I only come here for pedicures but have recently began venturing back into having my nails done and haven't been disappointed. Seems like they weeded through the inconsistency with certain techs. I thoroughly enjoy the semi private rooms for the pedicures! The techs are always gentle and un rushed. I've never had any complaint with the pedicures that I've received from any Cinderella location. The vibe is chill but professional. Somewhat friendly to an extent. Lots of polish to choose from. The bathrooms are clean and the decor is beautiful! The free full service bar drinks are a nice bonus. read more

I went for a pedicure & picked up the one with a mint scrub followed by a lotion massage/ Lady was in her own world ..didn't ask my nail likes / dislikes .. or anything she seemed in big hurry. scrubbing was minimal & so was the massage .. maybe less than a minute.. which is ridiculous... paying $40!! i have been to better Nail places .. will not come back here ever!! ty Mary! read more

I had read several reviews mentioning the rudeness of the reception staff, but I decided to give this place a chance anyway. Unfortunately, my experience today confirmed many of those concerns. I walked in without an appointment, so I fully expected that there might be a wait. However, I did not expect to be ignored and dismissed. When I entered, the receptionist looked up from her desk but did not greet me. I asked if there might be any availability for a manicure and pedicure. She told me to sign in and said she would get to me when she finished working. I then sat and waited patiently for about 15 minutes. During that time, no other customers entered the salon. When I finally walked up to the desk to check if there might be an approximate wait time, I could clearly see the receptionist playing on her phone rather than working. When I asked if she would be able to fit me in, she said she didn't know--maybe--but had no idea when, all delivered very rudely. Basic courtesy would suggest letting a customer know from the beginning if there is uncertainty about availability, rather than having them wait without any communication. A simple acknowledgment or update would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and explains why similar concerns appear in other reviews. read more

I usually go for waxing. Decided to treat my husband to his first salon pedicure for his anniversary. A little disappointed after being upsold to a next level pedicure. The brochure promised a service that was not delivered. Our services were supposed to be 45 minutes of exfoliating, massaging, hot stones for him, etc. Our mediocre service was completed in 20 minutes (tops). If I could give zero starts I would. I have a toe nail that grows in on one side, always. So I get pedicure every two weeks to keep it in shape. Was moving and it grew in a little too much. Told the tech. She started by trimming around my other toes, kept stabbing me with her scissors and asking why I move so much. When it got to that nail, she kept stabbing me on top of already being in pain. Stopped mid service and said it was "good enough? you move too much". I told her to finish. Sat through pain. 24h later my toe still hurts, going to another place today. The put my sandals on without letting it dry, my big toe's polish was messed up 2 mins after I left. The girl at the front desk was not even looking at me during checkin or checkout. Rude, unprofessional and not worth the money. Salon looks great visually, but service sucks. read more

I really like this place. Never been to a nail salon with a full bar. Everything in here is very high end marble granite everywhere. They book appointments and you are seen on time never over booked. Attention to detail and they aren't rushed they take their time and properly space out the appointments so you aren't waiting forever and they aren't rushing to get to the next person. I came here after a really awful experience at another salon. I was basically in tears and needed my nails fixed fast. This was my first visit. The front desk woman was semi friendly. That was a little off putting but I was a little desperate. I believe my nail techs name was Tracy. She was nice and gave me pretty close to what I wanted. My nails were a mess after the other salon so im pretty sure she did her best with what she had. I'm pleased and will most likely return. The salon itself was really pretty and very clean. This nail salon makes me never want to do anything other than dipping powder again!!! I was visiting from Louisiana and needed a manicure badly. The front desk attendant greeted us and showed us all of the nail color options. The technicians gave us time to choose the perfect colors. Its amazing what they can do! She pulled off exactly what I wanted perfectly. I decided to also get my brows waxed. I had a terrible experience with my last brow waxing but at Cinderella's I was extremely satisfied with the service. This nail salon was also super fancy because you could enjoy a glass of champagne or whatever other alcoholic beverage you wanted. Next time, I will partake. After leaving the nail shop, I got so many compliments on my nails! If I ever need a little tlc to my nails again, this will be the place I go. read more

