I've been to several nail salons and nearly every one (with the exception of one) shows irritation when you ask for something to be filed more, cut down, more fill added, or any other type of personal preference to be addressed. David from K Forever called after reading our review, apologized and asked us to return to fix the issues. We agreed, as it's the right thing to do to allow people to make things right if they offer. I called back, reminded him of the situation, confirmed he wanted us to come back in to fix things and set up for us to come back in 30 min. When we got there gave him our names but he didn't address us at all. I tried to compliment the beautiful Christmas decor they had put up but he literally ignored any conversation I attempted, walked away and just told us where to sit. We only asked for a polish change for each of us to fix the shapes and color from our previous visit. There was no conversation about the issues, he never checked to see if things were better, was the service better, we were never offered a drink, etc. We gave him a tip for the ladies and started to leave. He then told us we needed to pay for our services. We were completely confused and it created a very awkward situation. I then had to explain I didn't think he expected us to pay because he called us and asked us to return so they could fix things. He then laughed and said he forgot who we are. We were absolutely shocked since we came in 30 minutes after setting the correction up with him. I think the problem is that David doesn't hone in on customers and actually listen. He is too quick to just get customers away from the front door and into a chair (even though it was not busy either time) without listening. He entirely misses the opportunity to listen to what customers ask for and their questions so he misses and neglects info and requests. That problem is further magnified when he is the one that conveys the info to the techs. Not listening/paying attention to what your customers asked for was part of the problem both times. He doesn't seem to realize that he is the first and last impression customers have of his salon. It would be even so much better if he took the time to do those things as the salon is stunning, it seems clean and the two ladies that redid our polish did a great job. In the service industry, customer service and listening/paying attending to what your customers ask for is just as important as the service being performed. read more

I came here to try a new nail salon. I saw the reviews that is was good. It does have a great ambience and the people were nice. But my dip on my nails has only lasted me a week. Usually they last 3 to 4 weeks. My pedicure was good to but I asked to get my in grown toenail gone. I still have pain in my toe. I will not go back. read more

I can not tell you how wonderful this business is-- from the manager to the nail techs. I made an appointment for my daughter and three of her friends to have their nails done for her birthday. I came in and they have balloons, juice and cupcakes all set up!! I never asked, they simply went above and beyond. They made sure something she liked was on TV and the music she liked playing. I really wanted to like this place, I did. But I have never been more disappointed. As soon as I walked in the lady gives me the dirtiest look ever. Then walks me to my seat and gives me the color options. As I'm looking through the blue color options I feel somone behind me and it's the last from the front. She then proceeds to say "oh no sweetie that color no good for your dark skin." Mind you I am dark-skinned African American. She then laughs to her self and walks away. I was in complete shock but decided to brush it off. My nail tech was nice in the beginning but towards the end of the appointment. She kept nipping me with the electric nail file. I flinched multiple times and even started bleeding. After I asked if she could be a little more carful she says and I quote "your kind should be use to the pain." I have never felt more disrespected in my life. I can't believe in 2025 we are still being racist absolutely not. I do NOT recommend coming here!! read more

When filing my nails he was very rough and the file ended up making a cut which hurt a lot over time. This only two stars because the final product was good. The manager came to take off my acrylic and informed me that he needed to cut down all my real nails. I was not told that I would be charged for that. I requested french tip apparently there are two types, one is $10 the other is $20. Be sure you ask about everything because they nickel and dime you for anything! I was charged $81 dollars for French tips , he took of $8...since I wasn't told.
