My feet were tired, stressed, and probably ready to file a complaint, but she rubbed them straight to heaven. The level of detail she put into every step was unbelievable! No rushing, no shortcuts, just pure care. By the time she was done, my feet felt brand new. Yen handled my manicure with the same level of precision and calm energy. She took her time, shaped everything perfectly, and made my hands look and feel refreshed. It was gentle, meticulous, and honestly the best my nails have looked in a long while. When I tried to use the gift cards, I was told they would not be honored, with no exceptions and no grace period. While I understand that ownership changes happen, it's incredibly frustrating that a business could purchase an existing business, and would refuse to stand behind purchases made just weeks prior. There was no communication, no transition period, and no effort to make things right for customers who supported the business in good faith. The new owners stated that the other Milano locations would honor the gift cards - that is not true. All are independently owned. At a minimum, a short grace period would have shown respect for loyal and LOCAL customers. Instead, this experience left me feeling taken advantage of and unlikely to return.

The polish was crooked, and the technician cut my cuticles so aggressively that my toes were bleeding. Shortly after, both my husband and I developed infections and irritation around our nail areas. That is completely unacceptable and extremely concerning. I reached out within the first 24 hours and tried to resolve the issue respectfully. I contacted them for seven straight days with no solution. I even offered to accept half of a refund, despite the fact that I left with damaged nails and infections. They refused to take accountability and kept insisting I come back, even after I explained I do not live in the same town. When I disputed the charge with my bank, the salon told them I "received the service," and my dispute was denied. When I called again, the person I spoke with twisted the story, lied about our communication, and tried to argue semantics instead of making it right. Please be cautious. Customer Service: We were walk-ins in the middle of the week, so we were attended to quickly. We got there kind of late in the day at around 5:40p, but they were still able to accommodate us. Even when you go up to their closing time, they don't rush you or make you feel unwanted. I appreciate that because I truly needed to get my nails done, but am working on limited timing. You also get an adult or regular beverage with your service. FYI, since we went past the closing time for the nail shop, all of the Nail Techs usually leave. If you are the type to give a cash tip directly to your Nail Tech, you can opt to give it to her at the time of service or leave it with the person. Ambiance: The nail shop is a typical one.
