I'm so sad to rate this so low because I grew up coming here when I lived in the area. Today was the first time in years I've been back and I truly am so disappointed in the pedicure me and my friend got. She had her own set of issues (that left her bloody) but not only did they cute but not shape my nails where they looked concave, but they didn't even cover my entire nail with the polish. The most looked at them the more I couldn't take it and asked if they could adjust it, and they didn't make it any better. I left filing them myself after and without any polish because it just was a terrible paint job. No problem, because I can paint them myself since I typically just love the pedicures because they make my feet soft, but no. My feet are still very rough, which has never happened after a pedicure anywhere ever. For $55 I'm truly disappointed in not only the color and cut itself, but the one thing that's hard to achieve at home wasn't even done well. Though this used to be my tried and true back in the day, the quality just went down too much and I don't see myself back. read more

So I had a less then "relaxing" experience with my mani pedi. I wasn't gonna complain cuz I hate to do that. But then after I left I had more issues so here I am.... So the mani and pedi was being done at the same time so I was having to reach my hand over and like tweak my body in an odd position just to have the nail tech work on my nails. Not an ideal relaxing position for the pedicure. Anyways flash forward 3 days... ( day I leave for my cruise) - one entire gel nail peels off leaving me with having to find a matching color in my own colors to paint the nail. It's now a week and a half later and a second nail has peeled off. It's my opinion she used too many coats of gel so it's so thick it's easy to peel off. I booked an appointment online and I selected my nail tech to be Winnie, I saw another comment that mentioned she was good so I booked. When I got there I was told she wasn't even scheduled to work today, decided to still give them a shot. To start, the pedicure was subpar, the water got cold midway through and she scrubbed the bottoms of my feet for a total of 3 seconds each. I asked for them to be filed square (see photos) and they were painted 4 thick layers of color not even all the way down to my nail bed. And on top of that I was cut, not only on my toes but also on my nails. My nails came out okay because a separate tech did my design. Overall this place is severely overpriced. read more

Me and my two daughters went for a pedicure and two full sets. They took us right away but failed to tell us they were short staffed for the business they had. What should have taken 35 minute pedicure took over an hour. The guy working on me was unsure of his steps. He kept losing his instruments. Didn't use toe separators so he had to redo one when putting my sandals on. They had one lady working on both of my girls. Mind you they were both getting two full sets. They had two sets of staffs working in two clients. So instead of separating them out and taking care of the clients they already had they kept my girls waiting. Finally after about 25 minutes of the same last working on them they put another staff on one of my daughters. I think if they learned how to utilize their staff it would be a great place. read more

The first time i went to this nail shop i was serviced by Winnie! She was the sweetest thing and very professional and efficient! However, i came back 3 weeks later (with the same set intact, no broken nails) & my experience was totally different. First the lady at the front asking what you need was not very nice at all. She started my service, after drilling the paint off of 1 hand she handed me off to this guy in the nail shop, he was VERY rude did not even say hello just grabbed my hand and started to work until i pulled it back and formally spoke to him, after this he proceeded to turn his drill up to the max, ended up nicking me in 2 places left thumb and right pinky finger ... IMMEDIATELY caught an attitude after i asked for the disinfectant they are REQUIRED BY TDLR TO PUT ON AN OPEN CUT THAT BLEEDS, i was told they would put it on at the end which is not the law......... they NEVER DID. I never saw him clean any of his tools after that he continued the service talking his language with the first rude lady i encountered on walking in it was very obvious they were saying bad things about me looking at me back and forth laughing, as if I CUT THEM WITH A DRILL ON FULL SPEED! I should have left right then and there. When it came time for the french tip i was handed back off to the first lady as if he didn't want to service me anymore. Too much back and forth for me.. on top of all of that they charged me $70.00 for a REFILL SERVICE! I will never ever be back to this place they are very rude (except winnie) and just not nice to people of color & minorities..... 0/10 i would NOT recommend! I wish there was a 0 star option! read more

Things started going good then the lady, who was giving me my pedi, excused herself because her baby was crying. Then she came back and would start again , then the baby would cry and should would excuse herself, which she kept doing. Then a different lady came to start my mani. She kept stopping to help with the baby. The baby kept crying and whimpering majority of the time that I was there. The lady doing my mani, cut my nails way to short to the bed; which are hurting me now. The mother of the baby did apologize to me. I go get my nails for relaxing and having my nails look good but neither was the case here. read more

Basic pedicure :20.00 , SNS Dipping Powder :35.00 with cuticle trim (get rid of dead skin) 40.00 be sure to mention you need cuticle. For 35.00 and my first time getting the dipping powder on my natural nails I thought a regular manicure would come with the service like shellac which is also 35.00. They did good on the SNS service and they use that brand not an off brand. My nails feel stronger than with shellac it has been 1 week and no chips or peeling off...very durable. The pedicures however suck this was my 2nd time (trying to give them another chance ) . 1st time they didn't put top coat all the way down so the bottom starting chipping way fast my pedicures last 1 month as long as I have opi/top coat. 2nd time the top coat was also not put on well /the polish application was so thick they put multiple layers on because the Polish itself must have been dilated so it was not applying correctly it was so awful 2 days later I went /got a pedi from elsewhere I could not take the horrid application. Fast, clean and sanitary! You read that right! Gloves, uniforms, sanitizer...the whole mind at ease thing! Highly recommend this place!
