The employees do a great job queueing the line. They're also great at eyebrow threading and tinting as well as underarm waxing. You're pretty safe with anyone you get. I'm sure they likely also do a great job at their other services but these are the only services I ever get. I also love each of their personalities. They're always happy to see you and everyone has a calm peacefulness about them. Its relaxing being there. I'll also say, their customers are always pretty quiet and chill, less rowdy than what I've witnessed at other locations. I'm thankful for EM Lash Studio keeping my eyebrows gorgeous and my armpits smooth and hairless.

It's also very clean and serene. I have straight lashes that point downward and my eye shape is slightly hooded almond. In the past when I would get a lash lift, my eye shape was not taken into consideration, in my opinion. I was left with a curl that didn't give the look that it was lengthened or lifted. Just overly curled like a CC curl or a L curl. I thought maybe my lashes weren't a good candidate for this service. Then, I went to see Emily P. and she did such a meticulous, gorgeous job. Each lash was separated and fanned out and she used a different curl shape to cater to my eye shape and lash length. I only trust her with my lashes from now on!

Before making the chop, Kara showed me about where my hair would look the fullest and she cut off about 6 inches and I was on my way in under an hour. TL;DR Overall, I'd come back. If you were one of the first to buy a package you were locked into that price from there on so I did. There were only so many available. I had them done and was pleased with the results. When I tried to book again several months later, the girl said she didn't know about it and would get back with me. I never heard back so then we were at a year so I called again. I was told they would need to find my file but they had moved so they would look. I called 2-3 times again over that next year but was put off and no one would book me. I never received a call from Dena either to verify the info. I wish I had saved the email from then. Unfortunately I think it was to draw business but since it grew she conveniently forgot about all the promises made.

She offered some samples of the products they sell to apply which did nothing but irritate it more. Now I have to visit a dermatologist and plastic surgeons office to try and fix what she did.
