First off, I applaud this place for practicing safety measures during this pandemic because other similar places are not. You must make an appointment now and they take your temperature at the door. They are also practicing social distancing and limiting capacity. They are also sanitizing between customers. Perfect little place to get a quick inexpensive massage. It's more of an informal spa. You do not have to get undressed like at a typical luxe or wellness spa. I woke up with horrible neck pain and so decided to come here. They wouldn't take me when I came because I didn't have an appointment. I had to make a same day appointment for later that evening and so I did. I got a 20 minute chair massage for my neck/back area. The lady was great. She got out all the kinks and I felt relieved from all the pain. I highly recommend. read more

Last night was my second time visiting this location, and I did not enjoy it one bit! The beginning of the massage was great by the female masseuse, then she switched with the male once another customer walked in. He coughed and sneezed over my head the entire time, he wasn't gentle at all! And I love a good deep massage but it felt rushed as if he did not want to do it, remind you they don't close until 9 I was there at 7 for a 1 hr massage. My arms & legs weren't massaged at all and the way he quickly did the hot stone on my back was just a waste of time and money! I really needed a massage because this has been a tough week for me, but I will pass on coming back to this location for a while. read more

YU (the reflexologist) don't know what you're missing!!! First time in today and I CANNOT wait to come back!! Here's why.. PROS - SUPER CLEAN I mean I love that when my face is planted on the back massage table I can smell the aroma from my clean towels and sheets! If you get this done often as I do in different places they're not all so inviting or clean but this place is damn near SPOTLESS!! -COMFTY!! As in they have the most comfortable lay down chair thing it's not like the uncomfortable lazy boys at most places. Best part is they definitely take pride in keeping everything in tip top shape! -FEET MASSAGE on point, you can communicate how strong or medium you want any part of the massage these ladies work very hard to make you comfortable -BACK MASSAGE is definitely what I will be coming back in for they use oil, and hot stones and ugggghhhhh can't wait to come back to schedule a longer session -PRICE you can't beat it! $60 combo for 45 feet 45 back, besides I'd rather support mom and pop spots than these massage chains that are always hit or miss for nearly double the pricing! This place is a hidden gem. I get the deep tissue massages from Yu Yu and she has worked out knots that I have had for years. If you just want a foot massage, work out a kink in your neck or a full body massage, this is the place to go. read more

Unprofessional and answered the phone about 5 times during my massage. I said medium but felt like i got beaten up after everything was done. I usually fall asleep pretty easily during massages but this was not relaxing at all. Giving 2 stars because price was decent but if you're looking for a good massage, journeying to the Bellaire area is way more worth it. read more

Not a good experience at all with this establishment. Arrived at 6:15 PM, they close at 9PM AND there website says they accept walk-ins, yet I was turned away and asked to return tomorrow. In addition, there did not appear to be a flood of customers present at the time I walked in. I don't even know where to begin. To start, me and my wife went together for a couples massage. The guy who performed my massage hands smelled terrible and I nearly threw up and he was rubbing my face. We intially asked for the 1 hour combo but the massage was rough and uncomfortable I literally told my wife about 15 min into the service hat I couldn't take an hour of it and let's just do 30 min, she was going through the same thing I was during her massage so she agreed. At checkout my wife paid cash for the service and gave the exact amount because the massage was horrible and the lady who performed her service happened to be the one checkin is out and kept saying something we could understand repeatedly when my wife handed her the money. She finally got frustrated enough to where she called the gentleman from the back to translate what she was saying to us. She shows him the cash we gave her and he says "Oh tip". My wife tells them no because we were disappointed in the service to where we even cut it short. The man says "Ok" and points at the door for us to leave. People save your time, money and effort. There are a many of foot massage establishments that are more sanitary, professional and respectful also with much better massages! read more
