The pedicure area is cute and they are done in a steel foot bowl (covered with the plastic for sanitary purposes of course) I found this cute as well. We found out they had just opened a few months ago so they have normal chairs for the pedicures but they are still comfortable. Other than pedicures they offer nails, facials, permanent makeup, lash lifting, tattoo laser removal, and maybe tattoos as well as seen on their instagram and facebook. The pedicure service itself was a good experience and we found out they go by appointments mostly so please do be mindful of that and schedule an appointment! Couple days later I filed a complaint to the owner because the tech glued the lash close to my eyelids it caused irritation. (Sent Raquel pictures for reference) I originally asked for a partial refund to go back to my previous lash tech because of the drive and I trust that with my original lash tech will do it right. Raquel the owner denied the partial refund and offered to fix it personally. I accepted hoping it'll be better. WRONG. No consideration with others time, Raquel got there late all snappy and wasn't even apologetic about being late. Looked at my lashes then attempted to discredit my complaint in front of her clients and employees. I was shocked. Raquel keeps talking and I was thinking to myself this not what I came for. I wanted them remove, done and leave. Finally, I decided to leave because nothing was done except upset me. Raquel then changed her tone asked me to stay and finally offered to remove my lashes and will schedule me for her next availability time. Raquel then started talking bad about the tech and admitted that this is a recurring issue with this tech! *MIND BLOWN and made me even more upset* Lashes removed got back to work but everything happened just doesn't sit well with me.
