I had an appointment with Ivie on 4-10-24 at 5 pm. I made this appointment three days in advance. but at arrival Cindy (Owner) told me 'sorry', come back later or tomorrow, 'we are very busy'. People working there are super sweet but she barley took off my old polish on my toes and you could see it under my new polish, plus I picked a pearl color and she only did like 2 coats it really needed 3 or white paint under. I should have spoke up so I blame myself on that. I just found the place a little over priced in their packages I could get better service and more services for cheaper somewhere else! read more

I went in December 2018 and absolutely loved my nails. I got a pedicure and full set of acrylic nails. At first I was worried because of the negative reviews on fingers and because it was my first time ever getting nails but now I'm literally in love with them. i left a google review saying i would be back and i was a week later to get my nails done for my brothers wedding. I had teresa do my nails after seeing how amazing my friends nails turned out. we did dip and ombré dip is hard to ask for but it coming out actually looking good but with teresa nonetheless amazing! i haven't gotten my nails done in almost a year and i'm so glad that when i did i decided to go to teresa. she's so sweet and is a good conversationalist, over the years i've gotten used to my nail techs not talking to me when i'm getting my nails done it was different when teresa did but a good different. this place is under new management with teresa as the manager and i can tell you she's the most hard working woman i know, she's there 6 days a week about to be 7 and is still sweeter than ever and her work is amazing. don't pay attention to the bad reviews from year(s) ago. try going and ask for teresa, you won't be disappointed! if you're reading this thank you so much teresa!! read more

And a massage is done after a thorough cleaning of the feet/legs so makes no sense that you have to feel rubber rubbing your skin when it is supposed to be relaxing. Gloves should not be worn IMO. Best Pedicure Ever!!! I'v been getting my pedicures by Cyndi here for about 4 months. I get the deluxe pedi and it's an hour of pure bliss. Lavender, hot stones, hot wax and a fantastic foot and calf massage. Bunches of current colors to chose from and the polish lasts for weeks. The employees are all very nice. I tip well because Cyndi's work is excellent. I only drink one glass of wine while I'm there but I'll bet that I could have another if I wanted one. I strongly recommend Nails 1st and Cyndi. read more

My very first time coming in and I hated it, if you are wanting to get acrylic nails don't come here they aren't very experienced. I showed the nail tech a picture and it looked nothing a like. I told them how unhappy I was with my nails after the nail tech left bubbles in my nails and made some nails shorter than the others, and he ended up fixing them somewhat but he still cut me. read more

Very unhappy with the service I received. I paid $45 for my pedicure to have to go back because the polish chipped 2 days. I then go back to get it fixed the nail tech was apologetic however the pedicure is still messed up. The polish is streaky and it's like she didn't dry it long enough because I got gel and the polish is creased after going back a 2nd time. Not worth the money at all. read more

To the point my sister in law didn't even get her feet rubbed. They left the hot towels on our feet/legs for about 1 min.
