I've been coming here for the past few years, but I've only gotten pedicures! The service here has always been excellent and they don't rush the pedicure like other places. They have a variety of color selections and make it easy to find a color. The vibe is welcoming. They offer you a drink when you arrive and the music selection is pretty good. It's also nicely decorated in here, especially around Christmas time! read more

Worst pedicure I've gotten in my life, Sir I could've did that at home myself and save my $35. I had to keep telling him what to do which is crazy. After the fact I said, you didn't offer me a cocktail. His response: You got a drink, sir I'm drink water. His response: Next time, it want be one because you suck as doing Pedicure. On top of that I still left his ass a $5 tip and I'm unemployed right now. My feet look the same as when I walked in. read more

Cinderella Nails And Spa - Thank you Megan - Nail Salons Near Me - Pearland, Texas

I feel like every time I come here to Cinderella nail. The nail techs never truly listen to you. You can even show them a picture and explain what you want. Just for some reason it's always the total opposite of what you want. I wasn't impressed with my nails. Sadly I just got them done now I have to go somewhere else to fix them. I don't like my nails and I'm embarrassed to even post a picture. read more

Fine a better nail salon that values your business! The nail techs are extremely rude. I had been going to them for years and the last year was completely horrible and it seems to be getting worse with those that I know that also no longer patronize. There are far too many other nail salons with to deal with and inconsistency. read more

Need to be more nicer to any shape colored people that come into the facility. One of your nail tech was rude and I might've been racist and if you didn't know how to do something she said it said no and ask somebody else to do it. read more

I have never written a bad review in my life but today that changes. when i came here in august to get my nails done for my birthday the tech that did them left cuts on every single one of my fingers and gouged under my toe nails so hard that they hurt for days. even though i wasnt happy with the service i payed and tipped 20%. i vowed to never come back. today me and my best friend decided to get our nails done together after work. she swears by this place and even though i was wary of going back, i decided to give them another shot. maybe i just had a not so great tech back in august, right? so i got my toes and nails done today and the tech who did my toes did a wonderful job. no pain, barely even tickled, she took her time and payed close attention to what she was doing. however, the tech who did my nails was very careless and hardly even paying attention. she was too busy talking to the tech next to her. so much so that she lost track of what she was doing. she went to file my nails and got wrapped up in a conversation with her coworker and ended filing so hard that she left a nice deep cut on my pinky finger. i was nearly in tears from how bad it hurt. another tech came to help her file my nails and i had to tell her not to touch my pinky finger if she didn't absolutely have to. i was about to start bawling as i told her this. after my bad experience in august i went to a different salon and they did an incredible job. not a single cut and not a single wince from me. so i know it can be done. i dont know if the staff just was tired near the end of the day and got sloppy or if they really are just careless, but i highly doubt i will ever be back. 2 bad experiences back to back is a no for me. read more

Not all of the techs are good at providing service. I guess with everything else you must specifically request a regular. This is the first time that I came in and received bad service. The lady providing the service was nice, but unable to do a simple pedicure. She cut my toenails too short and rounded them. I should have told her not too cut them too short and to cut them straight across leaving them long enough so that the corners lie loosely against the skin. She also started cutting them with a cuticle clipper instead of a toe nail. I had to stop her. This was clipper. I assumed all techs knew this, but let this be a lesson to you me. Three stars given because she was nice and she really tried hard to do what I asked, but she could not. read more

I've given this salon chance after chance & each time I'm let down sadly. I had one good experience & the location is convenient for me but they continue to do a horrible job. My powder nails were lumpy & thick (if you like that look). Also they left all the materials on my skin and they are expensive. I've tried to reshape them myself but I paid over $160 & having to fix my own nails.? Ridiculous. The tech also had an attitude every-time I asked him about the shape. Mynails looked like witch nails when I left :( read more

Cinderella Nails And Spa - After I tried to FIX them - Nail Salons Near Me - Pearland, Texas

I have been going here for a couple months and never had a problem with my nail tech Leah (who no longer works there ) I had Megan once and it was alright but very very rushed. Yesterday I was with Ann and due to my experience will not be going back to this salon... I made an appointment at 4 PM with Megan for my birthday - left work early and all. Got there and they had scheduled my appointment for the wrong day - Megan doesn't even work on Tuesdays. Told them it was No biggie I can use someone else. I was there for almost three hours for a pedicure and acrylic nails. The first picture is what I asked for and the 2nd and 3rd pictures are what I got. I was told by several people they didn't have chrome (which another nail tech came up during my full set and said they did have it - I guess no one cared to actually look). She offered a dip powder that was metallic/chrome but What I got was not chrome - it was black glitter at best. I don't think she knew how to use it because I have random patches of red glitter all in my nails. I circled all the places I was cut while getting my nails done which she completely disregarded. I get up to the front and my total was $110 and I was not happy with the service I received so I asked the receptionist for a discount and showed her all my cuts and the color (and even had another technician comment on the chrome being wrong). Receptionist seemed irritated and just wanted to reschedule me to come back another day so they could fix it. Mind you I had already been here 3 hours and wasn't planning on coming back, ever. So I asked her to call the manager and she rolled her eyes and handed me her iPhone to talk to Jon instead of being professional and explaining to him what was going on and what she could do to fix it. She then went to the back before I was done talking to Jon so another lady had to come and finish checking me out - complete disregard for customer service. Jon seemed irritated he was having to deal with the issue as well, but ended up comping my nails and I only paid for my pedicure. (Which is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars). Would've given this place another chance if I didn't have to deal with high school girl attitude when asking for a discount I'm rightfully owed. read more

