The polish was crooked, and the technician cut my cuticles so aggressively that my toes were bleeding. Shortly after, both my husband and I developed infections and irritation around our nail areas. That is completely unacceptable and extremely concerning. I reached out within the first 24 hours and tried to resolve the issue respectfully. I contacted them for seven straight days with no solution. I even offered to accept half of a refund, despite the fact that I left with damaged nails and infections. They refused to take accountability and kept insisting I come back, even after I explained I do not live in the same town. When I disputed the charge with my bank, the salon told them I "received the service," and my dispute was denied. When I called again, the person I spoke with twisted the story, lied about our communication, and tried to argue semantics instead of making it right. Please be cautious.
