She was very respectful and offered some generic skin care recommendations that I will be looking into. I came out so relaxed and everyone who worked there was fantastic. The vibes are very nice and it feels like care is taken to give guests a good experience. Unrelated to the services or folks at the front desk--I found it a bit frustrating that, during both times I've visited, other guests were taking phone calls in the relaxation room. I don't find it very relaxing to listen to a stranger speaking loudly on the phone, especially when there are signs requesting to silence your phone. read more

Nicole at the front desk is a specialist about the make-up and store goodies. Kendall my esthestician (?spell). She is the best one i have ever had. She suggests the best facials and peels for me. I'm visiting my sister and we decided to have a spa day at Beyond Beaute. What a wonderful place to go. Everyone here provided beyond excellent customer service and were so warm and hospitable. At first, I was a bit doubtful about this place as they didn't have changing rooms and lockers. Instead they offered a paper bag with a robe, smock (for your facial) and no skid socks. You could either use the bathroom to change or wait until you were in your treatment room to undress, and then have the robe for afterward. I was shown to their waiting room, where they offered a warmed neck wrap and an option of a drink: water, tea, mimosa or wine were the ones I remember. They created a relaxing environment with waterfalls on the wall, warm blankets for that cozy factor and comfortable seating. We had a full day, starting with a massage, then a facial. They offered a lunch brought into the relaxation room and we finished with a mani/pedi. All of these treatments were 5-star treatments, and I really want to give a shout out to Kendall, my esthetician. She offered such a wonderful pampering session! But my sister was also very impressed with all her services, so we believe this place has something special happening to have so many talented people. I definitely recommend this spa!! read more

I'm a long time customer, have been from the beginning 38 years ago! Moving to Galveston has made it harder to go regularly but it was a fabulous visit today. Nicole helped me schedule over the phone, I used my Wellness Spa gift card for part of the balance and was able to redeem my birthday discount as well. Lydia has a light touch and my skin was absolutely glowing afterwards. Even the deep wrinkles, I mean, wise-cracks, disappeared into soft hydrated skin with the grape seed extract facial. I woke myself up snoring! The blood orange mimosa before and lemon water after were an extra bonus. Lots of lotions and potions and jewelry in the gift shop.
