First time at Phoenix Nails & Spa! Right from the get go, I was impressed by how clean, bright, and welcoming this salon is. I was sat in no time and Lucky offered me some wine. Jenifer did my French manicure and I LOVE IT! She was so friendly and accommodating! Absolutely AMAZING service. Nancy did my pedicure and she was just WONDERFUL as well. I definitely recommend this facility for whenever you want to pamper yourself with a mani/pedi. Check out Phoenix Nails & Spa - you will be astounded!! read more

I was a walk-in while my son had baseball practice near by. They were quite busy but still squeezed me in with grace. I got a gel french manicure and a $45 pedicure [I forget what it was called...signature?]. By the time they were done, it was past closing; they could have rushed, but didn't and everything looks great and is holding up well. The massage chairs were wonderful and multiple people offered me something to drink so I felt well taken care of. Highly recommend this place. read more

I came in on a Monday afternoon for a pedicure . I had planned on going to another salon in League City but had forgot they were closed on Monday . So happy things played out the way they did . I got the signature pedicure and I regret not getting my technicians name as she gave me the best pedicure I have EVER had . I've been to 5 star spas and this took the cake . When I say best , not only was it relaxing , but she took her time and this is the softest my feet have ever been . I'm so used to leaving places after a pedicure with soles that are still rough , I just expect it now . But today I felt them and I was like what difference ! Not one rough spot . I definitely think I will be a regular now . I just hope I can find *her* again and get a name so I can always leave so happy . read more

This is by far the best nail salon I have ever stepped foot in! Lucy and Lucky are by far my go to for my nails and pedicures! The Owner/Manager and front desk receptionist are beautiful and so kind and welcoming. Everyone is so welcoming and I feel like my nails last longer compared to other salons I have went to! This is my forever nail salon! Lucy is also great at eyebrow waxing! Prices are reasonable and I'm always happy to give great tips because they do such a great job! read more

I sat with my wife today and watched them deliver what looked to be an amazing pedicure! Everyone was especially nice and the chairs are the best. They allowed me to sit with her and utilize the massage chair as it was not terribly busy. They consistently catered to my wife which was to be expected but they also catered to me which was amazing. I don't really get pedicures, once a year as my wife demands it (it's her one request so I oblige), but I would say this establishment is way above average. I have sat with her in others within the area but they don't come close to this place. I would highly recommend if you want to be catered/pampered from the time you walk in the door! read more

A friend of mine recommended this nail salon to me, and I was hesitant to try it out due to the fact that I've tried many nail salons and I've never felt fully satisfied. That was far from the case with this one! This is going to be my go-to from here on out. It was worth the drive. Especially since I am not from the area. The customer service was 10/10! Super friendly and kind workers. They made my husband and I feel welcomed and offered the both of us mimosas. (Which were delicious btw) sn: my husband didn't even get a pedicure and they still offered him to sit next to me in the massage chair, so we enjoyed our drinks together and neck warmers too! It wasn't too noisy either which I really enjoy when I'm trying to relax at a nail salon and the lady did an excellent job with my pedicure. She took her time with me and I enjoyed every second of it and my toes came out very good. Overall, we enjoyed our experience. Please come try this place out. read more

We just moved to Alvin and this is the closet nail salon so I thought I should try them out. I believe this is a new salon. It was clean and decorated nicely inside. I did not have an appointment. I arrived around 12:00 on a Sunday and didn't have to wait long, just a few minutes. Some of the walk-ins that came in after me had to come back in a hour. I was offered a water to drink which I appreciated since it was a very hot day. I asked for a Shellac mani and Shellac pedi. The ladies who worked on me were friendly. I was probably there for over an hour which is to be expected. With the pedi, I felt like she worked on my legs more than my feet. I saw some dry skin that was still there after the pedi. I'd rather have soft, smooth feet than my legs. Isn't that the point of pedis? I wanted to wait to write this review to see how my nails held up. Unfortunately, within 2 weeks I had a break. My nails never break when I have Shellac on them! So that was really disappointing. I've had Shellac manicures that lasted over a month. Also, the prices were high. With $10 off, it was still $85. I'm not sure I'll be back. I might but only because it's close. read more

This Nail Salon is GORGEOUS!!! I'm very picky for getting my nails dipped into powder because I always want the very natural thin dip coat. Johnny is my nail tech and he is very professional. He is very gentle and careful for taking care my nails. This salon has wide variety of nail colors!!! The price is affordable for the good service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and I'll be back! read more

Love this place so much did my brows that where very uneven and the lady who did mine fixed them wonderful service and staff and super clean place definitely going back read more

I actually came here because I saw the reviews on yelp and my old nail salons quality has gone down. I was absolutely satisfied with the amazing job my nail tech did. I am pretty picky on the shape of my nails because some places do them too skinny on the sides and my nails grow up, so it emphasizes that and I hate it. She listened to how I wanted them and did a FANTASTIC job executing it. She was very sweet too! The receptionist had a really good personality too and was very welcoming and friendly! read more
