I love love love love this place! When I tell you I drive 45 minutes one way just to come here, I really do! I see Nam everytime for shellac pedicure. It sucks a$$ being a woman trying to find a decent salon and let alone one that doesn't rush, overbook or unreasonable pricing! When I tell u they don't do that! They don't and will tell you straight up and at first it kinda sucked but I really appreciate them!

    Some nails shiny, some matte.

I went here months ago for a pedicure and although it was cheap, it wasn't memorable enough for me to return. A couple of days ago I walked in for a manicure and full set. I get the solar powder on my natural nails which are about medium length. It was 4pm on a Wednesday when I walked in and there was only one other woman inside so I was immediately sat at a station to get my nails done. Diane was the one who serviced me and she was very sweet. She took her time and gave me almost exactly what I asked for, except I didn't get a manicure. That might have been a miscommunication on behalf of the gentleman who was at the desk when I walked in. He's the one I gave my request to. My issues with my outcome are 1)some of my nails were filed down too far and so both hands aren't even and 2)whatever final coat that's put on the nails wasn't done properly one mine. When I walked out of the salon my hands looked fine but when looked at them again fifteen minutes layer after washing my hands I noticed that some of the nails now looked matte or unfinished while others were shiny and coated and some were both. I was concerned but it's not noticeable to anyone but me and I honestly didn't feel like going back to have it fixed after seeing another woman's issue in the comments. I'll give it a couple of weeks to see how they look before deciding if I'll return.

I go to way too many different nail salons in the area / not the area and this is one of the best ones! I've gone a few times and each time the same people are working. I tend to go on the same day of the week so that could be why. So I don't know the name of the woman who has done my nails. Unfortunately, they don't have dip powder so I've gone back and fourth. On my most recent trip I got a full set, French tip. I haven't done French since I was in high school and I was afraid it would look weird. She did a great job! And listened to what I asked. She double checked with my length and the shape several times. I've also had shellac manicures and they are always flawless! My nails are thin so they tend to last about two weeks. When I have dip or acrylic it can last Upto 3/4. The quality of the work is what keeps bringing me back and at the price it's great! $5 for removal $25 shellac $30 French tip

The nails with the non-existent cat eye

I felt scammed: I was getting my nails done for the first time so I was excited. Once it came down to painting them the nail tech said the color I had picked would be too sheer and I would have to pick another color. I asked for her opinion since I had shown her the dress I was wearing and ended up with a "cat-eye" manicure somehow -- with a color I didn't really like. I got home and noticed the "cat eye" was streaky and some nails were patchy. Because I know how hard she worked I called to ask how much it'll be to change the color and that I had gotten them done that same day. Over the phone he (the manager) told me it'll be $7 and I said I'll be back the next day. The thing is, once I got to the store he then said it would be $20 because of the kind of nail polish she used. He said it's more expensive because they'll have to rebuild the entire nail, but the way she 'sold' me to this nail polish was by saying it was easier to remove the color so I figured my nail would get less damage. Once he saw my face of shock he said "how many nails do you want to change, I can do a couple for $7 but the entire hand is going to be $20, I can do $15 for you." Who would just want to change "a couple" nails, when you didn't like the color on all the nails. Also, I can understand why there's a price difference but the different prices should've been mentioned over the phone or I wouldn't have wasted my time. She also didn't mention it could be so much more to remove it. Like I said, I just feel a little scammed because I hadn't gotten my nails done before and felt like they took advantage of that. I had already spent $50, and I didn't want to make that a full $70. Just some advice: make sure to ask for all of their pricing. - I've attached some pictures, you'll see one of my index fingers is streaky and the other doesn't even look like it has a design.

I'm a new resident to Houston and was hard pressed for a new nail tech. I'm very ocd about my nails and looked up so many different shops near me and read so many reviews! This place in comparison to high priced salons and spas is a great find! My nail tech LEE was very nice and professional. He noticed my index fingernails curve a bit so he customized the tips to fit properly and since I have slim fingers he also filed down the sides of the tips to make sure no glue or powder got onto my skin which other nail shops don't pay attention to even when I tell them! He asked if I wanted them thin or medium or thick. He pays attention to what the customer wants and they offer you drinks when you walk in. They even took me on super late notice just an hour before closing for the holidays and did an amazing job! No excess polish left behind, no dried powder stuck onto your skin, and very quick and efficient and precise! Thank you LEE!

When i say i really like this place, i mean it. Coming from a family who owns a nail salon, i'm super picky on who does my nails and what i get done. I moved here from DFW 2 months ago and have yet to get my nails done. I called ahead and placed an appointment to come in in 30 minutes. When i arrived a bit early, i was quickly offered a beverage and color choices to choose from. Because this is a more outdated place they didn't have a whole lot of color choices, however the ones they had worked enough for me since i just wanted a natural nude. Lee did my nails and out of my entire life, he is definitely top 3 nail techs i've ever had. He consistently made sure i was comfortable with my color choice, shape, and length of my nails. The nails i chose do take a bit more time than usual but i'd rather spend more time and receive satisfaction than less time resulting in unsatisfaction. Usually when i get shorter, natural nails they tend to be more thick to help with stability and prevent breakage. But i personally like them thin, more natural looking. Lee 100% fulfilled my needs and i will definitely be back! And their pricing is reasonable as well! Only paid $40 for my set.