The salon is really clean and fast service. I was actually surprised at how nice the salon is compared to 2 nearby "high-end salons" in the area. UPDATE: The nail decal I provided and asked them to put on already fell off in less than 12hrs. Price run down since they don't list their prices online: $35 for gel manicure, $15 to remove polish THEY APPLIED last time (not a different salon), $15 for French manicure, $5 to apply decal (that I provided; not the salon). So $50 total and my manicure lasted 5 hours. That's $10 an hour to spot a crappy manicure. The manager reluctantly refunded me $5 for the decal falling off. Save your money. I'm indifferent about this place. Is it aesthetically nice/clean? Yes. But don't let that fool you, I've had less than friendly service on a couple of visits and the overall quality doesn't match up to their pricing. What is their pricing you ask? No idea. No one knows, there is no sign, no menu, nothing of it on their website.. it is a good way for them to pick and choose when to up-charge based on discriminatory practices. One occasion I came in looking for a specific shape, and was denied that option because the nail technician liked the other shape better... uhm.. okay, didn't know you were the one walking around with that set for the next two weeks. However, on this occasion the front desk/check out staff was very friendly and attentive overall and that made a difference in my overall experience. Another occasion I came in looking to have a set removed and transition back to shellac. Upon doing so the nail technician broke two nails then insisted on doing dip after I said FIVE TIMES "No, thank you, I don't like using dip on my nails." She was incessant and completely ignoring what I wanted for myself. Then they had to switch me over to someone else so the feeling I got is that she wasn't trained or equipped to do anything but dip. The person they switched me over to had an appointment come in and rushed through my nails. Although sadly I was there for TWO HOURS for a full set... I've been getting my nails done bi-weekly since 2012.. I've never even had a duo pedicure and full set take this long, I digress. The front desk staff on this occasion was on the phone with her boyfriend (on speaker) while doing in-take and check out, it was a very awkward interaction. In writing this review I also noticed not once have I seen their licenses that are supposed to be displayed in a non-conspicuous place.. interesting. Anyway, I feel as though I now need to begin my search for a new nail salon with a place more with more transparent pricing and refined techniques. read more

They make you soak your hands in an acetone bowl. It is probably easier for them to take dip and gel, but it can't be good for your skin. I leave with super dry hands after soaking them for 10 min in acetone. Few girls are really good at dip, but others are mediocre or little moody. They have the biggest selection of colors I have ever seen, they earn a star for it. Front desk could use a little bit more training at customer service. read more

Saw other patrons being offered a drink (water), but did not offer us. I was skeptical looking from the opposite site but I wanted to ride it out. Once done I was rushing and felt rushed cause they were closing then I went to pay and the lady said $99.00. Let me tell you about Paige... I have been coming to her since 2005.. Following her and today she did another excellent. I recently moved to Northeast TX and finding a nail tech up there has been trying. No one has ever matched Paige's skillset or attention to detail. I knew i was coming to the houston area, needed my nails done and contacted Paige.. Luckily she was able to fit me in. I asked for a French tip ombre fade and she delivered, even showed me what a chrome top would look like and i opted to add that as well. Where i live now, i asked for french tip ombre and i was given all pink nails.. Anyway, i truly miss this artist and wished i could come back every time. She is always detailed, up to date with latest trends (even tho i tend to stick with my french nails), has never knicked my skin with the drill, and always efficient. Today's 3.5 hr drive was worth it. Ann did my daughter's nails and we were both pleased with how they came out. When i am in town again, im definitely having Paige work on my nails, whether it's time or not LOL. read more

And I'm annoyed now because no nail tech expect the one who did this manicure is the only one willing to do the work and fix it with only a 40% off. And On top of that I'm waiting and they let 2 other guest go in 5 mail techs left before closing time and didn't want to do my nails I had a event to attend the next day and they literally discriminated me a transgender person. my mother and i went to get our nails done on sunday, and i told the tech i wanted coffin nails and she said she could do that, she never shaped the nails after putting the tip on then proceeded to pile clumpy acrylic on my nails, putting the leftover acrylic from shaping back on my nails. after that she put more clear acrylic on top of the color. i told her i wanted chrome powder on top of my nails and she asked me if i still wanted that, i knew immediately that she didnt want to do it because it would show the messy work. i told her yes, and then she coated my nails with 3 INCREDIBLY thick coats of gel, put the powder, then put 3 more coats of gel. my moms french tips were just as bad, sitting half way up her nails. it was literally white tips and clear powder when she asked for pink and white. the next day i went back and they did fix them for free but that doesnt negate the fact me and my mother paid 150 total for nails that are already lifting a only a week later. read more
