I got the most perfect powder nails from Kevin, who really took his time and did such an amazing job. I was today year's old when I learned you can get them filled when they grow out. Why have the other salons taken them all the way off and started all over then? (I am new-ish to getting my weak nails taken care of and still learning what is out there and available and best for me, etc.). The vibe was cheerful and the songs varied, (unlike the salon I walked out of prior, where I was stuck sitting untended to at a table, for 20 min, listening to the SAME ONE SONG ON LOOP???)

At first I was insecure because of its location but rest assured I saw the light as soon as I entered the doors. I was taken care of by the sweetest man who did an AMAZING job. He was a perfectionist and took his time to make sure I was super happy, he got the shape perfect and did amazing with the design! They are very sturdy. Also the lady who did my pedicure was so very sweet and gave an amazing massage and a mimosa free of charge! I will be coming back here!! My favorite place! I've been going here since beginning of 2023 and have not gone anywhere else. Kevin always replicates my inspo nails and I have never been disappointed. Everyone always asks where my nails were done at bc it always looks great! Lily takes care of my feet and always makes sure I'm comfortable and will take her time with me. I would give 0 stars if i could due to 1 woman named Lynn who did my friends manicure and the nails just looked completely rushed un even and because of that my friend had to come back and get it re done and instead of just seeing and understanding what my friend wanted she tried to again just rush and file down all nails instead of taking time with the un even nails done from the day prior . I was there and saw first handed how it was handled and my opinion just very un professional and not good customer service once so ever . read more

I have tried twice. Last week I came without an appointment and they told me to come back in 45. I had school pickup so couldn't do that. I tried to call yesterday and make an appointment, and he didn't even take my name. I came today at about 12:30. He told me 25 minutes and I'm still waiting. I had to leave again because again, school pickup. I won't be back. Maybe if they made actual appointments? Could be a good thing. Who knows. read more

Kevin does a decent job on nails BUT the top coat is ALWAYS bumpy and uneven. When I ask him to fix it or a crooked nail , he looks irritated and gives an attitude and yanks my hand. The vibe in here is weird and uncomfortable. You can not ask them to fix anything you don't like on your nails or else they will act mad at you. Very, very weird. I also texted him asking if he can add glitter to my nails since the sugar he put on wasn't visible at all. He read the message and never responded. He expects everyone to just be happy with what he gives and if you're not he'll give an attitude or ignore you. Very unprofessional and rude. read more

I went in for a manni for a trip I'm leaving on soon, and they were able to get me and a friend to a table quickly. I had trouble deciding what I wanted, but the ladies were very sweet and patient while I went through ideas. They were also very helpful with suggestions and ideas of their own. Such great service from all the ladies here. Have gotten my fingers, toes and massages and was very happy with the results and the price can't be beat. Very clean shop. Highly recommend. read more

Went back to Custom Nails. This is a great place. Clean, tranquil. Had a pedicure. Love the services. Will continue to go there.
