac and those nails would have gotten compliments. She explained that she is paasionate aboue her work, and it really shows. Very meticulous and careful. Even her nail polish application was smooth like she was painting on canvas. She takes pride in her work and I greatly appreciate the time she took to beautify my birthday nails. Plus, I just knew I was going to have a great experience since her name is June and my birthday is in June! Let me not forget to mention how goregous and relaxing this nail shop is. Only two months old when I made my first visit, so everything is new. This is Tommy's first nail shop, and you can tell he put his heart into the design of the space. Plenty of pedi chairs of a group of girlfriends want to have a spa day as well as manicure stations. A few tvs are available on mute to watch the news, but the classical music playing in the background is my jam when I want to relax and distress. Will definetly come by and get my pedicure soon and really relax while enjoying a complimentay drink. Try to mimosa with orange- Tommy did his thing and made that drink spectacular! I was very impressed with the hospitality here. Upon walking in, I was greeted by the owner and he helped get me started. I was offered wine. The nail tech was very patient with me. He did exactly as I asked him to. I also got my toes done and got my eyebrows waxed. It usually it never comes out that good and I'm very impressed with the price of that and how it came out. It's been a long time since I've done a yelp review, but I guess I could say that it's been a long time since a business was amazing enough to warrant a review! This is hands-down, the absolute best place for a pedicure in Pearland. Over the years of living here I have tried many different ones and I finally found the perfect place! I took my teenager on a Friday afternoon at the start of spring break so we could just get a little pampering in before the start of all of our busy plans. I made the appointment online so they knew who we were when we walked in the door. I had booked the deluxe pedicure, and there was no pressure about upgrading to the more expensive options. We were promptly seated, offered beverages, and enjoyed the massage chairs until our technicians arrived. It is extremely clean, very relaxing (there are no obnoxiously loud TV shows or music) everything was so calming. Even the staff themselves talked to one another in a very relaxing/quiet voice. Everything about this place is very spa like, but the prices can't be beat! In fact, I recently went to a place that charged almost twice what they do here, it was a very rushed pedicure, the staff were all yelling across the salon at one another, and there was a reality TV show playing.