One of the best in Clear Lake. My first visit with them was awesome and I'll be coming back. I went in for a fill which was $18; compared to $25 elsewhere it was a great deal. The nail tech was super attentive and gentle with my nails and even replaced a broken tip free of charge. He was very experienced and filled my nails perfectly with no mistakes. The tools are also autoclaved and sterile to use, and the pedi tubs are cleaned routinely after every costumer. The employees were so nice also! Hidden gem!

We come here a lot. They are open on sundays always do a good job. It isn't the nicest inside could use a little updating but then the price reflects that. Inexpensive place to get your nails done always clean accommodating and professional. I would recommend it to anyone. It's hard to find a nail salon open on sundays. We found this place and haven't looked back

The best hands down. I have extremely ugly cuticles and they some how worked magic on them. Found my new favorite place.

Great little spot. Got my nails done and my nail tech took her time and made sure each nail was perfect. Throughout the process she made sure to ask if the color, shape, length, etc was to my liking and I really appreciated that. She made sure they weren't too long and filed them down to feel more natural since I hardly ever get my nails done. Just a head me up, they do get busy in the afternoons so if you can, try and call ahead to schedule an appointment.

Came in on a Saturday, was seen within 10 minutes! Huge selection of color, friendly staff, super clean, and great prices. Got a shellac manicure and pedicure for $45. Didn't catch the mans name who did my nails, but he took his time to make sure they were perfect. This is for sure my new spot.

I was a walk in today and had a really great experience for a really decent price. Regular pedicure was $20 and my fiancé had the Sea Salt Scrub Pedicure for $25. The lady that did my nail polish REALLY took her time to make sure there were no flaws. The lady that scrubbed both of our feet was so sweet and really personable. She really made sure to do her best on my fiance's feet...which really matters to me! Lol. I will definitely be back :)

My nail shape was executed perfectly ! I will definitely be back again, they offer drinks and do amazing work would recommend to everyone !

So I decided on almond shaped extensions. I was a little worried about how they would come out, but Ray did a fantastic job. He found me the shade of white I was looking for and a matching nail polish for my toes. Ray was meticulous and gentle the whole process through. 10/10 work! The overall vibe of this nail salon is very relaxing. All the staff are very friendly and they keep things very clean. Highly recommend if you're looking for a nail spot in the area.

But today, I went in for a fresh set, and they were closed for renovations, so I decided to try their sister store in Webster. Honestly, I wish I hadn't bothered. I walked in, showed them a picture of what I wanted, and explained it. To my knowledge, she understood but she had an attitude the whole time. It felt like she was rushing because she wanted to go home, even though I came in two and a half hours before closing. She was supposed to put dip powder on, but instead, she started applying shellac to my natural nails. I told her I didn't want to see my natural nail underneath, and she got really angry, saying I was wasting her time and changing my mind. I explained that all I wanted was for my nails to look like the picture; I wasn't changing my mind at all. Eventually, the receptionist had to step in because the nail tech was being completely unprofessional. The receptionist was super nice and understanding, and really sticking up for me. In the end, the nail tech refused to do my nails, saying she was done and wanted to go home, claiming they couldn't do what I was asking because they didn't have it. The receptionist corrected her, saying they did have it; I just didn't want it see-through. When the receptionist told her they had what I was asking for, she went and picked a color that was nowhere near what I wanted, almost like she was mocking me. I felt really uncomfortable by the end of it, and honestly, that's not the kind of experience you want when you're spending over $100 on nails, especially when they're trying to do something completely different from what I asked for. Then the tech got rude with the receptionist, telling her to take $10 off my total and that I'd have to come back another day, even though I told her I couldn't because of work. The receptionist didn't charge me, and I left with nothing on my nails. Honestly, the whole experience was just completely frustrating and unacceptable! I will not be going back. I asked for her name, and she refused to give it to me. She even went as far as telling the receptionist to do my nails as she refused it. It was just a really disappointing experience overall, and I can't believe how unprofessional she was. If I could give them lower than a 1 star, I definitely would. The only thing that saved this place was the receptionist. I walked in with white tips, asked for strawberry nails, and the last photo shows how I left--no design, just took off my set and made me leave with only my natural nail).

It was also very clean! They use bowl covers for pedis and their instruments are sanitized. I decided to splurge and got the Milk and Oats Ritual for my pedi which comes with a house-made oatmeal sugar scrub, oatmeal bath with jasmine flowers, an aromatherapy warm shoulder wrap, hot stone massage, paraffin wax with a steamer machine (first time seeing this!), warm towel leg wrap with a cream mask, and last (but not least!) a 5 min shoulder massage. It is well worth the price and perfect for pampering yourself. My pedicure specialist, Sammy, was so kind and made sure to explain every step before she did it and frequently checked on my comfortability, especially with the temperature of the treatments. While she worked on my legs and feet, Nick worked his magic on my fingernails! He removed the old dip powder from my nails in a nail conscious manner and did a lovely job helping me pick a color to match the shellac I got on my toes. I have only ever had one other nail tech do my dip powder in such a detail oriented way! He nicely shaped my nails to look natural, not thick like some other places have done. Overall, I had a wonderful time and will be going back to try other services! 10/10 recommend!
