I'm not the kind of female who frequently gets her nails done. I don't like long nails as it looks tacky. I didn't grow up at the salon. I just recently started coming to the nail parlor because my coworker got me into this gig. The first time I came to Bella, it was during Halloween season. I wanted to get something to match the holiday. Upon my arrival, I told the staff what I wanted and they matched the photo that I presented to them. What I enjoyed about this parlor more than others was it's traditional atmosphere. It felt like a mom and pop environment. Not too fancy inside. Pretty basic. The foot massage was okay, not as good as my experience at Everly Nails in Kyle. The staff is very friendly and nice. The establishment is clean and sanitary. It's not in a crowded parking lot like nearby nail store. I always request short nails so it'll easier for me to type for my occupation. They did exactly what I expected and asked for. I love the music that they play; it's so calming. The prices are very reasonable and affordable. read more

This was probably one of the best pedicures I've ever had as the male species it's kind of awkward for me to go and get a pedicure. These people made me feel very comfortable and did a fantastic job. While in town visiting a friend, we decided to get gel pedicures. There was no wait as we were directed to the spa chairs and given the color wheels. For the most part, I enjoyed the service. However, the technician was a little rough and ended up cutting my cuticle which stung for a few days. My friend who lives in Houston said her tech was kinda rough as well. $55 each plus a tip, pretty much what I expected to pay so not bad. read more

My husband and I went to get our mani and pedi and we were not disappointed. Ruby, Mindy and Diana did a wonderful job. Ruby was my husband's technician and she always does a great job. Mindy did my dip nails with a lovely blue chrome. Awesome job with finding the color I wanted. She is very gentle. Diana did my pedicure and she does a great massage. It was very relaxing. The shop is very clean and quiet with soothing music. Bella Nails is an awesome place to enjoy your manicure and pedicure. read more

Fantastic service! The ladies were patient, professional, thorough, and pleasant. I also got an Ocean Pedicure and the nail technician thoroughly cleaned my feet and cuticles. My manicure is a dip... I'm disappointed that it did not include cuticle cleaning, hence the 4 stars. I would definitely come back and I will be sure to ask for cuticle trimming for my dip manicure next time. read more

Terrible!! Went in for a gel manicure on my own nails. The young lady kept getting polish all over my fingers & had to constantly use acetone to get it off. Then the polish that she did get on started to bubble. Another lady came over & said she put it on too thick so she proceeded to take the polish off. This was 50 minutes into the manicure. She said that she would repaint my nails but I refused. I was nit going to sit there for another 50 minutes not knowing if my nails would look right. Never ever going back here again! read more

NOTE: I'm reviewing for eyebrow wax only. In a pinch they're okay. The lady did my brows decently. I've had way better but like I said- in a pinch, they're okay. She missed a lot and didn't shape my brows at all. And she was kinda rough. Also, their 'brow area' is an office chair shoved in the back of the salon with an overstuffed cart of supplies. Love this place! My 3 year old daughter and I have been regulars here for over a year now. They love seeing my daughter and are so sweet to her. After her mani/ pedi they give her punch and ice cream. It's something her and I look forward to doing often. Great color selection too. And I like how they do the pedi and shellac at the same time. I've been to some other nail salons in the area but they will do the two separate keeping me there for hours. Not the case here. In and out in about an hour. read more

I thought the people here were very nice and welcoming. I'm sorry the other reviewer had a bad experience. It was not like that for me at all! They do great nails, the parrafin wax treatment is so nice (my skin is so soft!), and they even offer a delicious punch to drink while you get your mani/pedi. I had some extra nail art done on my toes for the holidays. It looked fabulous, very professional. One thing I wished was better though is the TV screen on the wall is frozen - wish they'd fix that. read more

DON'T EVER GO!!!! The staff is rude! They made fun of me the entire time I was there. It has been about 7 weeks since my last pedicure. I have been too busy to go and get one. I went and tried this place today. The lady showed every worker in there the skin that she had scrapped off my feet. They were looking at it and laughing. I got up and walked out. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone!! I may sit outside the salon and tell people not to go in. What happened to people speaking english??? This is the USA! I am all for people speaking their native language, but when you do it just to make fun of someone! That's ridiculous! read more