I was expecting a lot better from reviews. Needless to say pretty disappointed. I asked for dip on all my nails, hot pink on all except for the ring finger that was clear with two lime green flowers, and i got a horrible aftermath. I had nail polish all over my fingers and she cut me on my fingers and the flowers were not done well at all. She was super nice but i was expecting a lot better and am just really disappointed that my nails look like this when i was very clear on what I wanted. read more

Absolutely phenomenal! I was a walk-in and was taken care of by Andy. Anyone who enjoys a good spa day will fall in love with Cinderella spa because they have so many indulgent offerings! From the beautiful bar that greets you and waters you (I always go for some mimosas!) to the fabulous selection of polish colors and styles, and fun experiences like the jelly pedicure (not Smucker's or pudding, it's all prepackaged and very scientific) there is always something to look at, something to drink or someone to speak to! This is my regular place for excellent pedicures, waxing (brows n pits- dassit!) and powder-dipped or acrylic nails. I would tell you the name of my favorite tech but that would be silly because you might take my next appointment slot! Ok, fine it's Emily. Oh and last but certainly not least KIRBY is the most adorable gal ever and she is the best appointment maker and helpful, pleasant greeter ever! Check em out next time you need long nail for boyfriend or glittah jail honAy! P.S. Had to remove one star because my babe got injured from a nail/stapler that was sticking out of an upholstered chair... ouchies no bueno. Love the service here! Tam is the best tech definitely recommend her. Complementary drinks are nice.

If I had the option to not put any stars at all I would. I had these nails for literally 2 weeks. My one nail pictured ripped up including the nail bed. They had glue the nails on so aggressively that when it had been hit that the fake nail stayed attached and ripped up my nail bed. I no longer have a nail there and can't even get the acrylic off that damaged nail. I have been in so much pain dealing with this since. They gentleman that did my nails was very kind I will give them that but disappointed this happened. RIP my nails :( read more

I have been going here for about 3 years now. Every experience has been a great one. However, just this past week I went in to get a set with DIP powder. Never have I been upset with my service. I asked for a simple design (with a picture reference) and was very disappointed in what I received. The artwork seemed sloppy and my nail tech didn't let the nail dry before proceeding - making the colors to blend. Aside from the design, the shaping is off, the nail lengths are uneven not only to each other but on the whole hand. In addition to that, the dip powder is uneven near the cuticles. I've had better experiences and results before so i am very disappointed. read more

I normally go to this nail salon for their service and environment. Never had any problems...till yesterday. Yesterday, my nail tech pushed me so hard for dipped nails and I told her no I'd rather do acrylic. I speak Vietnamese and I overheard them saying there was clients at the door and they needed to hurry up. Which they proceeded to do and rushed my service. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. She left my real nails showing underneath. I've never had this problem before. I also have lint in my pinky nail which is also disappointing to look at. For this mess up, I paid $70. Pedi $30 dollars. Full set (for them to just put powder over my nails with white tips just to show my natural nail beds showing) - $40????? I still left a tip just bc she did a service even though it was horrible........called the front desk and she didn't know what to do because this has never happened before. ok sure. I literally got them done yesterday and for my natural nails to show underneath is such a bad job. Not recommending to anyone. Had to go to another nail salon bc I do not trust these people any more. Updated review - For spending 65 on a pedicure , one expects there feet to feel soft . Unfortunately my tech barely scrubbed the bottoms of my feet. I had been coming to this salon and had the same nail tech Emily for the last 4 years. I made an appointment to get there and my nail tech said because I rescheduled a few times due to life getting in the way that I would have to have any nail tech and that if she wasn't busy she would do it but if not I would have to see just anyone. That is not acceptable. I pay her for a service and if life gets in the way so be it. I will not return and I will not endorse such rude service. I am totally frustrated with Cinderalla Nails and Spa... my husband made appointments for us to get pedicures as we normally do... to our utter frustration we arrived to a huge crowd tHat was hanging outside the door... they were celebrating lunar new year... needless to say a relaxing quiet pedicure was not on the owners agenda at all!!! The nail tech that usually does my husbands nails was over booked... so not what we were planning Had the website stated that there would be an incredible delay, or that a service would be disturbed because of the festivities we would have scheduled for another day. To hold customers captive to the party is not in my opinion the best idea. read more

My technician was Ann and I came in for basic manicure. The atmosphere of the salon was very professional and pristine. I wanted something simple for the weekend and i don't if it's because I'm young, she did a poor job on my manicure. I asked for white polish and I expected it to be well done because I'm not so great at applying nail polish myself and I'm paying $15 for this. Ann did it really quick and applied the nail polish quite roughly. There were bubbles in the polish and excess polish on the sides. At the end, she left me by her station with the fan to dry the polish. I assumed she would come back and tell me when I was done but she had already moved into her next customer. This was no different then me applying the nail polish myself. read more
