I get home and take my shoes off and my toes are ruined, which then I have to proceed to drive back to the nail place. I walk in and tell them the situation, which I got laughed at in my face. Which I did not see necessary given that it's frustrating having to come back and having asked prior to leaving to be given the sandals they provide. Prior to this I had many small interactions with some of the workers which rubbed me the wrong way but after this situation, this was my last straw and I will not be returning.

If I could give zero stars I would. I'm extremely…read moredisappointed with my recent experience. My young children purchased a gift card for me at the beginning of April for my birthday, and just a few weeks later, the business was sold with no notice to customers. When I tried to use the gift cards, I was told they would not be honored, with no exceptions and no grace period. While I understand that ownership changes happen, it's incredibly frustrating that a business could purchase an existing business, and would refuse to stand behind purchases made just weeks prior. There was no communication, no transition period, and no effort to make things right for customers who supported the business in good faith. The new owners stated that the other Milano locations would honor the gift cards - that is not true. All are independently owned. At a minimum, a short grace period would have shown respect for loyal and LOCAL customers. Instead, this experience left me feeling taken advantage of and unlikely to return.

There was no wait for a simple gel manicure. If you like coffee then their iced coffee was just like a Vietnamese coffee and I LOVED it!!! Highly recommend coffee. Hi, I came to this nail shop after taking an Uber and driving about 20 minutes. The shop closes at…read more7:00 PM, and I arrived at approximately 6:25 PM. The service itself was going to cost $75, and I already spent $24 on transportation to get here. When I arrived, I was told that the nail technicians had already left because no customers were there. I find this very unprofessional. If the business is open until 7:00 PM, I would expect at least one or two technicians to remain available during posted business hours, or the business should indicate that it is no longer accepting customers. The open sign was still on, which made it appear that services were still available. To make matters worse, I now have to pay for another Uber to travel to a different nail salon, adding even more unexpected expense and inconvenience. As a business owner myself, and someone with a background in management, I believe business hours should be honored and customers should be able to rely on the hours that are posted. I wanted to share my experience so others are aware. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning
